By far the most relaxed and easy going car purchasing experience Ive ever had! Through my life Ive purchased my fair share of vehicles and by far this has been the most stress free and enjoyable. Living in Houston I wanted to make sure it was worth making the trip to Burleson. Janet my sales representative was the best! She sent me all the information, pictures and videos of the vehicle I requested to make me feel 100% comfortable about making my commute to see the car in person. We worked out the numbers and terms of purchasing aswell over the phone via text and call. When I arrived the vehicle was waiting for me just as I expected. A very clean well taken care of 2015 Nissan Xterra! Janet greeted me openly and welcomed me in. She told me to take my time as I looked over the SUV which I was very impressed with. Oct 30, 21 update...my mother needed a car due to hers being totalled. I wanted to see what Burleson Honda had since I had purchased there twice before. Douglas Taylor was awesome and extremely patient. My 85 yr old mother was not really wanting a different car but with no choice there we were. Douglas started with what we asked for and when that did not elate mom he asked what she previously drove. Douglas went to the inventory and found a recent trade in that was almost EXACTLY the same type and color mom had previously. Needless to say mom bought a car. My husband and I had been to 3 or 4 other dealerships before finally making our way out to Burleson Honda. I was initially contacted by Doug Taylor about coming in to look at a Pilot (that we ultimately ended up purchasing).Heads the process so easy and go completely smooth. UPDATED: Originally it was a 4 star. My initial interaction with them went as well as one would expect so I have no real complaints, however the follow up initially after my purchase was an issue. Once I was able to speak with someone I was able to get my concerns resolved as they went above and beyond ensure I was satisfied with the purchase and service.

I have had the hardest time getting my refund for a coverage protection. They say they will call me back, which, I can bogey a call backI know that, being a woman, I feel like I did not ask the correct questions, when I purchased. Not what I expected. Long 3 week wait for services, services were not given as expected. New truck purchased under extended plus warranty and I still paid out of pocket for “diagnostics” from a second service trip of similar complaints. Was told a certain group of techs (a master tech) would be working on my vehicle hence why the wait of three weeks, turned out a lesser qualified, lower class less experienced tech worked on my vehicle. I still have the same issues another month later. When I voiced my concerns I was swiftly passed off and out the door. Great service?, not at all. Love my Honda’s! Just wish the same care was available from the dealerships.

I bought my Camaro 2SS from Burleson Honda a couple of weeks ago. This was far most the best dealership experience that I’ve ever had. My Salesperson was Janette whom was very laid back but also eager to obtain my business. Two thumbs up for her non-aggressive approach! She’s awesome! I have a brand new car under warranty and brought my car in because the parking break light wouldnt turn on. They called me 2 hours later only for them to tell me that they were going to charge me almost $200 to screw my gas cap in correctly. 0 customer service. Very disappointing.

I went today to see a Honda Odyssey. I told the representative that I was driving all the way from Plano to see the car. I asked a whole bunch of questions prior to going because I didn’t want to waste my time. I went because of the price on the vehicle. Little did I know that the price listed on autotrader is not the sale price. They marked it up $2000 for cleaning and mechanical inspection of the used vehicle (dealer services) and tried to tell me this is done at all other dealers. No it is not!!!! I still have the invoice from my other used vehicle purchase and went home to double check! Scam guys!! They get you through the door with a low price and then after all is said and done they tell you a higher price than what is listed! Don’t waste your time!

We came in thinking it would be a long process until we actually walk out with a new car, however Doug was a great associate and we were able to leave with exactly what we wanted by the end of the day. I will never purchase a car from them. My son and I were looking for a car for him to purchase and he had found what he was looking for online. We drove to the dealership and discovered that the car he wanted was inside on the showroom floor. Upon entering we were met by no one. We spent time opening the car and checking it out to ensure that it was right for him. Still no one came up. We ended up leaving and 2 days later when my son and I went back up to try again to get the car, it had been sold the day before. We ended going to Ewing Subaru of Plano and purchasing a car for him.

