This location is EXTREMELY busy, so expect to spend hours waiting for work to be completed, but thats not the employees fault. The employees were fantastic. I had an issue related to a repair at another location, and Kyle quickly and professionally fixed the issue. Everyone was professional and calm despite the constant flow of customers streaming into the store.

The Les Schwab located in Burien is an awesome store. Ive gone to that location for many years. Ive bought tires, had them fixed, and always happy with the employees. Ive tried to use other Schwab locations, with a less than pleasurable experience.

Back Right tire completely flat screw in it. Was driving on the highway and all the way from Tukwila to burien had no idea it was flat I could have died. I had to wait 3 hours to get my tire plugged was ridiculous but hurry up and wait.

My first experience was horrible, and I was thinking about writing a review but decided not to. Assuming the second time around, it would be much better....WRONG! Its amazing how a business keeps getting all these bad reviews due to the same problem everyone else is complaining about but doesnt try to fixed the issue here. Thank goodness this will be my last service for these sets of tires. After that, Im doing business somewhere else.✌

First time I had my tires rotated here they broke my hubcap cover. Said they would replace it. Never did. Never even called to update me nor was there an attempt for any other resolution. Second time I came to make an appointment, the receptionist was talking on the phone with what seemed to be a friend they were definitely on a personal call and didnt even care that a customer was waiting (with no one in lobby other than me) for over 5 mins. The day of my appointment, I dropped my car off before they opened and after work came to get my car for a simple tire rotation. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment they didnt even get to my car and didnt try to reschedule me and just gave me my keys ignoring any sense of customer service. I made an appointment so I didnt have to wait for hours. I didnt complain to anyone because I just figure they arent too big on customer service. I even called 10 mins before my appointment time to make sure they knew I dropped off my car and I had an appointment -- they said they were just about to work on my car. Just frustrating and a waste of my time and money, not to mention they broke my hubcap cover and never replaced it and I still didnt complain and tried to use their services again. I used this place because it is really close to my work, but will no longer use them because of above stated reasons.

We use them for all of our tire needs when any of our vehicles need new tires. Today was just a drywall day off that was in my rear passenger tire but they were quick to fix it even though they are short staffed finding employees to work for them they still took really good care of me

This particular location was a disaster. They didnt tighten the lug nuts. 100 miles down the road we felt a wobble but made it to our location. Before heading back it got worse. Had it checked out by a Walmart, since Les Schwab isnt open on Sundays. Two lug nuts had vibrated completely off and several more were extremely loose. Glad we stopped to check before hitting the mountains. They also installed a battery without asking me if I wanted it. I have great experienced in Bellingham but not at this one. Scary!

After a day that started out bad and went to worse, to have this shop hold open for me to pick up my car after hours and work with me on my bill really was amazing. They have earned a customer for life.

The staff here are upfront and tell you the times and prices of the service needed.

The Les Schwab in Burien, WA looked at my low tire for NO CHARGE and were very thorough and polite. I was able to be seen on very short notice. They fixed the tire, also at no-charge. The service waiting area was very clean, and their staff was polite on the phone and in person. I will be going back for future tire issues.

I dropped my car off at 11 and was told it could be up to 4 hours wait. I called back at 5 to find out that it was just about to go on the lift but that it would be ready by closing (6pm). My wife walked up to pick up the car which still had not gone on the lift, was sold two tires to replace the one on a very low mileage car, and the attendant tried to up sell her on a replacement of all 4 tires.

Was very happy with the price and expediency of my wheel bearing job.

