The staff here are very knowledgeable and willing to help. The service is fast and they have treated me very well after the purchase. I have had to return and exchange items and the experience was pleasant and smooth. They really did aim to please.

I love to shop there everyone is so friendly! I only have one complaint and that is I can never use my coupon. Over the past week, I have spent over$400 and havent been able to use my coupons! Too early or cant be used on sale items! Phooey, whats the use in sending them out?!

Easy to find what you want, get in and out. Prices are extremely high for the same items you can buy elsewhere for cheaper. Friendly and helpful staff.

Getting married set up a registration. Maybe I shouldve check make sure they still do that. Candles lots and lot of cool stuff. Snacks too.

I love this place

Bought a new lawnmower in the box. I got home put it together added the gas and oil and it wouldnt start. I called to return it and the manager refused to let me return it because I had put gas and oil in it. How would I find out that it doesnt work by not not adding the fluids? The manager was very rude and lacking in customer service skills. One would think that companies such as Ace would want to keep their customers happy so they will keep doing business there. I wont shop there again.

They’re so much more friendly and helpful than the other big hardware stores. They always greet me when I get there and often have staff nearby and knowledgeable about what I am looking for. I appreciate their help.They also have a military discount which is a great bonus for me.

When youre on the south end of Burley and dont feel like driving north or out-of-town, you will most likely find what you need here. The downfall to this store is the manager is rude, always unpleasant and once even had my elderly father followed in the store for fear of shoplifting (I call it profiling). . When the Rupert Ace Hardware manager was here reviewing/inspecting this Burley location and as I walked in the doors he immediately offered his assistance (with a smile & kindness) that moment validated how rude & discourteous the burley store manager truly is (or maybe its something else I do not wish to post at this time..)

I Love working at Ace Hardware. Ive been working at Ace going on 5 months and what I Love is the people I work with, also the customers. Interacting with the customers and being able to help them find what they are looking for.

I bought a creosote cleaning log. It was a good purchase and the people here were helpful.

They were really helpful with the parts I needed to setup my under counter dishwasher.

It has a lot and the staff seems to be friendly but last time i needed a part for home repairs i called in advance to see if they have it and a young teenage girl answered all fine and dandy but she told us they have it.. we get there and they dont even carry it, i was definitely upset after that and i dont think Ill come back to it. After all if they want to hire staff that will willingly give wrong information then i dont think it is a good store to shop from.

The cashiers were very helpful. The paint lady was as well. I walked past three different sales people and none of them asked me how I was or if I needed help. Overall my experience was ok.

The price of the item I was looking for was over twice the price I could purchase it from on Amazon. So I waited a couple days for it. The employees are very helpful.

Knowledgeable staff

Basic hardware store. They dont have a lot of what they do have. I went there for a wrench and I had to look all over 3 aisles to find one where it wasnt supposed to be. Not anywhere near the other wrenches of its kind. The other wrenches like it they had one maybe two of. Not a lot of options. Not one person walking around that worked there asked me how I was or how I was doing. I stood in line waiting for the cashier to stop talking to her friend for 25 minutes before I butt in. She seemed annoyed and snippy. When I put my card in I forgot to hit debit. She said this might help laughed and smirked at her friend as she hit. The debit button.

Ace has everything youd need for a weekend project and they have a great staff.

I use Ace Burley for a number of the supplies for our plant here in the area. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They even have an outside sales division for customer with accounts. We have found numerous items can not be found for less than Ace Burley when using this service.

I typically go to ace because it is so close to my house. I find them to be more expensive then other places in town so if I have time of go elsewhere. Great customer service and all just a little expensive IMO.
