The worst customer experience ever at this location. Not sure of her name, but the heavy set Hispanic lady with black hair. She was rude very condescending.

These guys were super friendly and super helpful! They worked well together to help everyone as fast as they could during an afternoon rush. I think one of the guys was even supposed to be on break or something, but he still pitched in anyway. Nice work guys!

Very nice and great service getting everything done but just go in knowing the specs of the phone and what you want before hand. I only say that because I did ask about the screen resolution of another phone and the sales person said oh you can change that, then showed me the YouTube and the quality slider, that has nothing to do with the actual pixel count of the screen.Service is lacking in some areas I recently travelled and where the coverage map shows coverage their was non or very spotty.
