I have been shopping at this store since it opened and normally I have a very positive experience. However, 3 weeks ago I purchased an item and when I got home I discovered it was defective. I attempted to exchange it within the 14 day period but they were closed due to snow. When I came in today the sales associate said she needed a managers approval and that I would need to return to the store next week to seek their approval on an $8 exchange! She didn’t even offer to take my phone number or do any other problem solving. Overall her demeanor was very indifferent and wasn’t very friendly.So I made my final purchase and don’t plan to return. If you’re trying to be a conscious consumer I recommend you consider an alternative before going out of your way to visit this store. Especially if you are looking for high quality products to last you a long time.

They have a bunch of nice environmentally conscious products, some recycled, some reusable, and a few other things. For some reason my 8 year old really likes it too. Maybe because its pretty clean and organized and has some nice jewelry.

I would like one of everything in this store!! Lots of options for reusable, sustainable products including shopping bags, food storage, laundry detergents, and washing cloths. They also gave cookbooks and childrens toys. Another thing I love is that you can bring recyclables in to the shop, including styrofoam!

This place is forking amazing. The 100% recycled glass plateware is all I want in this world now. They also take old electronics, styrofoam, and lots of other things you cant throw in your recycle bin. Great store!!!

Come pay your bill here. It smells nothing of a waste management store at all it smells wonderful. Cool soaps crafts and souvenirs as well.

Great place to get info, recycle and buy eco friendly gifts

Reuse, refuse and recycle is all about this place. The gal there was very helpful in explaining about how we recycle can turn into useable and uniquely created items. If we are their clients for Recology, then we get to recycle our batteries, light bulbs, styrofoams, etc. She gave us a list of things we can recycle and bring it to the store. That is awesome! Glad we FINALLY went in. A MUST GO!

I really like this store and I’m so sad I had such a terrible experience in the store today. I bought a hydroflask water bottle 3 days ago. The inside of my water bottle started to rust. I called hydroflask’s customer service and they told me to take it back and exchange it or refund it. So I went in today and told them I would like to exchange it. The manager told me she couldn’t help me as it was used and that I should call hydroflask. I told her I already had and they said to bring it back here. Well she told me her hands were tied and I should call back. I walk out of the store and call hydroflask customer service back and they explain to me they have to return or exchange it as it is not a manufacturing defect it is the store not storing their products properly. They told me they are obligated to return or exchange the product. I go back in still on the phone with customer service and tell them hydroflask is telling me again you guys HAVE to return or exchange my brand new water bottle. The manager, Krista, then gives me an attitude. At this point I just tell her just return it and I will buy my water bottle online so I don’t have to deal with this. Long story short, DO NOT BUY YOUR HYDROFLASKS HERE.

Great shop, check it out. Its right by Trader Joes just to the left of the liquor store.They offer all sorts of interesting products that replace single use items like straws, paper towels, baggies anything thats thrown away.The store filled with awesome items and local artisan products including, jewlery, wallets & handbags, art, candles, a childrens section with all sorts off cool stuff!Natural things like aromatherapy, natural toothpaste and teeth whitening products the list goes on and on.Store has a clean set up with a flow that alows you to peruse and explore. Without feeling overwhelmed by all the awesome new thingys and whatsits your discovering and pondering including in your daily life.I bought my and my Fiancé hydroflasks here. I buy my walnut dishscrubing sponges here theyre great! This store offers free and clear detergent thats my next purchase and maybe a compost bin too.

Love this place. Got a lot of ideas for Christmas this year.

You can drop off old batteries and other hazardous waste here to be recycled for free. They have recycled plastic Green Toys, metal water bottles, bento boxes and other gift items for sale. They arent open every day.
