Bought a almost new A4.The sale process was fine, but I did not receive any reply after purchasing the car.Tried to call and make an appointment, the sales person said he can help but never replied after. Then did email, received no confirmation or commitment. I will not recommend the dealership if you want some follow up service regarding your cars.

I would not recommend Audi Burlingame. I took my car in for service which they said should be 2-3 hour job they said they needed the car for few days for a part. It took two weeks and $2500 later to get it fixed with no loner vehicle. After I got the car back I drove about 75 miles and car engine light came back on with similar issues and they also left garbage in my front seat with assuming a mechanics name on it. Called Audi to tell them about the issue and they are obviously not concerned that the issues has not been corrected and rude not to return a call or email response. Save your time and stay away.

TLDR: Sloppy Service Advisor WorkI recently brought my car in for a 55K mile service at Audi Burlingame. Normally, I would have the car serviced by Audi Henderson (they are fantastic!), but an emergency brought me back to SF for the week and the long drive made it necessary for me to get the service in the area.It took five phone calls to get a price quote from my service advisor, Mark Martinez. Four messages were left unreturned over the course of three days. Ultimately, I just kept holding on the fifth attempt to ensure I got the answer I needed. When dropping off my car at 10 a.m., I asked Mark if he could have the car washed as it was very dirty from the eight hour drive up. Mark said that would not be a problem and the car should be ready around 3p.m. and but he would let me know in advance. At 3:16 p.m., Mark texts saying the car is ready and I have 45 minutes to come back and pick up the vehicle before they close. I am lucky I was in the area or this could have been big problem.Upon arrival, I check-in with Mark and he tells me to go to the cashier. At no point does he go over the service or what maintenance might be needed. I am told to collect my car out front.Of course, the car is unwashed. Also, as I read the paperwork, its clear that my brake pads and tires require immediate attention. (They didnt even mark the form correctly)After this experience, I would caution others against this dealership or at the very least this service advisor.

Ive had good service from Burlingame Audi until now. My diesel car required Adblue. As part of the diesel settlement Audi committed (in writing) to refilling it as necessary with no charge to the customer. It took two days to return a call. When they did Mark Martinez told me it was complimentary only if you had your car serviced there. I called another Audi dealer and they immediately took care of me in a prompt efficient and friendly manner, and with no charge in accordance with the Audi warranty.

I had a wonderful experience with James Jamous! I went to many Audi dealerships to look for my car and ended up going back to James because was very helpful and patient with me. I really appreciated how he worked after hours so I can pick up the car since I work late. As soon as I got my car, he took the time to show me how to set up everything up and what I need to know about my car because technology is so advanced in these newer cars. I highly recommend James because he will do whatever it takes to get the exact car you want and most importantly, he cares and wants us to be 100% satisfied in the end.I also want to acknowledge Craig Mucci. He dealt with all the paperwork for my car and he was very nice and explained all the details in each document smoothly.Thank you again James and Craig for all your help!

Incredibly poor, unprofessional, low quality service. Had my 2015 Audi there for almost a full month! Went back and forth trying to figure out the problem. They could not figure out what was wrong. The unknowledgeable technician was not able to properly fix the car, could not even determine the reason for the malfunction nor communicate the issue (to the customer.) Very disappointed!!!!! They got us to trade in our car with a Q8 and told us everything was done. Later, we learned that they were not honest and transparent with us, they changed something in the back, and now are forcing us to pay for the extra mileage of the old car!!!! We had done multiple trade-in cars with them in the past, and in all cases after agreeing on the price, we had no more obligation on the old car (like in all trade-in scenarios in other dealers). But this time, it seems that due to management change or something else they would try to trick the customer to sign a deal and not be transparent about their plans/agenda, and then later on, force the customer to pay more (to gain a couple of more thousands for themselves). Be very careful & cautious if you are doing a deal with Audi Burlingame Dealership these days!!!! It seems that all has changed in that dealership!!! We are planning to push back based on the agreement weve signed, but all the time and energy we have to spend on the case is so frustrating and not necessary if transparency was in place!!!!

