This is the best wine shop in the area, bar none! The selection is great, and prices are excellent. and even more amazing is the owner, Geralds knowledge of every wine, and his memory about the winery and the winemakers. i bought a wine to bring to a friends for dinner with Geralds help (pairing with the menu). The next time i went to the shop, which was several months later, Gerald remembered the exact wine i had purchased last time and asked me how we liked it.and their tastings are really fun, (or were prepandemic), hope they can resume!

This store has been my go to for years. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and their selection is great. If you are looking for hard to find whisky and great prices, this is your one stop shop.

Great selection but what was really great was the customer service. Didnt get his name but that guy enjoys his job and it showes.

The owner is really knowledgeable about cider and wine. He is always helpful. He has a wide selection of wines and ciders that are very good quality and the prices are quite reasonable.

Max, Helen and the new employees are the wine Masters at this store located in Burlingame. Yes, from Wines to Spirits, Beers, etc the choices are like an fan of flavours. Asking Max or Helen for a white or red wine, bubbles etc according to the meal or anything that goes with food is a plus from this store. After purchasing your choice a brief description about the item purchased is printed on the receipt. A good record to review during the tasting. Weimax Wine & Spirit is a plus place to visit on Broadway, Burlingame. A great store.

This store has the most knowledgeable staff. I came here to pick out a gift for my discerning father and the clerk took me on a detailed tour of regions, varietals, and vintages that might appeal to his palette. An awesome experience!

Awesome store. Got a huge selection of wines. They also have 98% alcohol if you want to make limoncello or other infused drinks. The staff behind the counter are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable about wines, and Ive never been disappointed by a recommendation. The stock is immense for how small a property the store is, and they often have clearance sales that are excellent deals. The prices for liquor are a bit steep, so unless youre looking for something specialty (they carry the usuals plus harder-to-find liquors), just go to BevMo or Safeway. Wine is clearly their forte here, and you couldnt be in better hands!
