They have a great collection of kitchenware, really like their brand Sur la table ( meaning on the table) engraving on the products

I went to the Burlingame store to purchase items for my new house. The manager helped me pick out knives, cookware, and some essential gadgets. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they even brought my bags out to my car when I pulled up so I didnt have to carry them. It shows they really enjoy working there. Ive been in a couple times since then, no matter who is working they always give me inspiration, share their experience with products and inform you of any deals you just cant pass up. The store is well stocked, clean, and always smells like freshly baked bread. They even give my dog a little treat when we visit. Its worth dropping by this store just to experience a true example of great customer service. They have a customer for life!

They dont give you good customer service unless you look like a rich old woman. Im a young college student looking for nice kitchen utensils to inspire me to cook. I went to the store and I said hi to the lady working there and she didnt say hi to me and did not even smile. As soon as another older woman came in she became a totally different person giving her great service. Overall, an eye-openening experience.

Everything they sell can be found other places or online for cheaper. I went in looking for a cookie jar and they didnt have any, except Christmas tins (that already had fudge inside.) Its a good selection but way to overpriced.

Very helpful. You can test the knives. Nice sales and great for Chefs and home cooks to come by. Many different brands and kitchen stuff to look for.....

One of the more organized stores in the Bay Area. Housed inside a beautiful warehouse space, it has everything you need for the kitchen. Products are fairly to find. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. As with all the other Sur La Table, its a dangerous place where you will always walk out with more than you need to buy.

The staff here are really knowledgeable and very helpful. They are enthusiastic and friendly. Got lots of stuff and very happy with the products.

Returned holiday gift item for store credit at Burlingame. Gentleman at counter was friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to coming back too shop with husband. First impressions: colorful, good lighting, inviting, upscale but a bit crowded.

The service was excellent. I found everything that I needed and stuff was freindly and helped me. Parking is kinda tricky there because of Burlingame downtown, especially during lunch and dinner times. And it looks like there is sale there because I paid less then the price on stickers.

Charged $5 per blade for knife sharpening services. Dropped knife off right before they closed and it was ready within 24 hours. Good quality sharpening!

Great store with lots of items and often demos. Staff is exceedingly friendly. Prices tend to be on the high side, but they tend to have lots of sales.

A good place for a wide range of kitchen gadgets and accessories though the prices are often not very competitive. I have often left with items I previously had no idea existed (garlic rollers and bizarre looking egg holders come to mind).

Lots of cool little knick-knacks, but not a great selection of some items (i.e. cheese boards, knife sets). The staff sure did try to locate all the options they had, so hats off to them for helping.
