Service was not great. Had internet cut out usually every month, most recently for 8 hours straight. I would always receive emails/phone calls about upgrading my service....but its not available in this area. There is a data cap of 500 GB, and we would always be very close to exceeding. I finally switched to NTS, no data cap and extremely fast internet. I have been trying to return the rental router for the past week and the office has not been open AT ALL because of illness. Is there only one person that runs the whole office??

If I could give it 0 stars I would.Outages almost every single day ranging anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour or more!Leaving this review right now as internet has been out for 10 minutes so far..

They have the worst internet service! But unfortunate we live in Burk where there isn’t much offers for different services. We live literally a block from the office and we never have any service, when it’s mentioned in the office the guy always says, I don’t understand cause we never have complaints about it not working. I wish y’all would please get your services fixed!

This service feels like dsl in its bad days. Sure it has decent speeds and unlimited data. But, we go down almost once a week and get huge lag spikes often, we cant host a server for online games like minecraft or anything else. If we had other options in our exact location we might go with those instead.

Absolutely horrible. My internet has been down for over 24 hours. I have been on and off the phone with the automated system about 200 hundred times trying to get into contact with a living being and their system is set up to not take phone calls with an agent. If you keep requesting agent their automated system actually hangs up on you. 24 hours without service that I am paying for!!! This is the worst customer support Ive ever had. Because they dont offer any!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I really hope an employee sees this and reaches out. Because I have a lot to say!!

Just a sensational company to deal with. These folks have been so welcoming and helpful as we are now spending part time in Texas.Their local tech (wonderful guy) has been to my home 5 times to help us with Cable and Internet. Perfect install and then he has helped me get my order Tivo working.Everyone at the home office in burkburnett Texas has been kind to me and extremely helpful reprogramming an older m card.cant say enough good things about this company and their service.

A lot more timely than NTS.Service has only been down once in the last 5 months of use, that I know of. It was down for about a day from what I could tell.Only negative was when I went to their website to see if the service was down, it said it was not. Then when I went to make a trouble ticket, it said our area was down (they need to update their website to show our service is down, when it is down).

Absolutely worst service Ive ever dealt with! Techs lie and say theyve come by(multiple times) and never did. Waited three days before dealing with management(who believes the tech over their customer who was the one waiting). NTS was here when they said they would be, and super fast & friendly (might I add much cheaper too). Cant compare actual cable service, but based on all the reviews, youre better off with NTS

The service is horrible. It is constantly going in and out. Also dont bother making a payment arrangement. They wont honor it and just say they have no record of you calling in. I called in multiple times trying to make a payment and they advised me I was on cash only and they couldnt explain to me why. Today they said I never made a payment on my account. I have had service with them for 7 months. The amount due was 2 months. I am pretty sure I would have been shut off prior if I had never made a payment.They also had my card on file. They also would have received their payment a lot sooner if they allowed me to make it over the phone. They just said I was cash only. Didnt explain I could make it with a $10.00 fee until I called in today to see why my service was off because I was trying to figure out why they wouldnt honor the arrangement. Service and billing is Garbage and a complete rip off. I paid my bill and I will be looking for service elsewhere after today.

It is the worst service ever, lose internet connections daily and now the whole service is down for days!! They quick over charge you i live in a area where they are only cable company and they price gauged unreal fees. Service $75 BUT with all fees $157!! For basic cable. If it was good service i would not really mind BUT it is the worst ever. I thought satellite TV was bad it is a BIG upgrade from suddenlink.

If anything get unlimited data they seem to fake the usage data if your not unlimited and charge you. End of month you lose internet for no reason even in nice weather. Dont call tech support, its automated and will just say outage in area and if you want a text msg when it does come back on. Have your own router and modem, you wont get charged for refurbished junk.

Can’t seem to get the whole package when you have service with them. Missed appointments, no other cable company what do you do? Ive been waiting over 3 months for a call back. havent had any tv service in one room since they connected my service

Abysmal, horrible, hideous company. I am unfortunately located in area where i can not get any other provider and was forced to use suddenlink. I can not even properly put into words just how enefectic and awful their service truly is. The routes are about 15 yrs our of dated, service is intermittent on their best days. It is impossible to get someone on the phone if there is any sort of outage, (even if its not in your immediate area) because they turn off the line and put on automated message. The employees are actual pretty nice, when you can get ahold of one. Trying to get them to come and fix something, you have a one in three chance or them ever even showing up. Three calls seems to be the magic number to get them to show up for scheduled maintenance. Use ANY other provider. It is not worth the headache and would be more cost and time effective to just write letters to people if they are your only option.

Called for internet they said there is a lock on the address from the previous tenants. They had to approve unlocking the address supposed to call back and let us know if we could get it or not. They never called and they are the only ones who serve my area so I cant have internet because their company wont let me because someone else didnt pay their bill.

Suddenlink more like suddenly disconnected for hours. I have had this ISP for quite sometime now and it never fails that at least twice a month or more this internet goes out and stays out for most or all of the day. Very disappointed given the price. If it stayed connected 99% of the time the price would be well worth the service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Their service is frequently out for 8+ hours at a time. Their customer service number will hang up on you when youre experiencing a service interruption even if your question is about billing, not service. The customer service chat is a joke. All they do is tell you to call about your issue, which wont work since the system hangs up on you. They are completely inconsistent. I was told for 3 months that I had unlimited data, but it kept having overages on my bill. Finally someone told me unlimited data wasnt available in my area. Then 2 of my neighbors said they have unlimited. I wish more than anything else that I had another option for cable and internet, but i dont. I will switch the moment that another provider comes to the area. Suddenlink is complete garbage.

My Internet service goes multiple times daily. There is no reason I should have to reboot the router 3-4 times a day. I am taking college classes online, therefore my WiFi is extremely important. When I cant get online to do my work, that poses a problem!

This is the second time this week that the internet has been out. First time was for a couple of hours, this time is 6 hours and it is still out. They could not answer why it was out or when it will be turned back on. This makes it very difficult to do school work. We just moved into the area and this is the worst decision we made for our internet.

Worst cable and internet. Random outages. When you call to report it there is a recording saying they are expeiencing outages and they usually only last a couple of hours. 6 hours later you might get service back.

Internet from this company is a joke. When it’s down expect to get hung up on by a machine. Most difficult place to get a hold of when things are down. Takes days for them to restore service.
