I really enjoy visiting the Burien CosmoProf. The Manager is a seemingly great guy who does know his facts and I appreciate their attention when Im looking around and have questions of my own. I recommend making the drive to Burien CosmoProf because the employees make the difference and as usual their products are to dye for!Samantha

Ive had mixed experiences. There has been a lot of turnover, and they are often out of a lot of color. Customer service was weird for awhile, too, but they seem to have sorted that out. (The guy with the longer curly hair and tattoos is super personable.) The three stars is my overall review, although if they continue to improve and get their stocking stabilized, that could easily get better.Edit: changed my review to 5 stars. The staff has been steady with helpful service and color stock has been stabilized. Huge improvement.

As a licensed stylist there is no place else to shop for professional products and they always provide the best service. Top notch customer service. Great sales on a regular basis. Store is laid out well which makes shopping easy. Nice location for easy in, easy out.

Everytime i went there always out off stock for the nails polish.

New management has made this place great! What I need is always in stock and they are helpful and nice. Im always happy doing business here.

How about hiring punctual individuals? What a concept?! Opening at 830 when your hours are posted at 8AM is unacceptable and to receive no apologies for such behavior is also unacceptable. Bad business.

People are usually pretty helpful and its got great parking

Tried to do a simple return from a purchase made a week prior. Had my receipt, credit card and ID. The staff were not clear on their own return policy, which appears to be different than the one printed on the receipt. I heard varying versions including; I would have to come back a different day, I could do a partial return, or I could return everything as an even exchange. Which is it? I got the Not my problem, I just work here attitude and very little assistance when I asked for clarification. Very disappointing service.

There was only one gal working the shipment had come in all out on the work floor making this a dangerous place and what with new ad didnt have several products advertised . The store was too busy for just one person to cashier, answer questions and open and stock shelves
