If I had to rate the phone call it would be a 2/5 stars as that was an absolute beat down. Now that I know what to expect if it ever happens again, it wont be so bad so let me fill you in.You call and it will not be the local branch that picks up. It will be an automated system, after you make it through the automated system someone will pick up but they are at a call center somewhere. They ask you about 573 questions just to then call your insurance agent so they can ask the same 573 questions. I wanted to beat my head through a wall over a quarter size windshield repair but finally got appointment set.I head to the local branch to get it fixed. I walk in, they were super nice. Had me sign a small form and leave keys on desk. I was told it would take around 30 minutes which was no problem.Gentlemen comes to get my truck and take it to the back as I wait outside enjoying the cooler weather.In less than 20 minutes my truck is being pulled back to the front. The repair was done very well and can barely tell there was damage.Not only was the repair perfectly done, they were fast and everyone was very nice.I would absolutely use this location again although I would be mentally prepared for the phone call prior.

Very favorable experience. They worked to get me in earlier even though when insurance company tried to set appointment only available 2 months out. My second time using Safelite and always very friendly service.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Had my windshield replaced, my appointment was at 930am, dropped off at 8am before work and truck was done and sensors calibrated by 930am. Also, very easy to file an insurance claim through their website.

Was completed rather quickly, and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions.

They tried to fix the star in my window but it was so low, near the hood, that the window cracked. Got me scheduled for a replacement window. Super nice staff. Been using Safelite since they first started back around 2005.

Wonderful place the two ladies helped me out with awesome customer service I was not put on hold like Safelite did for 30 min. Lisa and Jan at Richardsons Auto Glass got me in first thing in the morning the soonest Safelite could get me in would be in 4 days and two days if mobile would come to me. They also made sure there was no glass left at all in my car. The rear windshield was replaced in 20 min or so. May I add as well they were cheaper than the rest of the competition in the area and they didnt have to order window

I felt very fortunate that they were able to repair my hugh rock crack. [The size of a .50 coin] A window replacement would have cost me my $500 deductible.

These guys are great. Made an appointment and 45 minutes later (they repaired 2 nics) I was walking out the door. Highly recommend these guys. I found out that some comprehensive policies pay to fix up to three small nics without a deductible.

Very surprising I had two windshield dings from the last hail storm and they made them disappear. Took about 30 minutes and now cant see any damage at all.

Recently had some issues with my 2017 Tacoma and the dealership thought it had to do with the windshield installation causing a leak (often dealerships will blame windshields by default without looking at all possible causes). Took it to Richardsons and they diagnosed the problem, immediately discovered the source of the leak (which wasnt the windshield), fixed the problem, and even resealed the windshield just to be safe. I didnt pay a dime because they had already disassembled everything while looking for any sort of windshield leak and it was easy for them to fix. I can say with confidence that they take pride in their quality and workmanship and will go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Or in my case, even if theres a sliver of possibility that they may have done the job wrong, they will take the situation seriously and make the worse case assumption. I didnt even need to try to get them to look at it and they didnt deflect at all. They turned what would have been a difficult situation for any other windshield company into a positive and easy experience. The entire experience was easy, stress-free, and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They definitely deserve recognition and the 5/5 Stars. Highly recommend.

I brought my new Yukon into this repair shop to have a TINY rock chip fixed. I signed the document that notified me that further cracking could happen. The employee acting manager Zach took a whole 5 minutes to complete the repair. He didnt feel the need to notify me of the crack that appeared while he was repairing the chip. I went back into the store to ask about it, he then proceeds to tell me oh I apologize for the bad repair, I will give you a discount on a full windshield replacement Now I feel like I have been scammed into replacing the entire windshield on my BRAND NEW vehicle.. I am beyond frustrated with the outcome of this shoddy repair work and further damages to my windshield. The employee didnt even bother to clean the windshield, the product is all over my windshield as well as whatever sticker backing that they use. I want answers and this entire situation resolved.

The guy was an idiot! Tried charging me over 1000.00 and had no clue about my warranty. I finally just hung up.

We had scheduled a repair for this morning (time given 8am-12noon) its 1230 and no repair or update? We were told we would get a call when they were 30min out and havent even recieved that call. We literally wasted the day waiting on this repair. I will update review if service ever shows up.Update: they showed up at 1233, finished at 120ish. If they finished any later we would have missed a meeting. I scheduled a morning appointment for a reason. Didnt even offer a discount for our trouble. Im very disappointed.
