My coffee is always good, but the staff is really what keeps me as a regular. Who am I kidding? Its the coffee, but the staff is amazing!

I’ll start from the beginning, In the first second after the universe began, the surrounding temperature was about 10 billion degrees Fahrenheit (5.5 billion Celsius). The cosmos contained a vast array of fundamental particles such as neutrons, electrons and protons. These decayed or combined as the universe got cooler.Long story short after a few billion years I ended up with myself driving up to a small coffee shop right off the interstate in Burley, Idaho. I got out of my car and went up to their walk up window. There I was greeted by a wonderful staff. They were all smiling and were extremely nice. I went and order a flamingo (it’s a red bull infusion). The drink was absolutely amazing! From where I was standing I could see the store was very well kept and was extremely clean. I saw they had lights hanging above the drive through window and I thought it was such a nice touch to the store! I would 100% recommend this coffee shop to anyone who needs a pick up from caffeine or just to see a friendly face. I will definitely be visiting again!

Been to all the Javas in Idaho Falls and Blackfoot but this one makes the best coffee, long lines though because they only have one drive through side, Idaho Falls Blackfoot has two sides to order from

I will rate this place every time it comes up!! Great service great drinks and the best baristas in the area no doubt! They are always happy always friendly. Only place I go!!

When you are having a bad day, they go out of the way to make it just a bit better! This little beverage shop is wonderful! The service is outstanding, the drinks are always perfect, and the prices are reasonable.I call this a beverage shop because they have much more than just coffee. They have energy drinks, smoothies, coffee, soda, and much more!When there are more than two cars in line you will find one of the servers is running out the back door to get your order quickly, and get you on your way as fast as possible. This really helps during those mornings when you are running a few minutes late!They get to know you quickly, they are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. Its gives you a good feeling about spending your money at a place where they treat you well, and clearly appreciate your business.

Delicious! I love the hazelnut hug javaccino and the mango tango smoothie! The americano with choice of flavoring is perfect!

My girl friend had a big night and must have needed a pick-up, before coming home.Things must have been fantastic at Mountain View Apartment that night nice place, and the coffee at Java fantastic.

JUST OK - Employees are friendly but they lack craft and polish to their espresso drinks. My latte was only slightly warm and the foam wasnt well frothed. Im not sure if its a lack of training or them just rushing but for sure they could be doing much better in terms of drink quality.

I has given them 5 stars before, but after 7 orders. All of them wrong!! They get one star. Ask for a HOT Copper camel You get a cold one. Ask for a cold copper camel you get a hot one.

The service was very slow. They didn’t have sense of urgency. I ordered a spiced chia tea and a blueberry muffin. My tea was bland tasting and tasted nothing of spiced chia. My muffin, that turned out to be a lemon blueberry muffin, tasted freezer burnt and I had to throw away.

Coffee is ok, they are a lil slow but its one of the better options in burley

They were super nice and fast! However, I didn’t like my drink and nobody inside was wearing masks. It’s probably not mandated here, but would put a mind at ease to see workers wearing masks and approaching vehicles wearing masks.I ordered a drip coffee that came out on the cooler side of drinkable. I was offered a light, medium, or dark roast which I think is nice- however, it tastes like a flavored brew, which I don’t care for. Wish I would’ve known before hand.

It was a short line The girls are excellent,very helpful.The coffee is great and the mangodrinks are wonderful!

Stopped here on a road trip to get some caffeine. Got two black drip coffees and they tasted aweful. Service was good. Kind of tricky to get into the drive through lane.

Yum! Can always count on Java Espress to deliver delicious treats. The crew at the Burley spot was awesome.

Do not be fooled by the name...they make more than just coffee! They have smoothies, malts, infused teas, infused iced drinks, and snacks!

DELICIOUS and fair priced, if you have the time to wait. If theres more than a car or 2 youll be waiting at least 10 minutes.

I havent tried a lot of their drinks but their cookies are amazing. If you like peanut butter try the peanut butter Nutella bomb cookie.

Speedy, friendly service, fair price

Fantastic place to stop for coffee or tea as well as several other variety of drinks. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are always polite.The only issue I have is that the customers cant seem to figure out how a two lane drive through works, but thats nothing Java can fix!

Could not believe how amazing the girls who work here are. They are so nice! Coffee is amazing. So much better than the one in Twin Falls! I will continue to stop here when I come down from Twin to see my mom!

Excellent coffee!

Great service and friendly staff. They are very accommodating and fun. I appreciate that they understand me and my odd orders and they remember my wife’s preferences for when I forget her orders, or they have something available that she likes.

None of the staff was wearing masks. I guess they don’t care about putting their customers at risk.

My kids absolutely love the smoothies and creamies (like a milk shake), my wife loves the sugar cookies and I love their red rush energy drink (it’s like Red Bull only better). I can’t recommend this place and the awesome customer service enough. Go try it out.

Nobody was wearing masks and then they ask me if I want to tip. Sorry I don’t want to tip if they refuse to even wear masks. Schools got shut down because the pandemic is really bad yet they refuse to wear masks.

I have been going here for awhile now, and I love the drinks but really people there are horrible EXCEPT one girl Clarissa! Today I had a terrible experience one of the girls who helped me was extremely rude while ordering 4 drinks, which is not cheap $30 for today’s purchase, I spent a lot of money there and I never got treated like that before anywhere else in Burley.

My favorite coffee shop to go to. Always great coffee and quick service so I can be to work on time.

Worst customer service! Drinks are good but I will no longer go there the girls there are young and immature and very very very RUDE!!! Not impressed and very sad because the owners are sweethearts they just hired the wrong crew.

Java Espress vs Dutch Brothers. This morning I had Dutch Brothers and their menu is very linear while their prices are very high. The flavors st Dutch Brothers are okay but not worth the prices. Java Espress has a WIDE variety and because Java Espress has soda, they create custom soda combinations with either a coke product or a pepsi product as the base flavor then you choose what syrup flavors to combine with the pop. The combinations are endless!! I chose a mtn dew base with blackberry and green apple syrup flavors then added cream and whipped cream for a truly delightful flavor that was sweet with a little tang and a nice cream flavor to mellow it out. Thank you Java Espress for coming to Burley!! I found my new favorite guilty pleasure. When you go in, ask for suggestions because they are almost certain to help you find the best custom soda for you!