We have all seen the commercials on t.v. about Les Schwab and the tech running out to the customer or saving someone in a brutal situation. Yeah, we have all seen it and said maybe? Well, I experienced one of those situations this past December on Christmas Eve, picture it. Car loaded with presents and in the back, dog ramp, dog bed and 80lb yellow lab. It is cold outside and I want to beat traffic out to the peninsula. I get the car loaded and start her up. A sensor goes off on the front left tire. I had just put air in the day before at one of Les Schwabs competitors with a drive through pressure check. The tech tells me that the valve is broken. Well, he didnt tell me that the day before when they filled it with air. I have to make a quick decision even though I am right there at the competitors location. I say, I am going to Les Schwab. I get there check in and wait my turn. The tech comes over and evaluates the situation, checks for parts and tells me my options and potential cost. I request that he just fix it as I am on a holiday mission. I unload all the doggie stuff in the back including the dog and the tech takes the care with a flat into the bay. About 45 minutes later he has completed the job. Instead of valve replacement for $110.00 which he quoted. He tells me my lucky day. The valve broke at a spot were he could repair it without part replacement. He didnt have to be honest. He could have gave me some line of bull and charged me the $110.00 and sent me on my way. The honesty and integrity he displayed is what makes me a Les Schwab customer. You can go cheap and youll get what you pay for. Go to Les Schwab and pay fair market price for quality work and honesty! Thank you Mr. Tech, I wish I remembered your name so I could give you a shout out! Your a classic act that makes Les Schwab the respectable valued business that it is!

I was so stressed this morning. I had just bought a 2008 Dodge Caravan this month and a piece of got lodged in a tire. They fixed my tire were kind and courteous. And I was able to go to work.

Friendly and efficient as usual. Brakes and tires for all my vehicles, never a problem. I was happy to find them very Covid conscious.

I went there to check the air on my tires. They told me I might want to have them looked at because of the fact that my one tire was extremely low. I asked how long it would take he told me 45 minutes to complete the task. I could not argue with that, please go right ahead I said. It took an hour and when he brought me back my keys I asked him how much. He told me nothing, just when youre ready to buy some tires come see us.

They were pretty busy and still managed to get my tire patched in no time at all

I dropped my tire off to get repaired (nail in tire) around 11:30 and was told that they were pretty busy and that it would be about 3 hrs. I left the tire and went to work and it’s now 340 and they said it is still going to be another couple of hours!! I understand that things get busy but I don’t think it takes 5-6 hrs to fix the hole. If that’s the case they should have said so and I could have gone somewhere else. I have spent 1000’s of dollars on tires and rims from Les Schwab and if I could I would return it all and go somewhere else. I will not be buying anymore tires or anything else from this place again. The dismissive attitude of the people of the phone made the whole situation even worse. They clearly don’t care about the customers.

So my breaks dont squeak any more which is good, they didnt have the part but were able to get it to arrive with in 30 minutes. Just felt like it took forever.

Limped into the Tukwila store on 1st ave., on a spare tire with low pressure. After being coerced into buying 4 premium tires when I only needed two, I was told it would take an hour. Stranded with wife and 2 small children, we walked to Fred Meyers and returned an hour later....only to discover our car hadnt been touched, but two other customers who came in 1/2 hour after us were being serviced. Maybe theyll give a better review, cause Im not coming back with any of my other vehicles which will soon need tires.

They got ol betsy my Suburban in we got some great tires, they were friendly they were helpful and in the end we knew that are pitman arm was broken and it was wonderful when they said your pitman arm and your idler arm is broken and when they gave us the estimate it was half the price of an estimate for just the pitman arm at a different shop and then theyll do our full front end alignment at the same time and it still was half the price from a different shop and that included the pitman arm The Idler arm and a front end alignment they were honest and my car is driving like a beast an old Betsy has 300,000 miles on her wouldnt take her any other place!

It has now been two weeks since I dropped off a flat tire with a damaged rim to be replaced. I checked back in a week, and they’d gotten as far as pulling the tire off the rim, and set the rim off to the side. They’ve made no attempts to contact me with any updates, and at this point it looks like I’d better try again somewhere else. I know these are deeply difficult times, but they could at least call with the occasional update.

I took my Honda in for a battery today and was told that the wait would be 4 hours. I had no choice because I had to have a reliable vehicle to get to work tomorrow. After 5.5 hours, I was told I didn’t need a new battery. I couldn’t take the chance since it had been tough to start so I told them to go ahead and change it. No offer of a discount because of the delay and they don’t offer a military discount. I will never stop here again.Update. I was finally waited on and the battery for my vehicle isn’t in stock. Couldn’t they have told me that 6 hours ago?

