Unbelievably phenomenal!!!! They had EVERYTHING I needed for mums for half the price of Michaels or hobby lobby!!! Staff was amazing as well.

I will be forever thankful for such an amazing staff of people that came to my rescue tonight! We had a homecoming garter and mum catastrophe. I walked in there an hour before they closed to get some help. Without hesitation they took the items from me, took them apart, and started fixing them and adding trinkets and ribbons to them. They stayed over an hour after closing working on them, and they did a fantastic job!!! When they got done I was in tears to see the kindness and compassion they showed me. I went to the front to pay and the owner said “Put your money away.” I was in shock! What an amazing company, a very compassionate and helpful staff, and they did a beautiful job on the garter and mum! I will get all my future homecoming garter and mums here! I’m a customer for life!

Nice store. The lady I was dealing with, her name was Jennifer. She was very knowledgeable and customer relations was excellent. I would have given this store a five star had it not been for the rude GM. I will tell people about the store but not to deal with the main manager at all.

Great selection, and great people. Reasonably priced decor for all your celebration. Some fun stuff.

Cool little place. However they can get expensive real fast if you are not careful. So my advice would be for you to be careful with your money.

I love this store, I have used them for multiple parties. Never had a problem. When they were out of the cups I needed, they had them transferred from another store in 24 hours. Cheaper than party city.

Warning! Do not go here--its a RIP OFF! I bought helium balloons from here and they didnt even fly for an hour...let alone when I needed them for my sons birthday party...not only was it the worst helium in the world, in that the balloons barely made it off the ground for an hour...but the were so expensive I was taken by surprise at the register! I mean I paid way more than I have ever paid for balloons in my life! not just by a little, but by an significant amount. Next, we can discuss the lackluster customer service...actually nonexistent customer service, and when I went by the next day to tell them about their balloons not floating, a shoulder shrug and a they are not a returnable item was all I recieved, no sorry, no let me make this right, nothing....They didnt care and it seemed they knew they had bad helium...If you value your money and quality products with decent customer service...Avoid this place at all costs!!

Good customer service and had everything we needed plus more to choose from.

Since early 2000, we have ordered napkins from Party Warehouse for all our events (graduations, weddings, showers....) My sister ordered custom napkins for her wedding and when I went to pick them up they were not printed correctly. They never had us sign the original order form confirming what was written down was correct.The owner of the store, Tracy, made the cashier be the middle man between her and I. The cashier was very nice and I felt bad that she was caught in the middle. She was not willing to give a discount since they were not done correctly, therefore they were not ready on time. I had them refund my money and I went to Party City. They have an even better selection and got my order correct. The GM worked directly with me to make sure they ordered exactly what I wanted. My family will take our business to Party City from now on. He treated us like a company should treat a customer. Tracy should probably take note.

Great quality balloons and fast at blowing them up. They can make almost anything you can think of out of balloons.

Party warehouse is full of all kinds of fun party needs.
