People really nice, but come up with all kinds reasons to pawn so little, but sell for times or make you 2 different prices just get back then if dont come back get it sell it for 3 times what they gave you! Thank good dont need them all the time guess that why call pawn money make world go around no matter you in need or not

They selling fake jewlary I paid over 250$ for this and tried to sell it they said the whole thing is fake I want a refund or I’m taking them to court

I have been putting my jewlery for years now, every year i put in a necklace of mine at least twice a year for the same price of 550 because its 18k gold chain. But in march i took my necklace out brought it home, in the same plastic bag then took it back because i had an emergancy and was gonna pawn it again. It was in the same plastic bag that i got from them when i got my jewlery out, but then they took it out and the guy who was there said i could pawn it again at my usual price. but then he took it out and talked to the lady and said it was fake and synthetic gold and gave me the necklace without the plastic. then said the guy who was doing your jewlery is no longer here after years of going this is what i get? BEWARE OF THIS PAWN SHOP THEYLL TURN UR REAL GOLD TO FAKE.

It is probably OK for a pawn shop. I noticed the same thing that others have noticed. Their used stuff is priced higher than the new merchandise, in some cases. So be prepared to haggle. I sold a telescope there. Did not get enough for it, but just wanted to sell. Did not want to take the time to market it and all that stuff. They were nice to me, but be careful if you go there. Am sure they can be dangerous, as others have pointed out.

Possibly the worst pawn shop chain in america, and this tiny little shop is among the worst in the chain. Terrible customer service, terrible pricing, and the smallest selection of purchasable items available. Dont waste your time, theyll just google search your item and low ball you. Horrible place.

Like one of the other posts said, this place offers you the absolute lowest price for something theyll mark up 600%. As far as prices for buying, well its a pawn shop. Haggling is a skill. Roll a d20 for a persuasion skill check at a -7 modifier.

In 2017 my ex husband pawned my ring gircsine extra money. When we went to get it back. They said it wasn’t there they took it to another shop to have it cleaned. I went so many times to try and get it back and never saw it again. It was priceless and they used us that we some extra moving to then give excuses why it was gone. I would never go or tell anyone to go there. It was irreplaceable. I would have never did it if it wasn’t for the temporary need of some cash. I was ripped off. Don’t go

I have been a customer with this business for while now . I have experience bad customer service and I have tried to work with this store in building a relationship but I have experience unpleasant and unprofessional experience not only in loan process and I have notice they run there own way in providing a customer service experience base on how they feel. I have notice the attitude and demeanor . If you challenge them on there policy and procedures they don’t like it . I have spoken with the new manager and she has a bad attitude in customer service because I have advised her that I have reached out to corporate office in regards to they ways at this location. Be AWARE before you go here . If you looking to get a loan they will low ball you. If you wanna buy items they will try to sell you a product plan . I advise you to get it if you want your money back. There is a catch to this you will lose 10% of the item value . I’m very disappointed in there service and there ways of doing business. I have contacted there corporate and waiting for them to get back to me in regards to this issues. I would give them no stars if I could. Improve your customer skills and service satisfaction needs work . You represent Cash America or First cash act accordingly.

I love going to this particular store they always greet you with a smile and a hello how are you?! When I go in for a loan they are ALWAYS fair and above on the amount they give me for the loan! In conclusion this is the place to go when you need a loan or wished you purchase an item at a very fair price! Its the only pawn shop I go to I Love It!!

This place is a joke. A lot of their items are beat up and cost more than they do brand new. They also have a reputation of buying stolen merchandise.

Just came from this store trying to pawn my JVC RV-B550 stereo system and was offered a $10 loan because they sales Lady said Theyre selling those online for $66.00 and I replied No way,I owned 2 of these and their not worth $66.00 the ones you see online are broken and for parts only so I went and a got the $10 loan because I needed it even tho I asked for $25 but moral of the story is this Pawnshop got over on me I researched after getting the loan that my system is being sold online anywhere from $145.00-$245.00 and the $66 ones are for parts only like I said they were. People are dumb and ignorant I definitely will not go to this garbage store again. Thank you.

This store should be shut down I have come in time and again and been swindled by these people they offer you one price and then in a blink of an eye change it to something else got offered for a Playstation 4 500 gig he swore that it was a 1 terabyte even though is a first gen did not offer me controller never coming back PS management needs to be let go at this location

Was not very friendly. The girl that worked there gave offensively low prices, and obviously had no care for customer service by the way she handled me. when I took my item to Pawn Pros, I was offered triple the cost of what they offered. This is the third time Ive been to Pawn X-Change in Burien and have never done business with them because their lack of knowing how to offer a fair price. Perhaps its just the inexperienced female manager. BEFORE SELLING ITEMS HERE CHECK OTHER PAWN SHOPS. THIS IS A CHEAP PAWN SHOP THAT SHOULD BE REPLACED!!

I have been doing business with this people for years now, I buy stuff and bring my neck lace there when ever i need some extra cash, so I was due yesterday to pick up my neck lace, So i went to pick up today, and they are charging me one month interest for one extra day, I was so upset, I did not want to argue with the customer service guy, But really guys I have giving you 1000s of dollars in profits over the years, and one day of interest you cannot give in, At the end of the day it is you that end up loosing for being so greedy, I will never do business with you ever again and will tell people about how all you care is your button line,

I like the sevice, they are friendly and they help as soon as possible.But they need to really check the staff they are selling, because I once bought a tablet and the volume didnt work.I went back to return it and they gave me back my money... but after one week i came back and saw they had it out for sale again even tho i had already told them it didnt work.
