Cant possibly recommend FET electronics enough! Mark is super confident about being able to repair pretty much anything. As well he should be, hes a techs tech! The turn around time is crazy fast, and his prices are beyond fair. SO happy I found him!!

He is such a pleasure to do business with. He’s honest, his prices are great and if he can’t help you with something he usually knows someone who can. This place is truly a gem. Btw I didn’t take sound equipment here. I brought 2 Segway scooters and brining my drone in this week to be fixed.

Took my Marantz 2250 to have it serviced and after the 90 day work guarantee my receiver began degrading in sound quality. Felt cheated for the amount of money I paid, highly dont recommend taking your vintage equipment there.

Mark (owner, service tech) is probably the last remaining tech in the LA area that can service long-out-of-production and vintage audio gear, including analog and digital tape machines. He knows and LOVES this equipment and is passionate about keeping it working at its best. He is a pleasure to deal with and charges reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Mark is the guru of DAT, possibly one of the last. He can also fix any solid state or tube equipment, sometimes even without schematics! Often has vintage hard to find spare parts on hand, and if it isnt, he will use his expertise and experience to source an appropriate replacement of high quality. He has repaired several vintage amps from the 50s, 60s, and 70s of domestic and foreign make for me. Lets hope he never retires!

EXPERT at audio electronics repair! I found Mark this last year and have gone there almost weekly now with some equipment to repair. Hes reasonably-priced, fair, knows many types of equipment. Usually done in about a week or so. Many people avoid DAT machines, cassettes, HiFi repairs, mixers, solid-state and tube amps: Mark does these and also old synthesizers, drum machines, effects. I have a recording studio with tons of old gear - hes saved MOST of it by now.

Mark has to be one of the greatest techs in all of California. Truly has saved a lot of people and is a very honest man.
