My Husband and I are retiring and moving from up north to Texas. We stop at several places to look at homes. I am thankful we stopped in at Factory Expo in Burleson, TX. This where I met Gary the General Manger, he took the time to show me the homes, go over all the financing and the complete build process. He never put any pressure on us, and answered all of our question on their homes and the complete process including what we would have to do with our land, and what to look for when purchasing our land for future home. He also introduced me to their Project Coordinator Laura, and explained she will help throughout the building and delivery process. We feel truly blessed that we stopped at Factory Expo in Burleson.

We visited back in May, not really knowing anything about manufactured homes and wanting to see if it was something we could afford and be happy with. Jacqueline was the most helpful sales person we have ever met! She was able to answer every question and give us accurate pricing information on the spot, without being pushy at all she was able to convince us to start a contract that day, and the process that came after has thus far been painless. Would absolutely recommend them, the packages/pricing/floor plans are amazing, and Jacqueline took such care to make sure we were informed and comfortable. 100% confident and happy with our experience!

About 4 days ago I walked into the Factory Expo Home Center thinking I was going to just view a few of their floor plans. I met with Jacqueline and I have to say that I have really enjoyed working with her. She didnt pressure me to purchase but ended up offering me a deal on a show home that I could not refuse. We purchased a new home from Factory Expo Home Center and it was a great experience when Laura took over our account. We were helping a disabled veteran uncle purchase this house and we were having a lot of difficulty getting the process completed. When Laura took over our account she worked hard and in no time had our account finished. She was very friendly, knowledgeable about the process and she kept us well informed throughout the whole process. You will do good if she represents you on your new home.

Attempted to buy a home from a new salesman that was very confused and couldn’t answer any questions without asking the manager (Gary). They tried convincing us to fill out a link app and put $7,000 down on a house they couldn’t sell us because someone else still owned it! Their answers changed day to day. One day they talked to the other buyer and he was coming to sign it back over to them and the next they haven’t been able to reach him. They have a price sheet and we agreed on a price once we could buy the home and then the salesman tried to call and said the price was going up because month end sales were ending except we didn’t have any discounts on the price sheet!!!! They are just out to try and get people to give them their money without a house to give in exchange!!! Once we told them we wouldn’t pay a higher price they blocked our phone numbers so we couldn’t even call them anymore! Terrible customer service especially by Gary the manager that’s supposed to make things right!

Laura and Gary did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of our quality home from Expo. They went the extra mile to help smooth out the buying process for us. They were always friendly when answering our many questions getting the paperwork done. We highly recommend them and Expo!

Spoke with Seth over the phone a few weeks before actually visiting and he was kind, knowledgeable, but so willing to help us over the phone that I had to go visit. My spouse is a truck driver so I wanted to wait for him to get home to go visit. When we arrived Seth made us feel like family and not just a number or a sale. He went above and beyond to help us understand the home buying process and answered every question we had that when we walked out, there were no lingering questions. We actually know exactly what we want to buy, our time frame and he actually helped us find where we are going to place our home. Seth we Thank you for being a genuine, kind, patient person, I could write a book but I’m going to stop here lol.

I made a request for some info online and I have to say I was so impressed with Seth!! He got back to me within the hour. Was a pleasure to talk to over the phone. Sent me direct links to anything I wanted or needed. He was just amazing!

A family member purchased a home here and it has been sitting unfinished with doors that don’t close properly and cracks in the wall. The house is not livable and now they are having to contact TDHCA(Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs) due to the poor condition of the house she purchased.

Nice homes, they do have a land guy to refer you too but had no one to do FHA financing to pkg it all together which is what people want. One stop service. However I guess if your paying cash they have some good deals.

Make sure you really look at what you are purchasing. Those models are very deceitful. Things you would never think to ask about are upgrades. Buyer beware!!!!

This is the most degrading Mobil Ive ever lived in. Less than a yrs old and falling a part. No hot water and trim falling off the wall. Boy did I get the screw.

I explored buying a factory built home as an alternative to a stick built cabin, and visited this sales center to explore options. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and they sell a nice, cost efficient, product. In the end, our land purchase (being handled by an outside realtor) fell through and we havent yet bought from here. When we find the right lot we will buy from this mobile home dealer.

After our new tiny house was delivered and set up the following day we did our walk through. We had some minor cracks in the walls, the cabinet needed doors where the microwave ( which we didnt have that option) installed, the shower valve needed some work and doors needed to be adjusted. The factory sent out Nick Woody and his helper, these guys were so professional and went way over in the performance of thier work than we could have hoped for. The factory people Ashley and Codie kept in touch though out the whole process. If you ever buy a home make sure they send Nick for the punch list. Long story short we are very happy with our purchase

I have feel like there no honestly here. We were told there were home on the lot so we drove the 11/2 hours to get to there lot to find the factory closed and no home that was promised on the lot. They will tell you what you and to hear to get you there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are tons of dealers down the road that at least will be honest about what they have to show you. Strongly recommend to go somewhere else. God bless

Do not use a credit card they will keep 3% of your money! Poor customer service, if internet price drops they will not give you that price, extra red carpet charges for work that they should do and their warranty cost $1,995.

I just want to warn you that most mobile home dealers are worse than car dealers with being major scam artist. THIS PLACE IS NO EXCEPTION!! I fell for their ads for mobile homes low as 19900.00. I contacted them by phone and gave them my e-mail and they sent me pictures and mobile homes that were on sale! I liked what I saw and of course when talking to their representative, Chrystal I asked if these prices included everything, she assured me it did; delivery, set-up the whole sha-bang. So my husband took time off work and we drove 3.5 hours to meet her only to find out that the mobile home that was on special for 38,600.00 was actually going to be over 45000.00 once it was delivered and set-up! I made it clear that we were on a budget and wanting to pay cash, she had mentioned a discount for a cash purchase; but it was never discussed once we got there. But in all fairness; it wouldnt have mattered. I wasnt going to expand my purchase to 45000.00! I just wonder if this really works for them most of the time? Do people still fall for the old bait and switch routine? I was disappointed and furious that she had wasted my time, and cost us both time and money to drive so far! Honestly, isnt there a better customer service experience that can be built in to this industry??? I have people calling me from San Antonio to Rockwall assuring me, ( just as these people did) that They have no hidden fees and that the price they quote includes EVERYTHING... but Im not up for another long drive only to find out if they are lying or not! :( Even the lower price smaller homes, goes up 5-6000.00 once your on site. Dont you wish you do that when you sold something? Yes, Ill sell my car for 1500.00 but you want tires? Oh thats extra, need a key... Oh yeah thatll cost an additional 1000. What has the world come to??? News Flash: when people call and what to know what something cost they want to KNOW WHAT ITS GOING TO COST THEM!! No hidden fees, no expensive upgrades, do you have to have a dishwasher? None of that crap! Thank You Factory Expo Home Centers for a waste of time, gasoline and a days salary! Thanks for nothing!!

The attention at first was perfect, but later we did not have the communication that we should have at the time of knowing how our house was going, the delivery was delayed, it was not ready the day they told us and the house was delivered with many details that have not yet been been fixed, a month has passed and we are still waiting to cover the missing part of the house, and the stairs. Really, the experience with Factory Expo was not pleasant at all, I feel disappointed