We went to Burleson Honda to purchase a car for my son that they had listed on Facebook by a salesman. For 44000.00. We were happy to pay 44k for it. We drive 2.5 hours after talking to said salesperson and once we get there they bait and switch on the price and add 15000.00. Yes 15k. Not 1500.00. I was so disappointed in their attitude and business knowledge of how they should treat a customer. Never. I mean never do business with Burleson Honda

Ronda was a delight to work with! From the very first phone call with Ronda to when I was purchasing my new CR-V she was very warm and kind. She was never pushy or condescending which I have run into before when working with car salespeople. I enjoyed working with a woman car salesperson. At 54 I probably bought way too many new cars, I know the routine, most of the time they want to hire me. LOL! I know numbers and it makes it way easier for me, this time was even better, Burleson Honda has high quality people, the process was way too smooth to only get 5 stars, I highly recommend going there if you are ready to buy, fast, friendly and fair.

If you are considering purchasing a Civic Type r please be aware the mark up is 8k. Based off the website I was expecting the price online but no it was a 8k mark up and they stated that everyone is doing it we’re just doing it at 8k compared to other places at 12k mark up. It took me up until the paper work to see the prices and see a $1,000 payment a month to be aware of the mark up. Then after saying I want my keys they were held hostage to my current type r after asking for them numerous times it was ridiculous and constantly being told let me talk to my manager see if we can work out a deal when I’m just trying to go home. I’ll be telling the DFW CTR owners group that this is not the place to try and buy a CTR. I wouldn’t have made this review if it wasn’t for the aggravating experience of not giving me my keys back after asking numerous times holding my property hostage in order for me to hear out their sales pitch.

I had been looking for a car with certain features for months and finally found the perfect car here. I submitted an online inquiry and got a response from Sunni immediately. This was on a Saturday evening so I was worried the car would be gone before I could make it there Monday evening when I got off work, but Sunni kept me updated throughout the day letting me know the car was still available so I didn’t make a trip there and it was gone (it was a 45 min drive). The car was there when I arrived and it was perfect, the process was smooth and both Sunni and the finance manager were both so great and friendly. Dont waste your time. I called about a certain vehicle and was told yes its here ready to test drive. Flat out lie. They used a bait car to get in to come in. When I got there I told him how much I had to put down and what amount I could make on my payments. He said we can do it. He ended up showing a used car with warning lights showing for three times what we discussed. This took almost three hours. Like I said dont waste your time.

Would not recommend, would not return. This place gave me the worst kind of treatment I have ever received at a Honda dealership. Only reason why I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because I wrote a formal complaint to the GM and he responded by taking complete responsibility for what had happened. Thankfully I was able to find the deal I was looking for from another dealership, with much better customer service.

A huge thanks to BURLESON HONDA for excellent service. I made an appointment and the work was completed with no issues. Jeremy Pike was super helpful and friendly in getting things accomplished.Originally I went to a closer Honda dealership and I was met with a 2-hour wait after asking to make an appointment (and they wouldnt make one) and then told to come in, which I did. Needless to say, I left that dealership.Id recommend coming to BURLESON HONDA if you wish to MAINTAIN TRUST and get GREAT SERVICE for your car. And they washed it to! Bonus!

I bought a used vehicle from Honda of Burleson in 2012 and had a great experience so I returned when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Ryan Laws was my salesman and, despite some difficulties with the vehicle in the beginning, he made sure to communicate with me and has continued to follow up with me to make sure I’m still in love with the car, asking if there’s anything else he can do or any questions he can answer. I’m glad I made the decision to continue doing business with this dealership. I am confident in the vehicle I bought and look forward to taking my car in for the recommended maintenance :)

Went to Burleson Honda for my 4th Honda because I needed something bigger. Didn’t really think that I would get into anything seeing as how I had only had my HR-V for a year and a half and Doug Taylor got me into a brand new Honda Pilot at a lower interest rate.
