I had a great experience at Cheneys. They did a great job installing white subway tile on wall. The installation was timely and professional. I recommend Kyle Cheney to all of my friends.

Cheney flooring redid all our flooring including carpet installation and hardwood installation. Our home was built in 1900, so as you can imagine there were a lot of roadblocks and unforeseen issues. There were slope transitions between rooms, poor installation from previous renovations, rotting subfloors and more. Despite all this, Cheney flooring was professional and thorough. They were able to combat all the issues and provide a beautiful finished product. Not to mention the unbeatable prices. I highly recommend them for all your renovation needs.

We used this company for our bathroom remodel. We bought a tub, toilet, faucet and tile from them. It took a little bit of time to get our products but we were told it probably would before we bought the items. The owner, Kyle said that they purchase straight from the manufacturer and that is why their prices are lower. However this means it takes a couple of weeks to get products because they are coming from overseas. Kyle did a good job installing our tile and my wife loves the way it looks. I would recommend Cheney Flooring & Home Design and we will definitely be back for our next project.

Cheney Flooring & Home Design installed beautiful marble backsplash in our kitchen. I had shopped many different places looking for a fun tile made out of marble. Everywhere I looked the price for a mosaic marble tile was $$$$ (very pricey). Cheney Flooring & Home Design had a huge selection of mosaic tile that was very affordable. The tile took a couple of weeks to arrive but this was explained to me when I purchased the tile. It was installed shortly after and I love it.

My experience with Cheney flooring.....Well I came to Cheney flooring because I was experiencing a bad experience with home depot on line order service.So I came to Cheney with the intention to offer an upgrade to a home owner at my expense due to the delay. I explained this to Kyle and it seemed that he truly wanted to help. In fact he offered a discount on the product and when he realized I do cabinets he asked if I would like to put a display in his front showroom.I accepted and we shook hands, I left with samples. When I brought back samples I was excited to tell him that I already had my display in production. He informed me that his wife changed his mind for him. Well it was upsetting but I said ok Ill place my order as soon as funds were returned from home depot. And he gave me the price and time line of 5 days for delivery once I order.Two days later I called in my order to Kyle and this was the first I heard of a freight charge. Since I was short and it took me by surprise Kyle was gracious enough to order the material that I was paying for to get the ball rolling and said I could pay tax and freight within two weeks that would be fine. That way I could still get the flooring in five days and not upset the home owner. I thanked him sincerely and passed the info to the home owner. 9 days later the material was not there and anxiety was building on my end, Kyle assured me he would let me know as soon as he received the material and I must say, his demeanor after the order was placed and the deadline had expired was.... Rude. Well I decided to start laying sub floor thinking he would call any day.Now get this ... The home owner apperiantly called Chaneys and Whitney who Ive never met told them the flooring has been there and I couldnt afford to pick it up. And gave the material that I paid them for in my name to the home owner and Whitney or Kyle never contacted me that it had arrived.That evening the home owner informed me I would not be doing her floor because it was taking to long to get the material. I called Cheneys the next day left a message and later received at least 2hrs of some of the most rediculous unprofessional descusting text messages I think Ive ever witnessed from Whitney. So after all of that comes the grand finally guess who stole my job from me guess who didnt tell me the material was in guess who gave my order away and lied about me not affording it . How would Whitney know 10 days later if I had 200 in my pocket??? I feel what Chaney Flooring did was illegal immoral unethical cowards manipulating unprofessionalLow down rotten deceaving crooked B.S.That was my experience . I gave 1 star because this should earn them some kind of an award ... My God

I looked all over for flooring for my kitchen and new dining room we added on. I was strugglong trying to find the right color. Cheney flooring offered to come to my house measure and his wife Whitney helped me find the perfect color. They were amazing to work with I would recommend them to anyone!

Cheney Flooring has been fantastic during the complete floor remodel of our 3000 sq ft home. They were patient with me as I took time picking out the type of carpet, LVT, and tile I wanted. They were prompt in providing competitive prices and offering their professional opinion. The installation went smooth and very quick of all the flooring. These guys really know what they are doing. I would recommend them to my friends, family or anyone else looking for good, quality work.

I’ve made two purchases, 1st was new flooring for my kitchen and dining room. Great selection and knowledgeable about the products so I could make an informed decision. I got a beautiful wood looking flooring that is waterproof or if a piece does get damaged can easily be replaced without having to do the whole floor. Next I ordered carpet for my upstairs rooms. Kyle does a very nice job of laying both the carpet and kitchen flooring, painted and stained molding to match my flooring and installed it. Very happy with the results. Also purchased carpeting for a rental we were renovating. Kyle just does very nice work and I would recommend him.

I have come to the store three different times and all different times it says it’s open but there is no one there. If you’re going to have set hours you need to have people there running the store. and when I asked the lady (which I give her a little give, she was new ). She couldn’t even give me prices or tell me what brand things were in the store ..

Bad Experience. I ordered flooring and had to put 1/2 the money down upfront. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call stating the flooring is in and they would like to schedule a time for installation within 2 weeks. I marked my calendar and took the needed time off work to be there on the scheduled date and time (It had been almost 1 month since they cashed my deposit by this time). They were a no show. I called several times and there was no answer. Finally a gal answered and said I was not on the schedule and asked who I talked to and I didnt remember who that was, then she said she would call me right back. 20-25 minutes later I called, no answer. I called again, she answered and started to give me several excuses - computer issues, my flooring is still in transit, hurricane back east, problems with office staff, etc. I demanded my money back and would be at their shop in 10 minutes and then came more excuses - vendor has the money, not able to cut a check today, it could take up to 24 to 48 hours before the funds were available, etc. I said I will give you until 1:00 pm tomorrow to have my check ready. (If there isnt another review from me, then I did get my money back). Ok, I didnt get my money back. The owner, who is also the installer, apologized, gave me a discount and installed my flooring 4 days later. He did a good job with the installation but it wasnt the color I had chosen. I had a photo of the sample I wanted and he agreed that was not what he had started to install. I didnt mind the color and didnt want to deal with the hassle of him having to correct the error. The only problem that I had with this Contractor was his personnel. He should seriously get rid of the individual(s) that created the problems if he wants to run a successful business.

These guys are the best ! They helped us find carpet. And their prices are amazing . They are kind and friendly and I can always get ahold of one of the owners if needed.
