Expensive for cars with high mileage. Cheaper to get a brand new car

Very disappointed. I went into the Burley store - just to look - spoke with Cesar - but ended up completing online financing form - heard back a few days later from both Cesar and someone else asking all the same questions that were on the online form - then heard nothing. I reached out after a week - NO RESPONSE. Even if financing was unavailable to me, an answer would have been nice.

Tried to get a used car from them but while I was waiting for the manager to bring the car from twin falls he sold the car to a guy in their mechanics shop didnt even get the chance to look at it, bad sales practice

Sold me a car with a known recall and did not disclose it. Car broke down today and is being towed to a shop. I take very good care of my cars so Im hoping its the recall issue. Either way they sold me a vehicle that didnt last a year before a major issue arrose. Btw the car is only 4 years old. I could have called and talked to someone but I wanted it on here. Buyer beware and research the vin of what what you are wanting to buy.

I spent weeks looking for a Ford F-150 with a black leather bench seat. I shopped on KSL, Craigslist, dealer websites, and even the ford inventory search for new and pre-owned. Eric at the Car Store had the vehicle I wanted and gave me a really fair deal on it. He even let me take the vehicle for an extended test period before I bought it. The experience was easy and smooth.Also, a few months ago I was selling an Escalade and he reached out to me because they had someone looking for one (and he saw mine on facebook) and ended up selling my car for me. Bottom line, when it comes to used cars Eric and his team do a really good job. They are a great addition to the used car scene in Burley!