I was a walk-in for 2 slow leak flat repairs on a Saturday. I didnt have a ride to drop off my car and no appointment, they let me know it could be a 90-120 minute wait, and thats what Id expect on a Saturday. I had some errands to run nearby and came back about 60 minutes later, and I was still in line for my repairs, (Good in store communication system!).(They also have a good covid system in place, with an option to wait in your car, and good spacing markings in their comfortable waiting area).They were clearly very busy and working as fast as possible.Im due for new tires soon. When I saw that Summer, who was working the front desk, had a second I asked if she could setup a quote for new tires for me. Before I knew it she had 4 options printed and in my hand, with a generous nearly 30 day price guarantee, the sale ends late June, Im writing this May 30th.For what its worth Im a mechanic (but dont currently have access to a tire machine) and I assumed there was corrosion that makes my wheels difficult to pull from the hubs, and makes it more work to take the tires off the rims, the rim paint was also peeling and Id understand if it got worse, but it didnt! They are actually cleaner than they were before and the damage that is there is less noticable! I dont know how they did that!Im very happy with the way I was treated, the very high quality of service, the very friendly and so intelligent staff, the manager that took a moment to make sure to say hello and ask if I was all good while he was clearly very busy.I highly recommend this store! Youll be glad you choose them! I know that Ill be there again for my new tires.Edit: By the way, my Dad has had very good experiences at this location for MANY years!Second edit: I just now noticed that they replaced a questionable valve stem for me! No fanfare, no asking for a pat on the back! They just did it because they saw it should be done! That is true service! Very happy with them!

Great customer service, took a screw out if my tire for free

I was standing at Discount Tire just down the road for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I called Discount Tire in their Lobby and Les Schwab said they did tire rotation for free. They greeted me when I arrived, grabbed my car to put straight to the garage and started rotating the tires. I came and checked in with the front desk and they set up a new account, should me the coffee and popcorn, and had me ready to go with in 15 min of my arrival. They offer spectacular service and also checked my breaks wear at no additional cost. Best customer experience Ive had in a long time!

I dont typically write reviews on places but feel this store exceeded my expectations! I came in today thinking my car has been needing an alignment. I typically try having friends and family do my car work because am a single mother on a tight budget. But with an alignment needed the shop. The guys there very professional and kind. Some other places where its primarily men make me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. Not here at all! Also, it was not my alignment. My tires needed balancing and rotation. That was done......no charge! And now my car is driving smooth and safer. They didnt try selling me anything! I feel theyre very honest here. Reasons Ill certainly recommend them to friends and family and continue coming back here when needed.

The service here is absolutely horrifying. I will go the extra 30 minutes to southcenter or literally anywhere else. Tell them you have a leak, they air up all without even checking and send you on your way.. you tell them you have a screw in your front passenger tire.. they take off the back tire and tell you you have nothing wrong.. they tell you an hour wait when they mean two+. Lobby full of customers and people working behind the desk acting like they cant see anybody.. scary bad service!

Said it would take hour to hour and 30 for nail in Tire. At 2hours I asked how much longer they said about 40 mins. Hours later still waiting. 3hours later and still not fixed. This place just needs to tell people the truth about time so they can plan accordingly. Ridiculous never coming to this Les again!!!!!!!

This location (as well as, well, the other 1/2 dozen Ive been to over the years) provided excellent service. Ive taken 7 different vehicles in for a variety of tire, brake, battery and suspension issues and although they arent the cheapest, their prices have been fair and their service excellent. (Yes, I said excellent service twice, now three times!). Dont eat the popcorn though . . . its usually quite stale . . . probably make it in the morning & by say 1:00pm is a little on the mushy side . . . thing is . . . I dont go there for the popcorn! I take my vehicles there & would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone!

Great place to buy tires. They provide air pressure checks and tire rotation on all purchased tires. Today I had brake work done and that experience wasnt so great. No one told me when my car was ready or explained what had been done. I recommend getting tires here and going somewhere else for other work.

I believe it is the little things that make a real 5 star establishment.When my tire went flat, I came into Les Schwab. The entry is well decorated and inviting and the person behind the desk was kind and funny.While I waited, I enjoyed complimentary popcorn and coffee. There was even courtesy charging station for my phone in the corner. Multiple copies of the newspaper meant I got a second shot at the Suduko when I messed it up the first time and the television was set to channel that was actually entertaining.When my car had been repaired, the person I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful.I will, without question, be going to Les Schwab for all my car and tire needs in the future. I couldnt have been more pleased with my service.

