After talking to my local dealership they said it was impossible to find the machine I wanted so I reached out to these guys at young’s and they made it happen. They found one out of state and made a trade from their own inventory to get the machine I wanted so I could buy.

I finally found a place that didnt treat me like a number. The salesman was Justin and he was very knowledgeable and personable, and took the time to listen and explain my options. This dealership (and salesman) was willing to answer my questions, understand what ATV was the one that would be best for my needs and work, rather than just trying to upsell something that I didnt need or want. They were able to get me an ATV and plow when everyone else just made up excuses of why they couldnt get a machine brought in. Great job on everything, and the service department knows their stuff as well and is very interested in making sure everything is right when the machine leaves the store. Very satisfied with the entire buying process, and highly recommend them.

I have to give this place q 5 stars I have been to lots of dealers and never have been treated as great has these guys. I was going to go all the way to Oregon for a Polaris Sportsman 450 and they saved me the trip, money, and quality. I got a lot more for my money here in burley than I was in Oregon. I traveled from Idaho Falls to Burley to pick up my new 2019 Polaris 450 HO. The main reason was because they had the best price around but I was treated extremely well throughout the whole experience. Austin was great to work with in sales and the lady who worked in finance was great and made the process very easy. After buying the new four-wheeler I needed a little more help and I was treated with the same courtesy as I had before. They didnt just forget about me as a customer after sale went through. That is what I think makes a great company and one that I will likely return to. I would highly recommend them and their team. Thank you again for everything.

Seem like great people and friendly staff. The only reason for the three star review is because of a price discrepancy. The price of a particular machine changed multiple times over a 24 hour period. I think it just came from a lack of experience from new staff.

I have waited a almost a year to give my review because I like to see how things play out before giving a bad review. I bought a new/demo polaris general September of 19. I was told they did use at as a demo but it is a new machine with 200 miles on it. Most of the talking was over the phone and once we got the price and details figured out I went and picked it up. This is where I messed up a bit. I did not check the miles when I got there and did not know alot about these machines so I overlooked some things. A few days late I found out that it had 700 miles on it instead of the discussed multiple times 200. It was also missing all the floor plugs, and the storage compartment under one of the seats. The first weekend I had it out it had a few issues so I took it back and they did fix them and give me the floor plugs. The salesperson said they would make everything else right. When I recieved it I was only given one key and was told they would get me the 2nd. I never heard back on that so I texted the sales person and he informed me he no longer worked there and couldnt help. Another thing thats irritating and also something I overlooked is that I bought the extended warranty that basically covers nothing. I should have read through it in the office but like I said I didnt know much about these vehicles and they made it sound like it covers pretty much any issue. So then my clutch broke and I took it in. Of course that wasnt covered. I did read through the extended warranty and it does say they dont cover it so I cant be extremely mad about that.I guess to anyone thats going to purchase a machine there make sure you know what you are buying and read through the paperwork details or they will have no issue taking advantage of you. It may have just been the salesperson but I also caught the finance person trying to pad the interest and got that worked out before we signed.