Purchased 2019 Audi Q5 Certified Car from this dealership. Had a very bad experience with this dealership. Driven 120 miles to look at the car, the car i have seen looks good with minor scratches, it has trunk cover and Roof Rack and the sales person has told me that he would buff the scratches before delivery and you will be having trunk cover and Roof Rack also. Everything went well at that time and i took the purchase order. After 5 days, i have arrived to the dealership with the check and asked the sales person i want to see the car again. He told that some work is going on before the pre-delivery. So we waited for 4 to 5 hrs, all the paperwork was done and they drove the car front door curb side. Its almost dark outside and i have noticed a lot of scratches than it used to be before. Also there is some thing white coloured stains was there on the mirror. I asked the sales person, this is not the same car you showed me before and it also has a lot of scratches than before. i asked him to buff the scratches now. A small dent also there and this was noticed after going home. He was rushing that theyre closing and they cant do anything now. I spoke to the sales person and said i dont want this car until unless these scratches were fixed and thats what he promised when i came to see the car. They took the car inside, did some work on the scratches and they brought it back to me. They did buff one scratch and they left the other scratches as it is. The white liquid/water while removing the scratches is also over the car. They didnt even clean/wipe it off. Then i have noticed there is no trunk cover and Roof Rack. Again i asked the sales person where is trunk cover and Roof Rack. He came and looked in the trunk and its not there. He went inside to grab one and then they dont have trunk covers and Roof Racks now. He said that it should be back somewhere, we are almost closing and we will send it to you personally/by mail(as i live 120miles away) or you can pick it up.So, I dont have any choice and took the car assuming at least he will send the trunk cover and roof rack. After going home, i saw those whites scratches in the morning and it was a bad waxing job that has done to the car and its everywhere in the corners. I just gave it to a hand wash and they cleaned the car very nice and those white patches were gone. It cost me $120, infact it has to be done properly by delership before deliveryAfter few days i emailed the sales person regarding Roof Rack and Trunk Cover and he replied back that...Hi Xxxxx,Let’s work something out on this. You’re going to be receiving a survey in the next few days or so regarding your experience here. If you give me a perfect score, I’ll personally pay for a trunk cover for you.Let me know....I replied back that--- I don’t want anything paid from your pocket dude.Let me know when you can bring in or we can pick it up if possible. After that he didnt send me any Survey link till now and never heard back from him. He might thought i would give him a low score.Never make any fake promises that you cant do. Treat the customer same as if theyre buying used or a new car. This was worst experience i ever had...

The staff here are woefully disorganized. While signing the paperwork, the individual helping me forgot to put the actual APR into the financing program so he spent the first 20 minutes misquoting me a monthly payment. Then, he misprinted several other documents so those had to be shredded, reprinted, and resigned. Additionally, the salesperson seems to have erroneously documented me as a different customer because I have received repeated emails from her about how well Im enjoying my new 2018 Q3. I purchased a pre-owned A3. I can only imagine what the Q3 owner must be thinking with the lack of follow-up, but thats not my problem. And to top it all off, it turns out that there is a remaining document that I was supposed to sign, that I was not given to sign. As a result, I have been hounded to the point of harassment to come by and sign some document that your offices failed to present to me. Im not even going to consider the regulatory ramifications your dealership could face over this, as Im more focused on how irritating, embarrassing, and totally unimpressive it has been to deal with this. I absolutely adore my new car, but I am disappointed with my purchase experience. I will, however, give unparalleled high marks to the team you outsource to for your auto detailing. They do terrific work, and Id love to have them do my car again following a few (much enjoyed) road trips if you happen to have their information to pass along. I had a horrible experience while buying a Audi Q7 from Burlingame Audi and Porsche. The whole process was painful and frustrating.- Getting a reply on my inquiry was like pulling teeth. My emails were unanswered and phone calls were never returned.- After paying the 1000$ deposit, I never got a receipt, acknowledgement, status update - however the money was promptly charged to my card. I was left hanging for over 2 week and did not know what the status was.- Even after a written agreement on the final price, I was told that I needed to pay 2000$ more because Jason Chan (sales person) made a calculation mistake. This was really poor. I did not expect such cheap tactics from Audi dealership. I had made plans to get the car and ended up paying 1000$ more than the written agreed price. My overall experience was really frustrating and the worst in several car buying experiences from BMW and Honda. All this, when I was paying cash down and not needing a test drive. I get better customer service while buying a sandwich, not a 70K+ down payment purchase.I will make sure anyone who is considering buying a Audi or Porsche stays away from Burlingame Audi and Porshe Dealership. This kind of behavior in the internet age will eventually lead to the downfall of such dealerships.

