I went into Target hoping to find a super hero shirt for a girl. I found a lot of shirts that fit the bill. They not only had great characters on them, but the shirts were also very soft. The building was also very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Travis was absolutely amazing! He gave me the best shopping experience I have ever had at target before! Very kind and seemed to honestly enjoy his job. Even with the family before me! He went the extra mile and gave so much more than the typical thanks for choosing target attitude.

My sister and I are elderly and she is disabled. We got separated at Target. I had a blood sugar event where I became shakey and out of breath. A Target employee came to my aid, brought me a bottle of cold water, and went to find my sister. I think the employees name was Perla. She was wonderful, kind and professional. Please put this on her employee record. I didnt get to thank her enough.

I visited the Burleson Target today. I walked in and was greeted by at least 6 employees standing at the door offering a mask. I declined and left.This is complete discrimination on Target. I have never worn a mask in Target. Yet today I was bombarded at the door. They showed no discrimination until today.If a person is high risk stay home. I will not live in fear and I WILL NOT LET ANYONE OR ANY COMPANY discriminate against my choice to not wear a mask.I will not be back until Target makes this right.They seem to allow choice for all other controversial issues, just not masks.Bye Target!

If I can’t try on pants I won’t buy them from you. I drove 20 minutes to get pants. I won’t buy them, take them home, discover they don’t fit right, and make the trip back.Target loses the business. That’s too bad - I liked Target and wanted these pants.What a waste of my afternoon.

I ordered several things online, i returned a couple at the Burleson, TX store. It was an easy process. The person at the Returns counter was extremely helpful, kind and considerate. The small part of the store that I walked through was clean, organized; there was not a long wait time at the checkout area.

According to Chelsea the Texas Government Mask Guidelines don’t Supersede Corporate Policy. Surprising that we live in a Society where our own Elected Officials and their decisions are overturned by Corporate Policy.

Good customer service

Despite the very noticeable signage at the Entrance regarding City and State mandates for face coverings being REQUIRED, this store seems to place revenue as a higher priority than the health/ safety of their customers as I got no more than 3 feet into the store yesterday 11/21/20, and saw 5 adults without masks. Shame on you, Target, for not enforcing this requirement! (And shame on the dimwits out in public unmasked)I usually like shopping here for the most part however they Never, even before the pandemic, seem to be able to replace stock in a timely manner and are currently and consistantly out of essential items on shelves. Target, and this store in particular, is no longer the amazing store/shopping experience it once was. Get it together, Target.

Target is always clean, w a lot of space to move. I have actually had panic attacks in competitors stores.

It’s sad that this store does not enforce the mask mandate currently in place nationwide. The amount of insensitivity these thoughtless people have. People are dying, and this store employees do not enforce people to wear a mask. There was at least 10 people in the store today that just decided that they were not going to wear a mask. When I asked an employee if there was a mask mandate at the store, she simply said “I can’t make people wear a mask.” This store and it’s customers needs to do better. “Masks may help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others. The CDC recommends people wear face masks in public settings, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain. Wearing a face mask may limit exposure to respiratory droplets and large particles and may help prevent people who have COVID-19 from spreading the virus.” (CDC) This should not be a political issue, this is an issue that deals with health and public safety.

I love the quality and style of target

I LOVE shopping at Target and this store has always shown to be neat and clean. Associates are all super friendly! They also clean the self service checkout areas after each use which makes me feel much safer shopping here!

This Target is a great place to shop always someone to help and the stock changes regularly. Plenty of parking. HEB across the street and home depot right next door. Take care of all your errands in 1 block not bad in book.

A sign was posted next to shorts stating they were six dollars. I grabbed three pairs of large shorts expecting to pay $18.00. When we got home some mens shots were mixed in with the kids. They rang up much more than expected. Im school shopping for four kids. Three ladies at customer service explained to me I shopped in the wrong area, and my husband walked over took a picture of the section where the sign was with the shorts next to them. Just like last night in the boys section. I really wanted the one that fit for my sons special event Sunday. The ladies were so busy telling me how wrong I was in front of my four children and husband. NEVER, listened to me. Its not my job to know your merchandice.

