Terrible experience, go to CB2 or Crate&Barrel instead! Lots of staff wandering around the store but no one taking on the registers even if there are queues. Also odd pricing structures and terrible at honoring promotional price. Awful.

Great store, usually very busy and crowded but always great finds to be had. I think this location is also a flagship and they have a lot of floor samples.

Love going to window shop but way too pricey. But great staff and nice products.

One of the most beautiful carpets, curtains and the softness pillows. Elegance and style. Feeling like home at Christmas.The decorations on Christmas trees are unique and unforgettable. Many are made of stylized inhabitants of the ocean.The staff is kind and professionally. Of course, everything can be ordered online, and replaced if you do not like. Hot recommendation is to personally talk and consult with the ladies in the shop.

I ordered something almost 6 months ago and this delivery is a joke they have been canceling and rescheduling for months now and they don’t seem to be making my order any kind of priority. It was supposed to come today and they put of nowhere canceled it without notifying us. I have had many orders with the same outcome. Don’t recommend ordering unless you have 6 months to wait for something you needed months ago.

Dear Pottery Barn,It was so kind of you to allow me to order and pay for a piece of furniture so quickly. And the white glove delivery service made me feel so special. Now after sitting on hold three times for 10 minutes each with no one answering the phone to schedule my delivery is just a bigger let down than it would have been had I just thought youd end up in the same customer service category as the DMV.Wont make the same mistake twice.

Loved the Vintage Linens,place settings and stemware..visiting from Naples Fl with 3 sisters from Belmont, Alameda and Santa Rosa. Tulia ..was super friendly and informative. The 4 vintage sisters absolutely loved the vintage theme of stores display.

Its a nice big store in the middle of burlingame ave. It kinda seems a little understaffed though.The decor and placement is always nice, what youd expect from a Pottery Barn store. It doesnt seem over crowded with stuff, which is nice.

It doesnt give me pleasure to write a negative review of a place that I have normally had pretty good experiences with. But this last Tuesday, Nov. 19, around 3pm in the afternoon, you might have thought that the brains of the three staff members parked behind the cash register desk had been abducted by aliens, for all the help and personality they (DID NOT) provide.! Two of the employees were in the middle of helping customers, or so it seemed.....but what was the explanation for the third one who couldnt be bothered to look up from her computer and respond to my polite request for assistance with pricing an item.?????? It would seem, from the lame effort the one in the middle made to try to look up the items price on her computer, that it was physically impossible to walk around the counter, walk the 4 feet over to the artificial plants and help me find the price tag. If, for inexplicable reasons, this wasnt possible, how about offering up a statement along the lines of Im sorry I cant help with your question right now, Im in the middle of helping this other person. The other staff here are also tied up with assisting other customers (the invisible ones that I couldnt somehow see). If you can please wait a few minutes, Ill try to get an answer to your question. Thank you for your patience .Ill think twice about returning to this Pottery Barn again!

Weve had excellent service from staff in the store when purchasing home goods. They are all helpful and knowledgeable, but the store gets busy and you often have to wait a while to get help. Although we still do buy furniture here, some items are disappointing due to low quality. Pottery Barn used to be high quality, but now, sadly everything is made in China and the quality has suffered. The color rubbed off our leather in less than a year (and not in a good developing a patina way). The cushions are sagging. The frame wobbles. They need to find a better balance of quality and value....lately its hit or miss.

Fairly large storefront with a good selection of furniture and the usual knick knacks that they sell. Friendly staff. They dont mind pets in the store as long as they behave and not use the store as a toilet.

Today my Husband and I did a walk through at Pottery Barn, in hopes to find a beautiful bed for our daughter, who is going away to College. Im all about customer service and in all honesty, we had a terrible experience. As we walked through Pottery Barn, not one Sales Representative said Good morning or a quick hello. We were never approached. As we decided to walk out feeling disgruntled with the lack of communication and customer service. I hear a Sales Representative say hello and good morning to two lady who walked in minutes after us. Will never return to this establishment. Lost out on a huge sale. 😑

Picking up a table I ordered was a joke. I was told to call an hour prior to arrival, didnt get the table for 3 hours. And I drove all the way from Novato. They said that a manager had to open warehouse and she wasnt going to be there for a while. When I got there I had to wait forever. Then they told me the pickup place was down the street. Driving around was brutal. Then had to wait for them to find it. There was a mgr there the whole time that couldve opened the warehouse. She told me she couldnt because she was sick. The moral of the story is dont believe it when they tell you to call an hour before for pickup. 2 stars because the lady I ordered the table from Over the phone was really nice. I Just dont appreciate half of my day being wasted.

Small square footage with only one floor. Very very snobby staff who avoid you like the plague.Theres not a lot of selection because everything looks like it belongs in the same theme.Items are layered on tables, so to get a closer look or hold it, youre afraid youll knock everything else down around it.Grossly overpriced.The bathroom was not working, and the staff was not helpful.
