I opened Viking Marine Services in 1976 and I have been in the boat business since. I have an inventory of $100K in Snap-On tools in house right now. I have [probably] spent thousands of dollars in drill bits over the past 45 years and I have NEVER owned a set like the Viper Made in USA set I got from Ace. I was so impressed a few months later I bought a set for my son who runs our shop in Port St Lucie, but found them in my motorhome. Finally for Christmas 2019 I bought a THIRD set and finally gave one set to my son. My first set is 5 years old, second set is 4. I use them daily in my shop and have, to date, broken THREE small bits, ALL replaced at no charge. Back when I used Snap-On Cobalt Bits I PAID for every bit I broke. Do yourself a favor, try a set of these drill bits, you will never find a better set.

Constant harassing phone calls. Returned their products to them unused and they say I never did. Horrible quality tools and materials. Rude salesman. They like to use scare tactics like threatening to sue and take to court. Stay far away.

Was good at first, they try to sell dollar store quality tools for absurd prices. When you try to return they turn to childish tactics to get you to pay.Far better places to get things for your company.Will never use again. Best sales people Home depot ever had in my opinion

Selling dollar store quality at premium pricing. Do not be fooled, they are rip off artists!!!!I’ve made 2 purchases and both were huge failures. Drill bit set allegedly the best money can buy, at $500 it should have been, tried 2 bits, both snapped like twigs in 3 seconds literally.Hole saw kit, same deal, $500 and wouldn’t cut through anything. Tried on an electrical panel and it barely scratched off the paint before all the teeth were ground off to nothing.The company and all associates of it are absolute lying trash!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never bought anything from these people, but they call me all the time even though I have asked them over a dozen times to stop calling and take me off their list. They use spoofed phone numbers so it appears that they are calling from a local number, but they arent. I can only assume all of the 5 start reviews are paid for and/or fake. Kind of sad that they are so desperate to try and make sale

Horrible simply horrible experience. Called for a purchase and being 4 pm my time and only 1 pm their time i said if they werent ordered that day that i would not be purchasing.. as i was on hold waiting the lady called me back on another line, she said she passed the info on to the sales team and she did like being threatened?? i was excuse me when did i and she hung up on me. they guy called and after a storm of emails and him giving me misinformation i asked about the warranty and he cancelled the order after i paid 3 days previously.. Then i called back and got customer service and again a slew of emails to say how sorry they were and they were going to take care of it.. No more correspondence no emails left messages on the customer serivce reps phone and still nothing.. the sales men told me on a thursday i would get the warranty and invoice that night.. on monday afternoon after i asked for the warranty the 3 rd time he cancelled the order and sent me the cancelled invoice.. what a sham

This company is a huge scam! They have a fast talking salesman send you products you didnt want telling you to try it put and when you try to return it, they say its past 30 days and now youve spent over $300 on something you can buy at Home Depot for $25. Do not fall into this trap!

They dont honor warranty claims, sales pitch prices did not match the amount actually billed. Shipping was supposed to be free, instead i was charged over $200. I recommend calling a SNAP-ON or MATCO rep if youre looking to make a large tool purchase. Warranty is a no questions asked, replaced immediately, no hassle process with SNAP-ON or MATCO either one!

We have about $20,000 worth of unopened merchandise in our warehouse. Because they somehow got my bosses cell phone number. He has a disability that makes it hard for him to tell people no. Their do not call list doesnt work. They call from tons of numbers making it impossible to block them. They know of his disability but they continue to call All The Time. I dont know how you could work for a company like this and consider yourself a half way decent person. Just an FYI if you are thinking about buying something. Free doesnt mean free. It means they will give you this for free but charge you $200 for a $5 saw blade. We have lots of $200 saw blades. 😡

Tools are sub par. When they break, they wont replace them. What the invoice said never matched what the salesman said. Theyll also call you makes if you dont accept their sales pitch and theyll never leave you alone. This place needs to get shut down, and the owners JAILED for scamming peoe

