Very long but basic story short… don’t go here. There are other places that mix Dunn Edwards paint colors that have friendly and helpful people with good attitudes that care, at all. I simply needed a bright, white semi gloss for some doors and trim that was close to existing doors and trim in my home. I explained all of this and was incorrectly sold Velvet samples, not semi gloss samples (which they don’t do) and they would not return them when I went in even though I spoke with a person the night before and they assured me they would return them. It’s obviously not the $12 hI’m concerned with, it’s the principle. I was met by a person shaking their head at me as soon as I walked in the door and started to explain my situation! There are more infuriating details within this situation but I just can’t spend anymore time on this. Farewell Dunn Edwards!

I been there once but im happy they stay in business because tbey have big competicion and i dont want to see empty space in my hometown Burbank i want to see the progresss in my city and one my contribucion is support them

Amazing!!!!!! The dunn edwards in North Hollywood made mistake lied cheated me out of $1300 wothless paint their mistake and they didnt want to help me. I went to burbank. Loved it they went above and beyond with their service. TONY UR AMAZING THANK YOU!!!!!! AND DEBI LOVE U BOTH!!!!

Disappointed with product and service.Hate the Sparta Wall paint. After 2 coats, it barely covered. Probably would have needed two or three more. But I switched to Sherwin Williams and got it done in one more coat.Pre-sale, the rep could have told me that primer is absolutely mandatory. I’m not a pro. I needed this advice. The paint seems useless without a flawless primed under surface.After the sale, the store Manager missed a golden opportunity to make it right. Help me out. Win my business for a long time.They did not take that opportunity.I was looking to standardize on one brand in my house upgrades work. I will try Sherwin Williams instead.

They don’t use the ticket system or call numbers. Which is fine if your buying paint at 2pm but not cool if your buying paint early in the morning and need to get to the job site. Also under staffed. First and last visit to this location.
