I am extremely impressed with NW Import Auto. I called around to eleven other shops, and not only was NW Import able to get me in same day, but they also had some of the best pricing in the area. They were able to fix my manual transmission in one day and were able to give me a rental car to use which is a huge bonus. The only thing I would like to see is an option for key drop-off and key pick-up since the store hours are hard to hit when working during the work week.

I recieved a call to make sure the service was done correctly. I really appreciated this extra form of service which was done well.

I feel very comfortable at NE Import Auto Services. The owner Naim explains all things that are wrong and then give you a reasonable price. Being a single female I have been overcharged and 5000.00 in damages by other mechanics. I feel the owner is honest and fair. He also have loaners that he will allow you to use while repairing your auto.

The only place I have taken my Mercedes for 10 years. Not one thing has ever gone bad on my car. Just regular maintenance. Naim is awesome! Never has done me wrong.

Before moving to Honolulu I brought my vehicles to NW Import Auto for years and they were the best repair shop Ive ever know (Im 70 years old). Nam and his crew always did a great job at an affordable price. GREAT REPAIR SHOP. I highly recommend.I just called asking for my old records and Nam was as always so helpful and friendly.I give them 5 stars. They deserve it.

I have a 1995 Jaguar XJ6 thats in good shape, for being a 24 year old classic car. Ive had trouble finding a place for maintenance and upkeep, so I decided to stop in and talk to the crew at Northwest Import Auto Service. Nam, the owner, said they dont work on a lot of Jags, but they can do so. I explained that I needed a new voltage regulator installed, and that I had the part already. Nam, was kind and helpful and said I could bring the car in the next day, so I did. He was able to install the voltage regulator and had the car on the road the next day! AWESOME!It gets better - about three months ago, Id had another local shop put all new belts on the car, only to have them squeal loudly - so loud it could wake the neighbors! NW corrected the belt tension and the car is now quieter than ever. Whats more, Nam explained that he found two urgent items to address; an oil gasket that was leaking badly, and a poorly installed fuel filter. We agreed to work on some other items later, and focus on the urgent items for safety today. I appreciated that Nam was very clear about which items needed to be addressed now to avoid danger on the road for me and any passengers. This was an even bigger deal because the last place I brought my car, (that did the belts poorly), was supposed to review and assess all the seals to give me an update on the mechanical health of this used car. Somehow, they didnt make any suggestions about what needed immediate action and merely said it would need a lot o work and has some leaks. Ha! What old car doesnt need some work?Nam and the team at Northwest Import Auto Service have earned my trust and my business. They were friendly, professional, fast, and even installed parts Id purchased, making the entire experience positive. Im very glad I found them and have been thrilled to drive my car this whole weekend. Ill be back soon to continue fixing whats needed and look forward to a great working relationship. This shop is great! I was referred by a close friend a few years back and Erickson & the rest there do amazing work. They are honest, efficient, and usually have a loaner car you can use (for when the parts are going to take time, or if youve got to go to work).

The owner of the shop charge me a little over $5000 To replace my head gaskets am in my 2003 Cadillac Seville. Before he did the head gaskets he did the water pump . At first everything was great, but about after 6 months my car started leaking water again . So I started replacing parts I know he didnt do like the radiator and hoses . But it continued to leak so i took it to another shop . The water pump looked like it had never been replaced . I would not suggest anyone let him work on your car . He is a rip off artist !

This place is complete garbage. Bought a vehicle from them claiming it was a clean title. Got lied to 3 times in my face about the title status. Turns out the car is a rebuilt title, they did a switcheroo on titles last second after cash was given. I called the owner to talk about what happend and he was not having it, cursed me out stating he never said no such thing about it being clean and admitted to me he knew it was a rebuilt title. So the owner and business is a fraudulent, dishonest, rude person who false advertises things. I cant imagine how many people he has ripped off. Go to this place if you want to get ripped off and lied to in your face several times. Worst experience ever and will NEVER ever do business with this shady fraudulent shop

They got me in last minute, came in early and the put my car up immediately, didnt make me wait. They didnt give me a run around and the quote was close to what it came out to.

I was charged $100.00 for diagnostics and the problem continued, I do not recommend this place, either location in Burien or Rainier. Dont go there if you dont want to loose your money.

My friend was also charged $100.00 for diagnostics and a new window switch as the window would not go up. They said they put in a used switch,and the first time I put the window down, it would not go back up She does not recommend their Burien location She will not go back there and will do more research before taking her Mercedes somewhere else.
