The store was as neat and clean as it can be while theyre throwing freight. Employees were on the ball too. I asked for an item that their ad said they had but it wasnt on the shelf. She went into the back room and got it for me. When I got to the register she was doing something else but greeted me right away and let me know shed be right over.

I love dollar tree and have never had a problem with anyone until today. The afternoon employees need better attitude and customer service. I was waiting in line to pay and Noone was around. The cashier clearly saw me waiting in line and kept vacuuming the store until the manager called her to her register. Then apparently I was in a closed register and when I asked if it was open Virginia said it wasnt with a very negative attitude and rolled her eyes at me. They had a no cards sign on the open Register which is why I went to a different one. There is no reason to be rude to customers. Ive worked as a cashier and good attitude is everything.

They are friendly and reliable for normal items associated with a value store

Today was a good day!!! I found a few of the items Ive been searching for, Tumbling tower blocks to DIY with, a race track...score!!! Also they had an 80 count of the Downy dryer sheets in the scent I absolutely LOVE ❤❤❤. Plus seen my favorite Dollar Tree manager at the Burley location, Ida is thee best.

Many products to choose from...the staff is friendly and I didnt stand in line for very long.

Honestly forgot it was a place for good deals, dollar goes a long ways when you try to get supplies to drive truck and found most of what I wanted and needed, even in their freezer section

DISASTER! The store was a huge mess, but thats pretty normal it actually doesnt bug me that much. The real problem was waiting in line for the checkout. The line stretched back almost half way down one of the aisles. An obviously new employee was running the register and on every transaction she had to call the manager over for help. Why the manager couldnt stay close during a large rush is beyond me.

Friendly staff as always. Other then having boxes of stock in the middle of the isles. No complaints!

Got a lot of items recently and we always get dirty looks when were about to checkout. Employees complaining about how we buy too much from them, it takes too much of their time to check us out, and I overheard them talking behind our backs about us about how, Theyre sorry they had to ring us up and holding up the lines and taking too much time. Seriously? Were buying food and things for our dog. Its your job, do it. I work in customer service and I know how it is, but youve got to be kidding me.Suggesting calling corporate.

Every time Ive gone into Dollar Tree in Burley its been a joke theres a line mile long well two or three people sit in the little office but shout out to Dollar Tree in Rupert they have great customer service

The store is located in the north end of Burley. They always have great products available, the employees are very helpful, the store is always clean every time Ive been there, sometimes they get too many customers in line, but they always get their back-up cashiers. (Not like Walmart at all), The Best Thing about the store EVERYTHING is $1. I give them 5 stars. 👍

I line 10 deep when they opened the second line the clerk allowed a very rude customer to crowd in front of everyone. Not shopping there again ever.

Typical stop for me on my way to drill as they offer a wide selection at the obvious price of a dollar. Admittedly, sometimes the lines get a little long in the evening.

They even have a freezer in the back for a quick snack.

Expect to wait in long lines with slow cashiers who lack any sense of urgency. Usually I give up and just leave without purchasing. Several people today did the same. I forget until Im ready to check out and then decide if my items are worth the wait and irritation of watching how unconcerned the employees are.
