They were very friendly to us when we visited. One of the graphic artists stopped to tell us about the mural he was painting outside the building. We were the only guests there for a tour, and Andrew took the time to have conversations with us during the tour, allowing for our questions and stories. If I could afford a customized vehicle, I would definitely take my business to WCC!

Nice and clean place. Excellent customers service. We took a private tour to visit a shop floor with amazing cars inside. Not a lot of work was going on that day. But our tour guide explained very thorough about what is going on at the shop. Answered a lot of questions with good explanation. Free t-shirt with the private tour paid price. I just want to add that whatever you see on TV and in real life are different things. Please consider this.

We had a great time with our tour guide Jeff. We didnt catch her name but a lady with blonde hair and glasses was so nice and knowledgeable of the business also. She was very sweet to my son Quentin and Eli. We saw Ryan 5 times. He was really busy so we tried not to bug him. The only thing that could of made the tour better is pictures with Ryan but we understand he is a busy man 😃Thank you from Ohio people 😉

I was just walking by, and was nervous to go in, because there is a sign saying that a TV show is being filmed. To my surprise there was 7 awesome custom cars that I was given the rundown on. Jeff was super passionate about his gig. Was very envious.

Some nice modified cars, but you gotta pay like 25$ to take tour. Seen some stuff through the glass window and we definitely didnt pay money for that tour. i Dont think its worth it, here are some pictures

It was a awesome experience, the fella at the reception desk let us take a look around and take pictures with the car. He even took time and explained details about the cars. It was amazing experience, seeing it from tv and being there in person.

Garbage shop run by unethical people. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

2nd time visiting WCC at this location, 1st time it was amazing, 2nd year not so much. There was no new stock / T-Shirts in the shop and the cars in the showroom was the same from the previous year so nothing had changed in those areas. Shame tho as I love the brand. If it is your first time visiting then it is worth going to see if you are in the area.

Did the walk thrue floor tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and everyone was friendly. Lots of cool cars to see. Got some merch there and prices are not expensive. Highly recommend

Had a great time here got to go in and see the cars. Ryan wasnt in so couldnt meet him. Maybe next time we are in the area we can.

Sonya Cress is my mother, my grandfather has had his truck with them for two years now! They push out his estimate time over and over again. constant excuses as to why. But Lorenzo has no problem calling to ask for more money for parts with the promise to finish it at the end of that month. This is absolutely ridiculous! TWO YEARS!!! If they can’t finish the job in a timely manner, why take it on?! Quit putting celebrities before your hard working average Joe customers, it’s unprofessional! Either finish the truck or let us pick it up and return my grandfathers money or we will be seeking legal action against you!

I want to know if Mr. Rian ever did bikes. Also I have seen his show since I was a kid now 30 years old to be 31 in Oct 20 never had the chance to I planned to take my kids there to meet Mr. Jimenez and Mr Rhino my son loves them. But I dont know if their receiving fans do to Corona-19.

This is one of the best custom auto shops in the world, why are so many haters in the reviews surprised that this business likes to make money? I have a surprise for you every business is there to make money. Don’t be jealous that this shop is really good at doing that.... If I could service high end clients only that actually have huge amounts of money to spend I probably would too. The celebs don’t mind they have the money to blow.

My father currently has a vehicle there for restoration and it has been almost an entire year! The vehicle is promised in a certain time frame and then extended after that timeline comes and goes, of course my father has to call to figure that out. No one calls to keep him updated. My father is a retired Vietnam veteran who has worked hard for his money and decided to treat himself by having his vehicle restored. Perhaps his vehicle is always on the back burner because he is not a celebrity or someone of great wealth, either way he is a paying customer. Now he is concerned about his choice in shops. I dont think the quality of work is the concern here but I would definitely consider the poor customer service quality, especially if your gonna be dealing with that type of service long term.Update: It has been another year and still no truck!! This business should be ashamed of themselves. The next step will be a legal consult for the return of the vehicle. This has been a horrific experience.

We walked in to West coast customs today after having a bad experience at six flags due to my sons amputated leg from cancer, out here on his make a wish trip. These guys and lady were awesome and treated him and the rest of our family great. We went in looking at the cars and left with a happy boy after what they pulled together for him on such a short notice! Thank you very much for doing g what you guys did today to turn his day around. Also thanks for the ideas of things to do afterwards!

