Had them install a one new garage door and 2 openers. The crew did a outstanding job. Since then I had one repair from a power surge which was done very fast. Called today and talked to Beetle Baily about about the door not closing and no lights on the photo sensors. worked through the problem and found a wire had came off the sensors. We had a broken spring on a single door. They came on time, fixed it in 20 minutes, and had a fair price. The guys were very friendly and happy to show my curious toddler what they were doing. Receptionist was also very sweet and helpful when I called to schedule the appointment.

Texas Overhead Door(TOD) is now my go to team! I had another company come out, they insisted that I needed new springs at a cost of $553. Paid their service call and call TOD for a second opinion. TOD technician listened to my description of the problem and went to work. Lubricated door and adjusted spring tension - problem fixed for the price of the service call! The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and focused on customer satisfaction.

Everything was a great experience with this company from the initial phone call to get a quote through the installation. Mike showed up on time for the inspection and answered all my questions giving me the confidence it would be done right the first time. Our door wouldnt open manually or electronically on Sunday. When I contacted Overhead Door on Monday a very nice lady told me what the problem could be and the approximate cost. This morning during wet roads the traffic on I35W was slow. All lanes were stop and go. I was riding in the right lane, following the slow traffic when on the shoulder behind me I see one of your trucks driving about 50 mph to bypass the legal lane of traffic. He continued on the shoulder until he managed to squeeze in and take the West bound 20 ramp and drove it to exit at the Crowley exit. Nice to know your employees are such safe drivers...wont EVER call your company.

After using a handyman to replace my garage door opener, who took almost two weeks and over $450 to fix my spring, cables, and install a new opener, I got frustrated and called Texas Overhead Door for help. First, Cindy answered the phone, was friendly and very understanding. She worked very fast to fet me an appointment ASAP. David arrived right on time, unlike my handyman, and had it all fixed in 10 minutes! And it cost me only $89.00 to have this done. David was very friendly and even took the time to educate us on how to properly lubricate our doors, springs, and drums. Do not go anywhere else. They take great care of their customers and the best thing is that they are arrive on time, they are meticulous, very courteous, and much more affordable than anyone else. Ill be using them on my new shop when its time for the overhead door. I wont go anywhere else ever again! Go to them before you shop anywhere else!

My husband and I have used Texas Overhead Doors on two occasions, once to replace a worn-out door badly bent by a worn-out garage door opener, and a second time to replace a garage door crumpled up by an inadvertent, slow-motion “crash.” (Hey!