Flying out of Sea-Tac and got a call from my parking lot that one of my tires has a nail in it, so I called this location. He told me they were busy and that I should just use my spare when I fly back home at 1 am. Then I asked if he could refer me to another tire shop. He said no, there is no one else. I called another Les Schwab location and they were more than happy to help me.

I went in because I was planning a long road trip & needed to get a nail removed from my tire first. The manager was very friendly and helpful but I was extremely confused and upset when the nail was still there after I was told they fixed it! I had to go back later that same day & spend more time waiting. No explanation was given. Im not sure what they actually did the first time but it wasnt what they said they did & thats really disappointing & disturbing. I almost drove 1k miles on a tire I thought was repaired but wasnt.

I had a very poor experience at the Les Schwab. I took my car in last week for a brake inspection since my brake light came on and my brakes are squeaking a little bit. After 2 1/2 hours they told me I needed four new tires, alignment and front and rear brakes. They couldnt quote my rear brakes because they didnt have them in stock and asked me to call back the following day. I called and was told I dont know who told you that, but the brakes are in stock and its $320.50. I brought my car back and spent four hours waiting for someone to even look at my car. When they came back I was told nothing needs to be done yet. I asked for alignment and was told he couldnt tell if I needed alignment and that the wait would be another few hours. What a complete waste of my time, and now I cant even trust if what he told me was correct. I will be trying to find a reputable place to take my car to... Dont waste your time here!

Teamwork was seen at my visit, had a dowel pin in my tire fast leaker. Smoothed my in amongst a handful of customers getting their tires on. On busy days its worth the wait, thank you Team Swab

Update: Hands down Les Schwab is still #1 in my book. I recently had my oil changed at the dealership I bought my car from and was told my tires were out of alignment and in need of attention. I was quoted just under $300. I said not today and came home and called Old faithful... Les Schwab dealership in Burien. The price I was quoted to have the job done was approximately $139.00 I made the appointment, took my car in and went for a walk. Shortly thereafter I received a call from the mechanic, I think his name was Brian, who told me my tires werent out of alignment at all and I could come and pick my car up. They didnt charge me anything for their time or labor involved. Again, I cant say enough good about this particular company. I absolutely love Les Schwab Tire Center!!!*****It just doesnt get much better than this folks, its all here, or can be ordered! Everything you have a need for, tires, rims, rotations, oil changes, tires patched or replaced etc. They recently fixed my tire and didnt charge me a penny!!! Wow! I love the generous spirit at Les Schwab! Len, the man at the front counter was so very professional and down to earth, Check that smile out! While waiting I did a little reading, snacked on delicious fresh popped popcorn and had a great cup of coffee too. Noticed there were even scriptural tracs on the counter by the window. Thank You Les Schwab owner and management and all employees for a job well done and very much appreciated by me. The bathrooms were spotless, its wheelchair accessible, has a comfortable waiting area and the service is Superior!!!

I have been a customer for Les Schwab for the past 4 years for changing brakes, alignment, tires etc.I went to this place asking for a quote for brakes and the lady at front desk made me feeling uncomfortable and not welcomed and they just want to let me out. After that experience in this store am shifting to another corporation. You go in to change brakes it is like you are asking for sugar from their house. This why Les Shab should monitor their workers behavior and service towards customers.

I went to a shop to have my tie rod fixed and this shop (who I will not name ... well, maybe I will later) put my tie rod on upside down and my car would veer off trackevery time Id hit a crack in the road. That was Saturday. Monday morning I take my car to Les Schwab to get an inspection. Lon, my angel, seen that the tie rod was on upside down and fixed it. Then he asked me to take it back up to the place where I got it done to get my wheels aligned. Done. *Best Service Ever*He saved me a whole heap of money and frustration. Thank You Lon!BTW: The place I took my car is a very helpful neighborhood shop ... Were human and we error. Ill chuck it up to human error ... This time.
