The Awards by Mastercraft team created beautiful customized water bottles for me in days! They were creative and willing to work with my vision for the swag. Not local? No problem, they shipped promptly and were easy to work with over phone and email! The quality of the work is unsurpassed by other personalization professionals with whom I have worked in the past. Great group of people who did a beautiful job on short notice. I ordered a two inch silver plate inscribed in black lettering. I put it on a portfolio for a custom gift for my friend who is a photographer, and he loved it! I will definitely use their service again! They were very friendly on the phone and in person, I highly recommend them!

This is the 2nd time Ive had to ask them for service on short notice. Just as before - they were super nice and accommodating. I never once felt any hostility or annoyance, just excellent customer service. Even though theyre not the closest to our shop, we will only use them from here on out. They BY FAR have the best customer service and their prices are reasonable as well!
