Everyone here was really friendly, but the prices for mailing something FedEx was outrageous. I packaged a box weighing 3.4lbs in FedEx’s medium box and brought it in to ship. When the cashier brought up the prices it was $88 for 3 days and $100 for 2 days. When I told the cashier that the FedEx website said the package would around $25, all he said was “well we are a third party shipping service.” I told him sure if it was around $30 that’s fine, but $88! I went over to the FedEx shipping center about 5 minutes away and the cost was $15 for 3 days. Beware of the markups they are doing as third party shippers.
I love this place. The owner is such a great person. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for any services they offer.

I like this place. The employees are dedicated and friendly. They have been accommodating during this COVID-19 outbreak, and go out of their way to make picking up mail safe. Carlos has been super helpful, along with all of the other employees. Right now, I feel its important to thank our essential workforce for hanging in there and doing their best during stressful times.
I stopped by the store to print and ship. I found myself having many issues, JD and John were so welcoming and helpful. With their assistance I was in and out of there very quickly and I recommend this place. ThE line definitely moved very fast and they really seem to care about your time here. Parking is pretty easy to find as well.
I just got an email from a scammer using this address. They say that I am owed $892.00 and its my final opportunity to collect. The business is called Senior Employment.
Make sure you print and TAPE your OWN labels to your OWN boxes if you drop packages here. (dont trust any of the staff when they say ill take care of it for you lol yea right!) Better, dont drop outgoing packages here. Better, dont come here at all. Staff will not admit to errors and would rather alienate and cancel customers rather than admit to a $50 fault. Real good business practices. Smh.

What can I say about the Burbank Shipping Center... they re amazing! They have handled all my business and personal shipping needs for years. From the simple needs to the complicated delicate computer packing and shipping. Mary and Company take care of all our business needs, with expertise and good attitude. Always enjoyable to go in there. And they have helped me when FedEx lost one of our clients packages. Monique who works at BSC was on it, and tracked it down. Burbank Shipping Center offers solutions, which helps me and my company out. I do know they offer other services from Mail Boxes, to architectural Prints, etc. I highly recommend BSC for all your shipping, and other business needs.

We do a lot of FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipments so the Burbank Shipping Center is our favorite shipping spot! Danny & Christina helped us today to wrap a makeup mirror for shipping. They spent an hour making sure our package was wrapped correctly and only charged us $16.00! We continually have a good experience with the Burbank Shipping Center.
I often need notary services and I’m tired of going to many of these places that advertise for notaries but don’t have anyone there when you come. This is my second time coming and I wasted my time. Stay clear of this business.
Morning and afternoon staff was incredibly rude during both my visits. They seem to not want to be there. Simply asking to pick up your package is a hassle. I hope I never have to pick up a package from here again. I would probably opt for returning it back to sender instead. Avoid this place, if you can.
I had a small sample of rice that needed to be sent to India. So I searched around for a HDL service office and I found the BURBANK shipping Center. I parked in the street and went inside and was greeted by a nice gentleman by the name of Danny. He was very friendly and very enthusiastic to help.He knew what he was doing. He typed up all the shipping information and even wrapped my package tightly to make sure everything stays safe inside. He then showed me all my options, and I thought it was only DHL. But it was Fedex and DHL and a few other companies. We compared the rates and the FedEx option was the most cost efficient one. So we went with that one.How cool is that?! I looked around and saw they have everything you would ever need to ship something anywhere in the world. They even have a key making station for house keys. And even computers to print stuff.Loved it here. Thanks Danny!

This review is only about the mail box rental practices. I have nothing negative to say about Marys staff, who are all lovely and very helpful. I am into my second year with a mail box rental, and during this period, somehow the box number has been allocated to another company, Art & Framing (who are still their customer), too. Mary cant explain how 2 of us came to have the same number, but as of last week I am still being handed their mail when I go to collect mine. I have complained so many times. I rent a mail box so my mail is secure, if my mail can be handed to someone whos not me, then this defeats the purpose. Not to mention several wasted trips to collect packages which are not actually mine. Sadly I am not entitled to a refund for my unused months, even though I am not getting what I signed up for. Would not recommend.