BEWARE AUDI BURLINGAME SERVICE WILL INVALIDATE YOUR NEW CAR WARRANTY AND NOT TELL YOU WHY!!!!!I took my RS5 in that sprung a water leak after only 3.5Kmi. I pointed out that the brakes had an overheating issue. After a supposed brake inspection (inspection report didn’t list half the issues) Mark Martinez said I was to talk directly to Audi as he didn’t want to discuss the issue with me. I contacted Audi who said they only want to discuss with Mark, and from that discussion they won’t honor the warranty on a $105K car with 3.5Kmi. Neither Mark nor Audi will tell me why the car is not covered, let alone provide how they came to such a determination. I asked about the status of the rest my 8 year extended warranty, and Mark indicated that it was whatever “he couldn’t prove was my fault” and that the water leak would be covered “this time”. Audi won’t reply to the warranty question and now I need to file with BBB Auto Line to start a case to get the status of my warranty. I have wasted countless hours of my time, and get no response no matter who I contact at Burlingame or Audi corporate. So buyer and service seeker beware of losing your warranty on a new car based on the whims of the local service manager. I have never encountered such lack of customer care and respect with any of the new cars I have purchased over the last 25 years. I will never buy another Audi/VW product and I will stay very clear of any Rector Motor run business.

This is mainly for the greedy service department. After owning a Lexus for the past 10 years, Ive come to expect a certain level of customer service from luxury dealerships... Unfortunately my experience at two Audi dealerships (SF and Burlingame) has proven that its not the case with the Audi brand.I originally visited the service department asking about the annoying inspection light that comes on at 10k miles. I had already done the necessary 10k service and just needed the light to be reset which Audi locks to prevent other shops from resetting it. They told me it costs $250+. Its just a device that hooks up to the OBD port and takes a minute to push a button to reset. I didnt expect to get it done for free but $250?!!A week later, I needed a windshield replacement and since insurance was paying and I wanted OEM glass I came in to have it replaced. $1200 for the replacement (which if you know anything about auto glass, youd know is a 300%+ markup!) Thinking spending $1200 would give me a chance to ask for the inspection light to be reset, I asked again and was told the same thing.Pro-tip: You can reset the light by buying a $10 OBD adapter and using free apps like Carista. There, saved $200+.A week later, the insurance company wanted a paid invoice for payment and I called to get it. After multiple attempts to get someone from service on the line, I left a voicemail. Someone finally called me back 5 minutes before their closing time and left a vmail, by the time I could return their call they had already closed. I never got a response back and had to figure out another way to show proof of payment.Im starting to think Audi dealers wont give a damn about you unless you spend $100k on a car and even more on service. One thing I know for sure is that my next car wont be Audi.

Went to Audi Burlingame just for enquiry and bought a Audi Q3 the same day just like that. I was really amazed by the way they received the customers. Sales representative Sam Sivan helped me choosing the right car for me. He also helped me clear all my doubts about the purchase. Finance manager Alex did a excellent job in explaining how everything works in terms of payments. The facility is excellent and the service is exceptional. I already decided where I am going to buy my next car, And it is ofcourse Audi Burlingame.

Audi dealership with decent service department and sales people who mostly know their cars. Better than many others but subject to ridiculous Audi MSRP ideas.

The service depart is run by a bunch of thugs. I took the car for a parking brake issue. When I got the car back the MMI was not working - which means no radio, nav or features that are controlled by the screen. The tech and the service advisor (George Demar) refused to acknowledge the issue. The car was working perfectly when I had given them the car. Even escalating to the gm here had no impact. I took the car back - self diagnosed the issue and fortunately it was a simple fix - a 5 amp communication fuse was blown out. The vag scan clearly indicated the error was thrown when the car was in their possession.Even the parking brake work was done very shoddily- the parking brake error came back after 13 months (apparently their warranty is only for 12 months). When I looked at the harness that was replaced they had not even soldered the connection - the wires were simply crimped; no wonder they came out when I went over a bump. Paul Madina, the service manager is extremely rude. Ill stay way from this dealership at all costs. In fact I was in the market for a 911 a couple of months ago and obviously rector did not get my business.

Came to test drive, left with a new car. Receptionist was terribly rude, but the rest of the staff was great.