Nothing new, expensive tour for a mechanic and painting workshop, I lost my $ 20 for 5 minutes of tour

Friendly staff. Says Open for everyone but its very limited. They have tour packages 20 $ which includes over view of current projects and 75 $ which includes close view of all current projects, tshirt signed by RYAN and vip badge. Staff are so cool they will answers all you questions with patience.

I know you guys wont see this but long story short my father has a 56 Chevy impala needs a lot of fixing my father raised six kids and never had himself anything for himself we dont have the money to fix his dream car but before he passed away me and my family I love to see his dream come true to see his car fixed up my father does everything for everyone else but he does not ask for anything you race all of us I never give up on us I wish I could say a lot more but right now Im crying because Im scared to write this letter. Is there anyway you can help us out to make my father happy one thing I didnt mention he lost his leg at work to support us we didnt thank you he was going to walk again but our father is walking again without crutches or a walker and hes back at work

Took a tour today with Michael. He was great! Very knowledgeable about the cars. I especially like the F100 truck!

Walked into this place twice in the same week to discuss details about getting paint/wrap, rims, and a few other specs done for 5 vehicles. The first time, the sales person had just left for the day. I decided to come back and try again, not understanding why no details at all could be given by the person at the desk. When I came in the second time, I was told the sales guy is in a meeting to which I replied you only have one sales rep for the entire business? To which they responded yeah. There are a lot of people walking around with the shirt on including the 2 people in front of me and its odd that only one person in the entire business can even discuss the services they offer, let alone the prices. Terrible energy in there and insulting business model. I guess they do well enough for themselves to turn away 5 vehicles from one customer. Obviously, I do not recommend wasting your time on this ego-trip of a sham business. I should have gotten the hint the first time I walked in. Its a wonder theyre still in business.

Nothing but the absolute best for your ride! Everyone at the shop is crazy nice and helpful. The shop itself is a sight to see! If you want your car to be a one of a kind, this is THE place to take your ride.

Great shop. We took the tour. Had fun checking out the cars and getting some info on the cool cars there at the shop.

Ive watched a few episodes of the show and what I see is the owner doesnt really have the leadership to pull the team together. He should set the standards immediately with his expectations and the primary process to his employees so they understand what and when to execute the project. Complaining doesnt work if you are the leader. Your only have yourself to blame when you make mediocre planning. Make your vision known and manage everyone instead of just sitting back and stressing out on their performance. You slack they slack bottom line. Be more positive and lead your crew.

Wow, I was told they are to busy to call customers back because of the TV show giving them so much work.Maybe if you are a Movie Star they will take care of you. But no regular Joes allowed, they forward your call to an employees cell phone with no message and then they dont call you back.I hope for them there is a lot of Stars for to keep them open.Why dont you put the real way you treat customers on the show.

When I visited in mid July I took a tour of the new location.The staff was friendly the guy who gave us the tour, Ryan was right up in the action (which was cool to see ), and I even got a free tshirt.I encourage anyone who enjoys cars go visit this spot.

Weve watched 3 seasons on NETFLIX. So, we decided to check it out when we were in the area.I honestly have a VERY hard time believing this guy has built this company. Hes a little guy, but his ego more than makes up for that. Sure. He helps out in areas, but I feel its with the attitude of, Hey! Look at me! Arent I a nice guy!. He doesnt have any leadership qualities. I think his employees give him attention because he signs their paycheck. Speaking of paycheck, he does not pay his employees very well, at all.And please, please, PLEASE have Ryan take some English lessons!! His grammar is embarrassing.The show needs to change the whole were not gonna make it! format. It doesnt give anything positive to the show. Although, I guess it does lend itself to the I made it! Arent I so cool! at the end. That works ok for Cupcake Wars, but not for a multi-million $ company.

This Place is awesome and i want to go experience it for myself because all the years of being a fan and watching the show i cant believe it finally coming back and i hope someday i will be a customer of this awesome place.

Repair Trishs car. Dont be like a cheap under the table workshop. And dont threaten to sue her again either. Man up to what you did and fix the car to the condition you received it in.

Look at the prices, they might sell you something marked up 4 times from retail. On their online store they are selling a car wash thats 9 dollars. $9ll get you 1.42L I think, I cant tell because the picture is so damn blurry. Go to Walmart, you get1.89L for $4.62. (And you can actually see it on the picture)

DO NOT USE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! They will steal parts of your car and make it so you cant get your money back. I do not recommend at all. Also staff is not helpful and very rude and disrespectful. And although they might seem really professional they are absolutely going to screw you over and make you pay much more than the estimate, and give you back your car months after the estimated finished date.