I tried out their “lifetime warranty” drill bits. Great at first but they do, just like everything, go bad, just like the cheap ones. 2 ATTEMPTS TO WARRANTY THEY HANG UP. Never received my replacements. Constant calls trying to sell me more overpriced junk. Same stuff as anywhere else but 3x the prices with false claim “lifetime warranty”

Was given the opportunity to try out some drill bits, and I was very impressed with the quality. While I personally wouldnt use them enough, theyre good enough bits that I would strongly recommend them to various business clients who would. They also have concrete bits of the same material which was very tempting to try out.If you get the chance to try them, its definitely worth it.

So heres the short and skinny of my experience with Ace.I deal with a guy named Jordan and he has been such a pleasure to deal with. Initially it was a cold call and he introduced himself offering a large variety of products. Ive made some purchases that suited what I need and Ive liked what Ive bought. I also really appreciate that Jordan is respectful and doesnt call incessantly. We set up dates and times to call and touch base to see what the needs are for product at that time. The first time I bought products from this company they were pretty good and I was mostly satisfied. On my second purchase I was minimally satisfied. when the sales guy called me back a couple months later I expressed how unsatisfied I was and he gave me $120 credit. Then all of a sudden I cant use that $120 credit unless I spend $600 or more. Ive been telling multiple sales agents for 2 years now to stop calling me. They wont stop calling you. I dont care what you say. I dont care what they say. I dont care what anybody says. Theyre going to proceed to call me and spoof numbers so I answer the phone forever I assume. Their prices arent all that great either. Theyre heavy duty saw blades are pretty good. Thats all I got that I really liked. But I will never buy from them again because everything else is junk and they wont stop calling me.

Basically thieves, dont give them a credit card, they will keep charging forever, and you can find most of there tools for a tenth of the price anywhere else.

The Tools and Blades are great. i get a lot of calls from my sales guy. i wont lie i sometimes hang up on him. but the reason I do buy is he always gets me quality products and never is in a bad mood. hes excited everytime. all in all the tools are great and the sales guy at least mine knows his stuff

I have been purchasing tools from Ace for about 5 years now. From Viper drill bits and circular saw blades to multi tool blades and grinding and cutting wheels the quality is great. I especially enjoy the warranty as no one makes better bits or has a better warranty. I highly recommend you give them a call if you are tired of breaking black carbide drill bits or just want to find out what other tools they sell.

Garbage company has to spoof local numbers. If you cannot display your own phone number on caller ID there is a problem with your lousy company... for a company with an employee in California to display a Kentucky phone number is deceptive, if you are trying to start a business relationship I suggest honesty is the best policy.

Matt contacted me about some viper drill bits that were supposedly the best drill bits out there and could drill without cutting oil and not become dull. Was very weary about it at first. But they showed up to my shop and I drilled about 15 holes through half inch steel without any cutting oil. It ate right through the metal with ease. So far I’m very impressed.

Please save yourself the trouble and just say NO when they call...Wow, I am not sure where to begin. For a business that has been around for 35 years, I would struggle to see them in business much longer, they still work on old style pressure tactics for sales followed by underhanded collections that might have worked 20 yrs ago. I should have known better when they called.We agreed to try three of the cutting discs and if they didnt work out we wouldnt have to buy them.After one use, two of our departments said they were not worth it. Now granted I didnt call right away and let ACE know and thats on me. However, the conversation that followed when I was trying to explain why their product wasnt as they stated. All that seemed to be important was getting paid for a product that their client didnt approve of. I wanted to offer a compromise and she wouldnt hear me out. I deal with vendors all day long, hundreds of them and have never dealt with the likes of this. It was absolutely mind blowing to me.

My husband is a Milwaukee tools fanatic and has done business with Ace for years! They have a helpful sales staff (we usually deal with Brandon or Grant) who take pride in finding what we need at the best possible price! Sometimes we even receive items at no charge in exchange for buying consumables in bulk, etc. I handle the financial end of things for my husband and Im always happy to deal with Aces customer service or I can talk to the salesman who sold the tools to us directly when we have additional questions, or to pay a bill, or re-order. Its nice to have a reliable company who you can trust!

