They had what I needed. They were helpful especially the front cashier who rather than asking someone else to do it, swept up the filter sand that spilled on the floor in the back corner of the store. I almost feel like going back to ask her out on a date...totally adorable

We were looking for an affordable folding utility cart that would be available for pick up within 2 days. We found the perfect cart & the Burien store held one for pick up the next day. Paul graciously carried it out for us. It was appreciated, as we are elderly.

I would give them a 5-star rating if they lowered their prices somewhat, but overall.... theyre a plus.

Much larger ACE, definitely a regional store more than a local one. Their aisles are much bigger and there is a ton of products, especially in the cleaning area - brands I’ve never heard of! Great customer service as I was asked if I needed help multiple times while I was shopping.

1st time in Ace, came in looking for a specific garden hose quick disconnect. Ace in store didnt have it, nor did the warehouse stores. I didnt havent enough time to browse the store but from what I saw it was clean, uncluttered and well lit, personable staff. I made a purchase using a new Ace Members account allowing saved receipts. This hadnt shown, contacting customer service by email they were one of the quickest and easiest online communications and were able to resolve within minutes. Thumbs up ☝. Ill be back

Adrian, the young man who works at the customer service desk was not only helpful, but went beyond any expectations I had with buying paint. Kind, professional and well spoken, was a true pleasure having been helped by Adrian. We were looking for a kiddie pool and they had a stack of them, with our ACE rewards it was $11. Woohoo dog and kid will be good to go for the hot days ahead.

Overall, it’s a small hardware store like every other ace that has the essential tools you’ll need. It’s handy when I don’t want to drive 20 min to Home Depot. That being said, every time I’ve been there the staff has been slightly unprofessional. Talking about each other, leaving early, etc. Will still visit whenever I need something quick.

Nice place that is close to where I live that offers Hardware supplies and tools. Popular with diy-ers or if you want to build or repair something. Offered free fountain drinks pre-covid!

This Ace location has a funky layout, but the staff is great at helping you find what you are looking for. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I’ve been in here a few times and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. Heck even a lot of the customers have been helpful and friendly. It is always pleasant to just small talk with people and feel that genuine kindness of others.

This is the 2nd time Ive been to this particular Ace Hardware and it was a lot better than the 1st time its not as packed with stuff in all the aisles it was open much better

I love this store. The prices may be a bit higher than your big box hardware store but its worth it for the customer service.

I will often go to this Ace instead of Home Depot when I need help with something. Every time I have a detailed question (size of bolt, type of wire, etc), someone there knows the answer and how to find the item I need. Oh, and they are NICE! In particular, the store manager is ALWAYS helpful and walks me to the product I need. I go there several times a week and always have the same positive experience. I have seen customers treat the employees poorly and be especially rude, and yet the employees do their best to be nice.

Convenient store, not too large but still a good assortment of items. Many prices beat Amazon.

It has a friendly and helpful staff that help you find what you need or answer any questions that you may have... but also will leave you alone to finish your shopping. Not like places like Lowe’s or Home Depot where you have an associate asking you if you need help every 5 mins. They have the most fasteners out of any hardware store besides maybe Stoneway Hardware. Also they have some hard to find items some of the bigger hardware stores tend to neglect to have as well as brands that are not just carried by the bigger chains. ( supporting some of the smaller tool companies and suppliers)

Great store and staff they have a huge selection and when they don’t have something available they have almost always been able to order it in for me. Very thankful that they have been here for me time and time again...I’m someone who usually needs a lot of help and the staff have always made time for me to help me get everything I need for my projects and even give me helpful suggestions to make things easier to complete them.

Conveniently located Ace Hardware always a good place to pick up things in need. I have a little woodshop as a hobby and there are times where I run over to Ace Hardware one or two times in a day for Essentials.

Backpack policies are an insult. A customer walks in and you assume they are a thief. I wont be giving my business to a company that calls me a thief as I walk in the store.

Wasnt there, I was at Pet Smart next door. Still I have been in the Ace Hardware, good people, fair prices and great selection.

Most of the employees are not very helpful, and, some are just plain rude! I prefer to shop locally, but, because of these folks, I will be fighting my way through South Center to shop at Lowes. Pretty sad......

I was on board with all the 5 star reviews for Burien Ace. But yesterday, I decided to return an electric blower that I purchased from them. I had it packed back up perfectly in its box, but when the store manager opened it, she replied, this is not a rental store. I explained that I was returning it because it was not powerful enough for what I wanted. How was I to know unless I tried it? It was their employee who recommended this blower to me also. But they refused to take it back saying that they could not re-sell this even though I packed it back up exactly as I had opened it. I packed it back up so well that they had to ask if I had opened it, where I honestly told them yes, I had to try it out.This is the first time in years, that I have experienced a reputable store refusing to take a return. I understand that a return policy should not be abused and would not do so, but I was never been told that you cant return a tool if you opened it, or used it for that matter. Home Depot or McLendons would never do this. Very disappointed and now stuck with a $80 blower that doesnt do what I need it to for. Ill still buy hardware and small things from them, but I wont buy any tools or equipment there. Youre missing out on the larger sales with this attitude.

Always a pleasure shopping at Burien Ace Hardware. Employees are knowledgeable and when they dont have adequate supply of a normally stocked item they order from distribution warehouse and ACTUALLY call when its ready for pick up, which ETA is shared at time of purchase. 🙌 Burien Ace

Nice people working at this location. They have all of our needs so far from making keys to needing home improvement supplies - supply lines, pipes, light switches, paints, BBQ accessories, plants, etc. Couple of the associates, plant guy and electrical guy, had knowledge in helping us get what we need. Its really rare to have that kind of customer service help in most hardware stores nowadays. Keep up the good work!
