Absolutely the best! If you know you know. I consider Bill a mentor. He has taught me so much about my bike and bikes in general. I love and respect how Bill will help me research, buy parts with me, lend me tools and suggests, I fix my bike on my own. If I get stuck, he will help. Love it!

Super helpful, friendly and busy as all get out. Brought my bike in a couple weeks ago and was told that due to parts shortage, Id have to wait a couple weeks until they could start taking care of the backlog. No worries, called in a couple weeks, set up a morning to drop it by, and its in their hands now. Should have a diagnosis in a day or two, and will go from there. Couldnt be happier with the service!! Will update when fixed.

My bike is a metric.. It needed basic tires front rear and chain, sprockets front and rear.. Made a call, Bill got me in and taken care of. Fast and at a great price.. Definitely recommend and will pass the word on.
