I have been buying paint from them since 1991.There is no point in shopping for paint anywhere else, really.Never had a bad experience there in 30 years.
Owner takes advantage of customers who are inexperienced in what theyre looking for. Sold me opposite of what i needed. Had to return 3 different things three different times.
Mark is the best to consult with and always open to picking the right product for me for the task. I trust him completely. When, when I first met him he introduced me to a free Acid Stain concrete class by his supplier, KemKo and from then on my floors, and walls look like photos from the Hubble Telescope and California Cooper Iron Ore and the aqua, orange red gold sunsets. Call first, ask your question and bring your most difficult design. honesty and personal care with no nonsense answers will never waste your time. Tell them, Angeltompkins sent you for sure. love and joy to you and your projects. Ask for your contractors discount as well.
Theres a lot of knowledge here. Its a great place to find home repair and maintenance things. Advice is free and on target. Not open on weekends though. I like them.
Done business for them for years, wonderful people! I Always enjoy Going there and talking to Mark when getting my aerosol cans filled. way better than G/M because you dont have to wait 20 minutes to get help
Mark is very knowledgeable. He knew the right questions to ask to make sure I was buying the product I needed.
Such a relief to have employees who know their business. I always know they can match a paint color EXACTLY. I always get good advice. I like to support small businesses who unfortunately are increasingly being eaten up by corporations who hire personnel who lack experience and dont stay long enough to get it.
An old time ethical hardware and paint store. Very helpful staff. A bit of most things one would need. So far not disappointed.
Big fan of their turnaround time on paint matching and aerosole can filling. Mark always has a great attitude and customer service skills!
After being a loyal customer for over ten years and having spent well over $20,000.00 at his store, we were contacted by Jim, the owner of Burbank Paint and were told in a very rude manner that we would no longer be afforded a net 30 payment. Having the net 30 yanked wasnt nearly as bad as the disrespectful attitude with which we were treated. Any business owner who mistreats his long time faithful clients this way does not deserve loyal clients in the first place. Good bye Burbank Paint and good riddance.
The employees are such awesome people. The best person who knew the paint on point and everything there, with such a great and beautiful personality, has passed and he will be truly truly missed...rip Rudy♡
