This dealer was the most rude and unprofessional starting off by running my credit several times left me with no chance of buying another car because they lowered my credit score from 640 to 540 . Mr. Jones gets mad every time you call and you ask him to please sell you a cargo van the runs proper they tried to force me to buy Gap warranty.. the van have multiple problems mechanical and exteriors Im asking every customer or or people theyre thinking to buy a car from this dealer please leave your honest review so people like me dont lose their time or money going to a dealer whos trying to sell you cars from the auction theyre no good and only theyre going to give you problems. Im so upset with the situation dealer I got millions of things to say the worst experience of my life and Im pretty sure Im not the only one now I got to wait to my credit to go up and I really needed the truck for my work they trying to sell you cars and trucks they dont even work mechanical with 15 days of warranty they are pretty much.. I made a report to the local news and I was able to get my deposit back but I know theres some people out there theyre not so lucky please leave some reviews so people could be aware of this situation and the right authorities would take care of it.. I came the the Burbank dealership to buy a car a few months ago. I saw a car that I liked and purchased the car. Well the dealership advertised one car, and switched out the car that I had purchased for another car with a different interior. They are the worst, deceptive dealership ever! I was approved for a lower interest rate,that they didnt except I found out later through the mail. I was trying to improve my credit,and I ended up paying twice the amount as I had too. Bad business had a vehicle scheduled to buy was communicating with someone while on the way and when I get their they tell me it sold five minutes ago then ask me to go to their other location to talk to a guy named yiyha and he might be able to do something so I went their and got immediately turned away false advertisement and bad service!

I am definitely recommending this dealership. I bought my first ever car from here last year it was a 2012 chevy cruz, loved it so much and great price! Decided to switch it up this year to a newer car since Ive started college and the best team helped me out. I would give them no stars, but the website won’t allow me. Horrible place! Horrible service! We drove from a different state (which the manager and other employees knew), bought a van in cash ($9,000 to be exact). The van broke down the next day. We took it to our mechanic and according to him the van is in very bad condition. It’s going to take a couple thousand to get fixed. When we called Baha Auto sales to try to see if we could exchange the car or get our money back, the manager didn’t bother to try to help. His words were “I’m here to do business, not friends. Again, HORRIBLE business.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. There is so much negativity I could say about this place. When I first got my car ONE year ago, it is a 2013 car so fairly new, it was a decent car. I was pregnant and needed a reliable car since my ford blew out on me. Within the first week of getting it, there were problems & there have been problems ever since. Ive put THOUSANDS of dollars into a car that is now worth $500. Not to mention, my son is now 9 months old and it has broke down WITH HIM WITH ME more than 10 times. The shop they work with to do repairs, please do not get me started with them. they fix one thing, then another breaks EACH AND EVERY TIME. they do SEPARATE claims through your warranty so you have to pay a deductible EACH time instead of putting it all on one so they get as much as your money as possible. they wouldnt fix my car after I told them they did it wrong. they told me take it somewhere else. workers are rude. I ended up having to repo my car due to it needing a whole new engine that is not worth it when the car is only worth $500. If you need a reliable car, GO TO A REAL DEALERSHIP. sorry for ranting, I could go on forever about this so called dealership.

Shady.While discussing the price of the car, I asked the manager if he had done any repairs on the car. He said no.They moved me to the sales guy, and he prepares all our paperwork. Im glad I read through it all, because the auction they had bought the car from listed it as severely damaged. I asked again about repairs and they told me they hadnt repaired it.Went outside to take a closer look, and came back in. Asked again about repairs, and the sales guy called the manager over. After some back and forth, he admitted that the car had been repaired since they bought it from auction.It took 3+ times to get to that admission.The manager never *technically* lied, but he might as well have. Sure, HE didnt repair the car himself (he just had his body shop do it).I had asked did you repair the car? whereas I should have asked has the car been repaired by any individual after it came into your possession?You should avoid any dealership that plays these word games.Stay away from Baha.

EVEN TRYING TO INTIMIDATE US BY THREATENING US WITH POLICE WHEN WE TOLD THEM THAT IF THEY DIDNT FIX THE CAR OR THE SITUATION WE WOULD LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. THIS BUISNESS HAS MADE US LOSE MONEY AND TIME HAVING TO ALLOW THEM TO KEEP OUR FAMILY CAR TO WORK ON IT, AND IT STILL ISNT FIXED!