A little more expensive than finding a good sale...we love to shop Black Friday deals at competitors to stock up on needed supplies for the coming year...but if you buy as you go for your business, the convenience of having things delivered to your doorstep through Ace Industrial Supply is a definite plus!

I have ordered numerous items for use in my remodeling business. The multi-tool blades last way longer than box store options. The life-time guarantee drill bit set is 1)better bits than the standard titanium bits, and 2)Ive gotten over 15 worn/dead bits replaced for free; and the multi-use masonry bits are truly worth the extra money. Never had a problem with payments.

Ripped off! My first experience with ACE was a couple years ago when I received a cold call from one of there sales agents. The guy was nice & very convincing to give them try. I purchased a few items for my company. One item was a high quality drill set for around $300 which came with a life time bit replacement warranty which I was a bit skeptical about . I received the product and the quality was good. Within the first year after the purchase I called in & ordered & received replacement drill bits for the set as needed. (approximately 6 replacement bits) That gave me confidence in there bit replacement program. I received another cold call from an ACE sales rep around 12 months after the first purchase I made. I purchased some more tools from them along with 4 more of the drill sets with the life time warranty at around $300 each. To make a longer story shorter since that purchase I have made several attempts to get replacement drill bits and have not seen them. Ive also had a few conversations with the sales reps that have been cold calling me since, that sincerely sound concerned & told me they would look into it, but it never goes anywhere. Pretty disappointed with this company.

I ordered a 1” milwakee impact wrench and when it came ace added a couple extra goodies. Happy with the wrench. You can track it in your phone. Shipping came in about a week but the salesman was pleasant to work with. Thanks Mike!

Ace Industrial supply has some great blades for any job. My sales guy Dave sent me a couple and Ive never seen a bi metal blade cut as good, or last near as long. I called back and ordered 15 more. I trust the guys at ace when it comes to keeping me in a full supply of bades and different saftey equip. You should definitely try them if you havent yet.

The tools I seen my buddy’s buy were decent and for the most part what the salesman said they were. I gave them a try and what a nightmare. Endless phone calls and wouldn’t take no for an answer so I Finally just sent the tools back to them so they can aggravate someone else with the “blow out sale” lol Was also told they are “snap on” quality. They’re harbor freight quality at best. Don’t waste your time.

Salesman would NOT take No for an answer so he mailed me drill bits to test for 30 days. On arrival, there is a $200 handling fee! When I tried to return them, it took 2 weeks to get a return label emailed to me. By then the 30 days was up. And they lost the package. (UPS tracking says it was delivered 2 Months ago). Now they want their money for drill bits they have in their warehouse!

Purchased a mixed set of Bacho Reciprocating saw Blades, wood, demolition and metal, after using the sawzall hard for a couple weeks on 2 decks, a porch roof, and some enclosed chimneys, my observation is that they last a third longer than other blades, I have had my own home improvement business for a few years now and I am impressed, especially at 5.99 a blade.

An absolute horrendous experience!! They sent me a box of drill bits even after I said I didn’t want them, regardless they sent free stuff with it so I figured why not . The salesperson said I didn’t have to buy them and could return them later . I received the drill bits, never opened the box, so I tried returning them within the posted date on the invoice and they said that I can’t return them! The salesperson I spoke to was clearly inept after I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me I could not do that . He told me the invoice would go to a 3rd party collections agency to get the payment . Good luck with that, I am not paying for these and you can try as hard as you want, but it ain’t happening ! Terrible company

Quality tools and supplies. Theyre a small family business on a bigger scale than most. You would get what you pay for but if your cool to the sales reps they seem to be able work in your favor and bend over backward even tend to push there own bosses to make sure the customer gets what they need. for me I give them 5 stars all my packages have been perfect.
