I really appreciate the folks at NuEar Hearing. I am a first time wearer of hearing aids and I was very impressed with how hard they worked to ensure the sound was just right. It is really nice to not have to say hmmmm or can you repeat that please. It also has helped me at work whith attending meetings, I struggled when more than one conversation was taking place. Although, I was resistant to the idea of wearing hearing aids it has given me a better quality of life.

I am fine with all my contact with Shawn----, the change in hearing aids worked well, and are more comfortable and Im using them with better success.
