So i had my wife order a bullet bra for her birthday. The product showed to be in stock so we ordered. After receiving no shipping information she reached out to see if there was an issue. She was told they are a small company and it could take a little more time than listed on the site. The claim is their counts on the site are accurate.They then sent an email from the UK saying it was out of stock. She then emailed to try to get a resolution as the item had been paid for. She has yet to get a response. If this is how this company does business we will go back to Secrets in Lace. Our first experience with What Katie Did has been unexcusable.Thank you Amanda for your assistance in getting the situation rectified, i hope. As of yet no shipping info but i am hoping we receive that soon. I will edit further as the situation warrants.Thank you Amanda for rectifying the situation. After a few bumps in the road my wife has received her bra. She is very pleased with the color and construction. This definitly has a pointy construction. Your help will assure that she will be a return customer. I recommend your product as a husband.So...after my praise for the helpfulness that Amanda gave me and my happiness with the product, i decided to order again for our anniversary. Once again everything showed to be in stock. So upon checking on the order status, one of the items is out of stock. Im not sure what type of inventory control system is in use if any at all, but it needs improvement. I ordered on Thurs afternoon and im being told the items will ship sometime next week. You have a great product line. But if you cant deliver what you show to have in an expedient and timely manner then people will find someone or business they can count on.

I found this place by mistake shopping along Magnolia Blvd. I get their emails and have ordered online before. So I was excited to get to go to the actual store! Its very small and quaint. The store clerk was very helpful and I was able to find 2 garters 2 pairs of stockings 🙂 I walked out a happy girl!

The best vintage inspired underwear ever!Very good quality details... I wish I could wear them over ;-)Although most of it are small sizes, they make more and more things in bigger sizes. ^_^And dont forget the seamed stockings in bright colors...

I had the absolute best experience here. Even though I was just looking around to pre-shop for a photoshoot, Hannah - the sales associate working when I came in, helped me find all of my sizes for an hour so that I could come in the next time and purchase when I made my choices for the shoot. Ive never felt so attended to and so welcome in a lingerie store before, especially when the staff knew up front that I may not purchase anything that day. I highly recommend this store, and I will definitely be shopping there in the future. What a beautiful find.

But also of you want something sleek and sexy...look here!Ive often dreamed and drooled over items from Katie on line...but Im curvy and buying things blind spooks me.Visiting the store is a dream come true...its beautiful, the staff is friendly and puts you right at ease (I didnt feel silly or too big), and you get to try that gorgeous lingerie on in person!!Theyll let you know how different styles run fit-wise and which suit certain body types more.They gave me beautiful re-usable bags with my purchases and I walked away feeling Id made friends. I cant wait to go back.

This shop is well set up and uncluttered. Lots of vintage trunk decore that is actually used (practical). Lilian helped us and was cheery and extremely knowlegeable. She did not try to upsell and spoke honestly. This is the kind of shop we make ourselves regulars at!