Order was ready in less than an hour

The two ladies ( I think their names were Damarys and Teresa) who help me were amazing and friendly, I was the last person at Target, and even that they were closed they were cordial and help to find all the things I needed, this is one of the many reasons I like Target.

Any time I go in for what I want you have it and you have plenty of it.

Very clean, friendly and always nice to be in. Also, this is the only store since the pandemic to have an employee stand at the self checkout and wipe down after every single customer. I have not seen this yet and I have been to multiple stores in the last month. Great job.

We bought a Keurig for Christmas and it stopped working correctly. Due to Covid we couldn’t bring it back until recently. Thank you Target for letting us replace it with no trouble. And thank you to the staff for being so helpful and also the store was doing an excellent job of social distancing! We Love Target...and the employees that are super accommodating, thank you all!!!

Usually do the drive up online shopping and every time it’s been great, employees come out fast and orders have never been wrong! Great service offered for someone pregnant and not really up to shopping in the store all the time. :)

It was fast and really convenient didnt wait long in parking lot either. I like the curbside pick at target better then Walmart.

I found a beautiful mug that I was buying for a friend. Got up to the register to find out their program says “Item cannot be sold until 11/3 at 12am.” They had put at least a whole end cap out but couldn’t sell it. The cashier was super nice and called the manager but the manager gave no help other than just saying “Well, can’t sell it,” and taking it away. The cashier apologized several times but it still was not the best. Just disappointed.

Rachel in guest services is awesome. She is friendly, polite and efficient. She answered all of my questions, guided me through a difficult transaction, all with a smile on her face. While we were waiting for some information from electronics she was able to help her co-workers with their tasks, multitasking like a pro. Rachel is the epitome of what every store should strive for with customer service.

A good Target store that has a few more options as compared to the Target in Weatherford. I prefer shopping at this Target if possible. Always busy and the staff is good. We found some good deals here too on discounted items. The kids like the toy section.

I think you cheated me today and, like so many others, your checkout experience (slow) is poor. That said, I find your pricing (when you actually charge the listed price) to be pretty reasonable and your selection of personal care items to be very good.

Just walked in and was told that I need a mask. My Governor lifted the mandate. They dont need my $$$$$. Walked right out.

They just remodeled and added a large furniture department. Super cute modern furnishings. Its not as expensive as a typical furniture store, but its not cheap either. The quality is goods is above average.

Burleson Target offers great customer service. Associates: Princess, manager and Trevor, electronics, always go beyond the normal and ensure that I am satisifed with my purchases. Actually, all associates are well trained and are willing to assist me. This is a great Target!

I obviously love target but my experience today had me shook. Me and my wife went into target and after being in there for no more than 5 min the manager walked up to us and asked if we needed anything. Then a few min later someone else came and asked and then someone else’s asked. Well we figured out they were watching us like we were going to steal something. The manager followed us throughout the whole store the whole hour we were there. It was very uncomfortable and uncalled for. As we went to check out the manager walked up to the front door and waited for us to leave. Like leave us alone Damn I didn’t even get to look through the whole store because of her.

Customer service above and beyond! Associate assisted me in locating more quantities of a specific product and the MOD actually searched it out and brought it to me at the service desk. Many thanks for the GREAT customer service!!!

They are very good at cleaning and wearing masks

Such a nice target. Its even better now that they remodeled. The only thing Im not a fan of is that they never have more than 2 registers open, very reminiscent of Walmart.

I love Target but normally I try to go to another target if I can. Half the time employees are friendly but the other half of the time, they will be very mouthy and rude. And if you get someone that doesnt know how to do coupons correctly, they will argue with you until they call a supervisor, just to be told by the supervisor that they are in the wrong and explain the coupon to them.

It was fast easy and the lady was so friendly n helpful

Great staff I came in 15 minutes before closing and no one made me feel rushed. I couldnt find pudding as the aisle was mislabeled. I asked for help from a girl stocking outside the grocery area. She called someone for the location and took me there. Then when I went to check out, Delane asked me how I was doing. Delane noticed me having trouble opening the plastic grocery bag and came over and opened them for me. Great people, good selection, and even good prices like $1.49 for a gallon of milk.
