Good old Ben & Jerry ice cream, where you can never go wrong on a hot day. Due to the whole covid situation, they closed the dine in experience and its still closed after California relax on the restriction. They have hand sanitizer for you to use and they allow you to eat outside of the store. The employees are friendly and still give you sample to try on the different flavors. You have to basically part in the parking structure or you can park where the Burbank mall is and just walk to this place. I park at the Police Station since they have public parking and its easier to get into while also easier to leave as well.

Had the chocolate shake and it was good. Id still prefer the Belgian chocolate shake from Haagen-Dazs, but this shake was quite good. However, I recall it costing $10 though.

I am not a fan of going into a restaurant minutes before close because its rude. With that said my wife and I really wanted time ben and Jerrys. The closing staff that evening were awesome. They even offered to remake my waffle cone bowl when I dropped it and some if the cone broke on the counter. Totally unnecessary, I told them!My only suggestion is if you could carry take away carriers for those occasional customers that are doing a pick up! Thanks!

Great little shop, fast service, and tasty ice cream. Only downside to my visit was that the tip jar fell and broke. No injuries, just a bit surprising.

Just took my boy to Ben & Jerry’s for his 16th birthday before he heads off for real into the partier lifestyle almost all 16 yr olds go through. They got all the nicest, most delicious flavors, and toppings. Unfortunately, some of the staff were quite rude to my boy to the point where I had to say something, and they tried not honoring my coupons at first. Still, while this behavior is unacceptable and the normal prices are pretty steep their ice cream can’t be beat.

One of my favorite places to take my family for a special occasion.  I’ve always been a B&J’s fan, and their storefront did not disappoint.  Girls working there were super sweet and extra kind to my young daughter.  Really appreciate the extra mile they went for her.

I love they ice cream i order an specific ice crean that i saw in a picture they hadAt the time i got my ice crean sorprise!!My ice cream didnt looked any at what i order it was way smaller and even the ice cream cone was different,very small the worker told me that they never used the one the pic. It dosent make sense to show a picture and sell something else way smaller for the same experience price .Well i learnedI will never go back to this place.

You almost cant go wrong when you go to Ben & Jerrys. Theyve got huge servings, and lots of flavors. Def stop by if youve never been before.

Its fine. Im just not a major fan of Ben & Jerrys. I was the only person in the store and it took awhile for the worker to acknowledge me. However, its just ice cream and they were out of dipped waffle cones on a Sunday morning.

Great ice cream, original must try flavors, clean store. Lets put it this way: I rarely ever get free samples at ice cream parlors, but when I was here I had to try four before settling on three scoops of different ice creams!

This is the small traditional Japanese sweets place. Their price arent bad for they have business in USA. I really liked sakuramochi and yakimanju. I would get candy, rice crackers and stuffs from supermarket. It was my first time seeing sakuramochi in the US. They take credit card only when you buy over $15. I wish they have any seat to eat inside!

Very slow line because there was only one worker on a saturday night. She was nice and the ice cream was good! We got the american dream. I could not believe a single scoop was $5. Wow. I rather buy a pint in the grocery store.

This location has been here since way back when I remeber been in elementary in the late 80s or early 90s I dont know the exact timeframe but what i do know is that service is GREAT! The staff takes the time to give you samples of flavor you might want to try out, tell you different menu items that are available or explain what come in any particular thing. Never rushing you to make a decision or hurry up to get things going.As far as the ice cream, what can I say, there is so many options and things to try is like you will never end trying them all. my personal favorite is Chunky Monkey, a banana flavor with fudge and walnuts. The inside area of the store has plenty of tables to sit to enjoy your ice cream and is decorated with the iconic cows that have been part of the brands look since its been around. There is also tables outside for those who like to enjoy the outside area.Love coming to this location makes me feel at home and remind me of my younger days when i use to come by as a kid and still coming now

I dont care where you go for dinner around downtown Burbank, you must go here for dessert. With their selection you cant go wrong. Lacking a little in customer service though. And prices are a bit high. Still worth it for an ice cream.
