Was getting ready to claim it as my favorite H&M store, until one day when I encountered a woman behind the register that could not hold her nasty attitude to herself. Terrible experience. Even a couple that was before me in line were leaving with something like seriously?. You would think during the pandemic people would learn kindness. Apparently some people couldnt wait to go back to the world to be nasty again.

Bought some goods, basic stuffs but really trendy

The H&M avoided to increase the goods price but instead of that the quality decreased they should take care of that to keep satisfied the customer as they are one of the best .

Reminds me of a more upscale millers outpost or anchor blue. Great v-necks 👏 for under 10$ and quality material.

Quality of the clothes is better than Old Navy.

Lovely place and organized

Fresh new clothes every week, the sales ladies are always nice and eager to assist if you need to search for a different size. Also they look and call other stores if they dont have the exact what u need.. love this place

Not enough large sizes for mem!

The store looks unattractive. Its clean and organized but I wont spend much money at this store. Boys section is always empty and limited. There is usually only one cashier and they are new (not enough training, feel bad for them). It takes about 10mins for another cashier to help and they usually have an attitude. Hope this improves soon.

HM Burbank town center Gift Receipt says that return with a gift receipt will receive full credit, in the form of a merchandise credit card, but same store refused to give me a store credit card and they scanned the tag and told me that here is the price and you only can exchange it. Gift Receipt was still valid and item wasnt wear or washed and it has all its tags.

Juan was amazing, he told me about the H&M rewards program and recycling! He is very helpful and friendly. I appreciate his wonderful customer service!

Picked up the rest of my gifts. Not too busy. Didnt need to ask the staff anything; everything was orderly and in place. I highly recommend.

Why is the Burbank Media Center store always closed? I have been there 4 times this week- early in the day - mid day - & just now @ 6:45 & the store is closed.

Recently opened in 2019, Beautiful big location! In Burbank mall, big selection of men women and children clothing shoes and accessories! Reasonable pricing, and constant new designs and products! Parking available at the mall but could be confusing make sure you remember if you parked at the east side or the west side you cross a bridge which connects both sides of the mall actually crossing a street ! So if you’re at the top level for H&M memories your location:) 👍🏻👍🏻this H&M store is a nice addition to Burbank town center mall!

I like the store the staff they think they are helping but i ask for help to 2 different employees and they both didnt found te jacket and the size i looking for one bring me different model but the other one say not we dont have and then looked for myself and found
