Walked in 30 minutes before close and told the guy that I had never been there before and he was very rude, instead of asking me if I needed any help with the menu he rudely reminded me that they are closing soon. Obviously I knew that, it’s a bagel place you need more than 30 minutes to clean the toaster? Customer service was ridiculous, won’t be going again.

This location was fantastic. We ordered a pastrami bagel and a breakfast bagel both were prepared quickly and were delicious staff is exceptional in their customer service customer care and their personability really like this location I highly recommended. Indoor and outdoor seating provided.

I love Western Bagel, the service is fast, professional, friendly, and accurate, and the bagels are delicious. I got the jalapeno bagel with salmon lox, cucumber, jalapeno cream. Incredible flavor without too much spicy. LOVE IT

Bagels are great but they ALWAYS get my order wrong! Last time I order an everything cheese, a plain bagel and an everything and they just gave me all Everything. Today I orders a cream cheese and salmon a plain bagel and they just gave me the bagel with cream cheese no salmon! The bagels are good but they have to start understanding the customer correctly

Being from NY, I know a good bagel and this place does not make the cut. The bagels are OK in my opinion and are also way to small for the prices being charged. California people must like this place though because the line was out the door.

Bagels are good but the service is horrible. They screw up our order more times than not. Today my girlfriend ordered a smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel. We waited a good 20 minutes in line. Paid almost 9 dollars for a plain bagel with cream cheese no smoke salmon. Again food is descent, but there staff are careless & ruin orders so its very difficult to enjoy there food.

Bagels seemed undercooked and were doughy. Bagel was pretty small and thin as well. Definitely not New York style bagels. Lox were old and appeared to be discolored on the edges. The cream cheese was cheap quality and left an oily residue in my mouth. Coffee was acceptable; if you like strong coffee this is NOT the place for you. While it was edible, I was completely dissatisfied and did not enjoy the meal at all and will not be returning any time soon. Attached is a display of theirs from a few years ago when I first tried this place. If youre willing to let your customers see this, whats happening in the kitchen.

Delicious bagels!! This is my favorite breakfast place. If they ever get orders wrong, they are very service-oriented and accommodating. I will always be coming back here. Forget Noah’s Bagels...!

Went in during COVID times. Store was clean, tables were cleared and counters nicely blocked off, and staff was great! Bagels were perfect.

Cannot understand any negative review of their bagels. Too many people are used to the giant grocery store bagels that are more like donuts. These are authentic, small, chewy circles of delight. Not a bagel fan? get a cup of outstanding joe and a world class cinnamon roll.

THE BEST bagels in Burbank. I usually judge the quality of a place by its line. Western bagel usually has a line, however its super quick. Go in the morning and youll have to wait with the studio crowd along with the locals. But this place is a gem. Its the best of the best too- no other Western Bagel can compete. Egg-a-la bagel and garlic herb cream cheese. I promise, best way to start your day! Loads of parking! Enjoy!

In my opinion, Western Bagel has better tasting bagels than the other bagel shops. They are baked in house. If you like onion bagels, as I do, this particular location seems to put more fresh onion on each bagel. Plus, their flavored cream cheeses are very good.

Best place to go after a swim at Onewiththewater.org and the Verdugo Aquatic Center. Get the egg a la bagel of your choice, vut ask for cream cheese, its so much better!

The best bagels!

Walked in this morning needing 14 breakfast sandwiches for the office. Staff was SUPER nice, even though it took a while to pick out the kind of bagels, meat, cheese varieties, etc. They got on the order RIGHT AWAY with all of the manpower that they had (while a person served all other orders quickly on the side) and we were out of there in 15 minutes! Bagels tasted great and everyone in the office was happy. This is a great place, filled with locals reading the paper and people grabbing breakfast before work. Would definitely come back!

The bagel was really good. Coming from N.Y. they tasted very close to home. Get some tomato in that cream cheese onion bagel and you wont regret.

Dont order the microwaved pizza bagel. They dont toast it for u even if you ask. Its not fresh and has very little sauce. Plus they told me to get back in line to reorder my second choice. I will go to the new Starbucks for my bagel and that is something Id never say. RIP Del Taco u will truly be missed

Pumpernickel bagel is good

Get the Egg ala bagel. Add some lettuce and tomato, maybe some red onions, and cream cheese on the side so you can put a little on each bite. Its delicious!

Lots of construction going on during my two visits which made this place seem extra dirty and also kinda hard to find in a very small plaza with tight spots.The bagels were okay! Definitely not the best I’ve had, but we are in California. The everything in my opinion needs more of everything. I don’t like returning good food, that is just improperly made, so it does really upset me when I ask for my Bagels double toasted and it doesn’t get done, and my bagels comes back soft and doughy. Its not like you can scrape the cream cheese off either and toast it again, so I take the hit as the customer. I also wish this establishment was cheaper, I got 2 everything bagel with bacon on top (maybe cheese too - I can’t remember) I was a little taken back when at the register she told me it was $9.92. If y’all were more affordable, I’d continue to come back and try various things but not at these prices.

Love the rye bagels, and the staff here are always pleasant, friendly, patient, and attentive! Definitely go to this location, not the one in Studio City. Good employees make a world of difference and are worth a bit of extra drive!

This place is the best! Its got that family feel to it and the staff treat you like friends rather than customers. Theyre bagels are the best too, all made in house and when you bite into one of them you taste how bagels should be!

Today I am in the valley - when you live n Atascadero, that may not be too often, and western bagel is everywhere and that means pumpernickel bagels! Yum Yum - There are none in our town, so this is always a treat, combine that with the large selection of creme cheese toppings, add a dose of helpful staff, possibly a bit of salmon sit next to the cute mural and hey, add the good coffee and come to life in the morning! Gotta love that!
