Nice matcha latte and cinnamon roll. Barista wasn’t very pleasant. He offered them and informed them about the rewards and greeted them goodbye as they left (about 7 people left before me). I was working on my computer the whole time. Also, I ordered before these two customers, however, he created the order for the other guest before me. Interesting dynamics. Cute shop though and the guests were much more pleasant smiling and saying hello and one lady even said, “Have a good day,” when she packed up and left next to me.

Dwell is a great place to go to if you would like to get a great cup of coffee in a great atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the coffee they make. I would highly recommend dwell to anyone.

Really lovely little coffee shop - one of the best places this area has to offer. The service was wonderful, the young lady that helped me out was so helpful, patient and pleasant. The coffee had good flavor and the cinnamon roll was delicious as well. The interior is relaxing and stylish, its a really good place to sit for conversation with a friend.

I hoped that Dwell would surprise me & be great but it did NOT. Problem 1: the staff was frigid, not friendly. Problem 2: the once Pink chairs were stained & shabby. Most importantly Problem 3: the coffee didnt taste very good. My son got an iced mocha. It tasted strange & kind of artificial like they used a powdered chocolate mix or something. My cappuccino was extremely bitter. Yes its espresso with milk & froth but it tasted too bitter & burned. 2 coffees for $10 should taste better than the drip coffee I make at home.

Dwell Coffee & Biscuits on Ellison in Old Town is a jewel. The ownership, the coffee, the food, the staff, and the atmosphere is all 100% relational and responsive. The staff is helpful and conversational, and always gets my drink right. Even when they mess up, which isn’t often, they’re gracious. The world would be a better place with more coffee shops like this one.

Coffee so good we came back twice in one day! The staff is always so kind to us. Gave us a free drink due to a little fly buzzing in for a caffeine fix as he was handing it to me 😂 he quickly fixed it!

By far the best coffee around. Better than the larger chain coffee store in town. Great staff and cool vibe inside the store. I enjoy going in for my morning cup of coffee or in the afternoons with a book. Perfect place to meet up with friends to hang out. Their biscuits are delicious. I’m definitely going to be a long time customer here.

Ill give it points for atmosphere and decor. However, its lacking three stars because there was a significant swarm of fruit flies dear the coffee drip station. The coffee order, bottomless drip, was stale and barely warm. Also, there is a lack of variety in sugar free syrup options. For me, thats not as big of a deal as the previously mentioned issues. The barista was nice, but I cannot get past the bad coffee and presence of fruit flies.

This was my wifes idea to check this place out for breakfast and it was a wonderful experience!!!! The entire establishment was very friendly; employees and customers alike. The food was delicious, the drinks were hot and the games looked fun!!!!! BTW.... That restroom really is that clean so it had to make it like the rest!!!! Thank you for an amazing experience! Honestly probably the best coffee joint near Burleson. Atmosphere is super cute and homely, feels more at home in Greenwich Village, NYC than at TX, was pleasantly surprised. The staff make excellent, real coffee. The roasts here are great as well, taste in between Medium and Medium-Dark. A very simple spot with a very simple menu that tastes simply amazing.

Theyre drinks are always top notch, employees are sweet and down to earth; and the atmosphere is perfect for studying and hanging out.

Tried their yummy chai tea latte iced with 1 pump of lavender syrup and oat milk. So yummy and their biscuits are very very tasty.

This was a nice experience. This is nice place to sit, have a cup of coffee and chat. They have a decent number of flavors. Had hot caramel macchiato. They had some scones and ice cream. We went mid afternoon so i dont know if they have other pastries.

There was a great deal of detail put into the experience of this coffee shop. Dwell felt open but cozy. After being greeted and treated warmly by the employees of Dwell, I definitely would look forward to visiting again. With the space being so small but open, I did feel that the music was a tad bit loud but the style definitely made me feel comfortable. Thanks!

The coffee is good. Their drinks can be hit or miss at times but the concerning thing is nobody is wearing masks in there. The person behind the counter didnt have one on even though they previously have worn masks. The people in line didnt have masks on and none of the people at the tables regardless if they had a drink or not were wearing masks. Its not worth the risk so we arent going back.

I was hoping for more, but the biscuit was good and the coffee was decent. I learned they don’t make their own baked goods and the barista wasn’t sure if they were even local. Even though that is more common these days, it’s disappointing since there are multiple bakeries in town. We’ll be back because we’d rather support a local coffee shop than Starbucks, but this place is definitely missing some unique flare that would make it a quaint downtown coffee shop to love and frequent.

Have been going to Dwell for a while now. Have always been happy with every coffee Ive tried, the snickers coffee drinks are what they are known for and once youve had it youll understand why. The atmosphere is awesome, workers are nice and playful. There is free wifi and they have tables so its perfect to get work done. I went on a Monday one time and the worker told me they had open mic nights every Monday night. Idk if its actually a thing bc Ive never gone but I do want to go sometime.

