After not being able to stop fast enough after someone pulled out in front of me from a stopped lane on the 101, after 15 years accident free, was looking for a body shop.Recently moved to Burlingame from the city, and I was originally gonna go with a shop that I had heard about for years that was just down the street, but after a quick insurance approved recommendation by my claim manager, FIX Auto was within walking distance of my house.From the jump, Alex was incredible. The guy was a one-man show that gave off a pleasant vibe, was super smooth with explaining everything and already had the rental shuttle on the way while we were talking.He got started on the right away, had a quote the same day, and gave me updates roughly 2 days, and kept making sure I was OK with the rental.About a week goes by, car is done. This is where it got amazing. I walk in, and hes got my door panel across his desk, fixated on trying to get this dent out of my metal speaker grill. I told him I had been OCDing about that for months, he said it bothered him to, so he just took it upon himself to try and fix it LOL. He also noticed a chip in the windshield and got the whole thing replaced, and even noticed that the original bumper had License plate hole covers and made sure the new one didnt have holes.The small, seemingly insignificant retails really stuck with Alex and really made this an incredibly pleasant experience. He ran the whole show from start to finish, and cant be more pleased

They were a preferred provider of the other guys insurance but I’m glad I ended up here. They brought me right in to appraise the damage. Since no major parts were needed they were able to keep my car and start working on it that day. They arranged a rental car pick for me and sent me on my way. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the first of several emails updating me on their progress on my car soon after and several more as the work progressed.They had it done on time and the repair was so well done. The painting involve was so well blended you couldn’t detect any difference with the original. They were thorough and very professional and I will use them again.

I checked the reviews which were really good, and was more than delighted to find out that the reviews were accurate - they are the friendliest people on earth, and their customer service and quality of work were excellent. They finished my car significantly sooner than estimated, the work was great, and they gave my interior a disinfecting (this is the age of Covid-19). I will absolutely return to them for bodywork in the future.

This is a great auto body shop. My vehicle was picked up the same day. It was pretty new 2015. It had a lot of body damage. Sunny Auto left it like new. That was about a year and half ago.
