I strongly recommend you do not shop with these people. They are shady and overcharged us. We didn’t realize until after they fulfilled our order, but $100+ for grout is clearly taking advantage of your customers.There’s two guys in there that switch off and claim one left the company, but they both work there and disappear for weeks on end before coming back.They charged us $150 to ship 1 box of tile that they forgot source.Again, I highly suggest you do not patronize these guys.

After reading the reviews, I had hoped to have a positive experience with Tez marble. It as a smooth experience to begin with but after payment, customer service was horrible. Dealing with Tez marble caused our project to be delayed by 2 weeks and a loss in money. There was some information that was not communicated properly. I would even say that information was hidden from us.

This place is great. Bought a quartz slab from them. Fantastic selection and customer service. I worked with Jesus, and he was very helpful and gave a great price

Great selection but great customer service. Customer service is what makes a company great. Great selection anyone looking for tile etc. go to Tez you wont be sorry.

I found a tile that I wanted and there were only a few places that had it. I went with Tez tile and was very disappointed in service. I wasted months waiting for my order that they told me they put in and ended up cancelling after wasting my time in the middle of my remodel.Service was horrible with no follow ups with me or on my order.