Cute little coffee shop! They offer delicious goods. However, way overpriced. Their large drinks are hardly what I would consider to be worth almost $5. For less than that I was able to buy the items used to make the drink at home. That being said, I am forever grateful to them for introducing me to my new favorite drink. It is a great place to study, read, or relax while enjoying a nice caffeinated drink.

Best coffee place everrrThey have oat milk and almond milk in addition to your typical milk and cream and stuff. Their mocha syrup and their other syrups are dairy free, but the white mocha is not.Super awesome environment, staff is friendly. The coffee is good, the biscuits are ok. I think I would rate Dwell as a 7/10 if we could rate things out of 10 stars instead of just 5. Its hard for a coffee shop to stand out to me these days because there are so many good ones around. I really liked the idea of a coffee and biscuits place but I found that when I eat biscuits I am wanting them with a full breakfast, maybe at a diner.The biscuits here were fine, but I think they need to stand out to be such a large part of this coffee shop. I think the regular buttermilk biscuits need more taste and the flavored biscuits need to have sharper flavors.I would go back to this coffee shop if I lived close to it but I am not going to go out of my way to seek it out, unless the biscuits start to stand out more.

I love the place... the atmosphere is very comfortable and cozy. Service is friendly. I would have liked more choices of hot tea, and food! The only reason I left was because I was hungry and there are biscuits but that was it.

Went there twice for breakfast...first time no sausage biscuits. Second time was the same thing but we were not told until after we paid so this huge guy came out and said he had bacon so we agreed to that, even though I dont care for bacon. So after nearly an hour wait he brought them out. It looked like bacon bits that were poured over the biscuit. The cheese wasnt even melted and all the bacon was in the bottom of the container so you had to pick it up with your fingers to eat it. The coffee was cold and tasted terrible. We even asked for extra hot coffee and it was still lukewarm. Then they yelled out when we were leaving to have the best day ever. I felt like saying I will once I get outta here. Needless to say, after giving them two times and both being terrible, we will not be back.

It was my first time to stop by today, but I will be coming back for sure. That staff was extremely nice and the atmosphere was welcoming. Thanks for the coffee.🤓

The atmosphere at Dwell has always been one that I’ve enjoyed. It is obviously a sought-after spot since the shop is always packed and seats are hard to find. This is one of the instances though that I believe the atmosphere, workers, and food overshadows the coffee. The coffee is better than decent, but I can’t say it is much better than simply being “good.” The matcha drinks are a fantastic choice though for a light and refreshing pick-me-up. Overall a great spot.

I was in the area and stopped to grab some coffee and breakfast. I had biscuit with sausage and their bullet proof coffee, coffee with butter and coconut oil. Coffee was really good and homemade bisuit with sausage was great.

They have amazing coffee. Period. Which is why they are getting a 3 and not a 2.I am not a fan of their biscuits which I find very heavy, doughy and chewy and I am not a fan of their lack of customer service. Its frustrating to have your drink not be drinkable and get a sad face from the people working there and no offer to remake your drink but then see someone who came in a couple of people after you get a discount on your next purchase because they had to wait a few minutes longer than usual.There is no real consistency in the way customers are treated - it varies widely based on who is working there. Some of the employees make you feel welcome even when the place is so busy that you know they want to just hide! Some can have 2 people in the place other than you and make you feel like you are the biggest imposition. I am not expecting happy happy sunshine and rainbow unicorns but not being made to feel like you should have skipped your morning coffee with them would be a big bonus!

The drinks were amazing but we were kinda disappointed that they didn’t have at least non-fat milk as an option. It was also very loud and the lady taking our order couldn’t hear us very well and didn’t get our order right, but it happens. Anyway, I would suggest on the busier times to turn down the music some because when its crowded and they have music playing it gets kinda hecktic.

Best pour over or Cup of Joe within 50 miles. Bar none.Great staff, great atmosphere. 7/5 stars

Ive just recently tried the Dwell, and have been back two days in a row. Well, one of those days I called in a delivery. Because, coffee on delivery! Everyone was in great spirits, which tells me happy employees, happy work environment. I will definitely be spending more time there.

I came in and ordered a coffee frappe with whip. I was told by the barista that the owner decided that it was too much trouble for them to use whip. Really?! How long does it take to put whip on a frappe?! I am so sorry that its too much trouble! I used to love this place, but it seems like lately they are doing whats convenient for them and not the customer.

Its our favorite coffee shop. We drive about 20 mins to come here specifically. We love it. Its a nice atmosphere and the coffee is consistently good unlike big chains.

So much better then Starbuck and family owned! Much rather give my money to a small business that has way better product anyway!

Great coffee shop. I love having a place to read and chill out without having to drive all the way into Fort Worth for the privilege. Great spaces to study or talk to friends. Couches, benches, chairs, hipsterish music playing lightly on the speakers. Everything you expect to find and a bit more.
