David was amazing! Got us a fantastic deal and took the time to answer all our questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we got all that we needed and even went to Redwood City to pick up the exact model iPhone I wanted. Can’t recommend David in Burlingame enough!!
Very bad customer experience. I ordered two iPhones with Verizon through a monthly buy one get one promotion and had everything set up, including migrating my and my husbands phone numbers from other carriers and going through all the applications etc. in the store which took an hour. It was 6/29, the Tuesday before the July 4 long weekend. I asked if we could get the phone shipped to the store by Thursday 7/1 as we had a trip planned and will leave town by Thursday evening. The store associate (Hugo) said very likely but not guaranteed. We said thats ok if it comes after Thursday we can pick up next week as we are going out of town for the long weekend. The associate said no problem, you can definitely pick them up next week. Phone arrived on Friday and the associate called so we MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH HIM to pick up the phones on 7/8 next Thursday (we will return on Tuesday but the associate will not be in store on Wednesday). Now, next Thursday, I called the store in advance to check if we can pick up the phones today and was informed that the transaction was cancelled because we did not pick up our phones in time. The monthly promotion deal was also no longer available. It is as if nothing has happened. I was very upset - we were told differently and MADE AN APPOINTMENT to pick up our phones on a specified date!! If someone had told us this would happen, we would have made plans otherwise. Either the associate was not familiar with the ordering procedure or Verizon has terrible customer communication and thinks they can just cancel any deal for strange reasons without letting their customer know. Its very unprofessional customer service. I will NOT be switching over to Verizon.
Manager was awesome she took care of me
Try to avoid this store, unless you specifically want Rafael to work with you, since he is awesome. On the other hand their employee Karla is total disaster. I came with the simpliest request possible, to connect 2 lines and buy 2 phones. I had to spend there 3 hours, because she kept making mistakes and we had to start all over again. At the end, with huge help from the manager, she was able to setup my account, after huge struggle. And what do you think, surprise, she managed to write my name wrong on the account, and this is after taking my driver license so she can copy name. Wow, so much of the skill here. After all the annoying time, spent there, she said that they will waive activation fees for me and they will give me wall charger outlet free on them. I took it, and left with the receipt in a hurry, since I was already few hours behind the schedule . Upon coming home I checked my receipt, and i noticed that she actually charged me for the wall charger outlet. Another surprise. After calling the store, she said I need to come in because of some miscommunication and they will refund me for the charger. Terrible service
Everyone inside this location was very friendly very knowledgeable and have awesome customer service skills. There was a miscommunication with Verizon customer service representative and my mom was unhappy but Rafael and his team took care of us listened to us and we are happy we had him to help us and I got my upgrade to a 12 pro max. Thank you so much!!!
Rafael and Adam were amazing! Very professional and enthusiastic about their job. Great place to go get a phone, electronics and service. Costumer service is nothing short of fantastic 🙂
Excellent assistance and guidance! Raphael is tremendous! Highly recommend both him and this location!
This place does business very misleading. This is most likely Verizon’s undoing. Authorized retailer used to have to have different signage from a Verizon corporate store. Their signs said “authorized retailer” underneath the sign. The major differences between an authorized retailer and a corporate store is that a corporate store has to follow Verizon’s customer service model (Verizon has one of the highest industry customer satisfaction scores) and they sell name brand or Verizon private label accessories at market price. Verizon corporate stores also honor corporate discounts. Places like Victra in Burlingame pose as a corporate store, but sell cheap generic accessories at a premium price. They also set their own customer service standards and are often misleading. Finally they are not up front or do not offer corporate discounts on their accessories. For example a 6 foot charging cable that you can buy anywhere (even a gas station) the Verizon corporate store sells a name brand cable for $15 before corporate discounts, Victra is selling a generic cable for $40 without offering a corporate discount. When I mentioned I didn’t want it anymore, because I get a corporate discount at a Verizon store, the sales rep at Victra told me I should have told him before, he would have done it, but not now, because it is “too much work.”
I had a great experience at Verizon Store in Burlingame.excellent service Rafael and Adam, very polite, and very helpful thank you so much.
Raphael was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. I will recommend Raphael and this store highly.
Such a quick efficient and informative visit. Got my phone set up in 5 min.
Everyone there is super-patient. I’m in no way tech savvy, but the staff made me feel comfortable through my visit. They answered all my questions without ever being patronizing.
Went in to transfer my service from ATT and had an excellent experience. Briana was extremely knowledgeable and handled all my questions with patience. I left happy and would recommend anyone looking for help to come here.
We went in with a specific request of wanting to switch over and add a new line. The sales rep explained all the promotions available and walked us through different options. When actually activating the lines, we were faced with several difficulties, which took a lot of time, but that was mostly due to the underlying system being used. The folks that helped us were all great to talk to and communicate with
5 stars for Marcovery good customer service.
Very good experience, the manager was so nice with us.
Very good customer service
Moving forward I am taking my business account to another store ( corporate office noMore retailer doors). I went to get a couple of phones from the person that has been working with us for years. As i walked in asking for my business rep (WiLli was told he is not longer with the company. The level of service went from 10-1 I am in disbelief that our favorite to go person is not longer working there. Im sorry Verizon but my companies are loyal to good customer experiences and the person that took care of us is not there as well our business will find a new home!!! Awful!
Great service and great people. Also never gets very busy. It could use more accessories and phone cases, but great customer service.
Never have Romano help you with anything. I simply called to inquire about my plan. He rushed through the call and wanted to hang up on multiple occasions. He said he had customers in the store and needed to go. In my opinion, I was also a paying customer and if he couldnt talk, he could ask to call me back after he finishes with the store customers. When I told him i will take my business elsewhere, he told me to have a nice day and hung up. Who does that in service industry unless they dont need business?
Purchased a brand new S8+ from this store and was guaranteed $50 for phone accessories with their advertised deal. They did not have the case in stock I wanted so I was promised it to be shipped to me once back in stock. 4 months later still no phone case and manager always seems to be not available when asked for to speak to in regards to this. Please note I made the purchase at this particular store only because I was promised the case I wanted. Should of just went to a different location where they had my case in stock instead of believing their lies. The reviews tell it all, should of never brought my business to this location.
I’m a Verizon costumer and Just came in with my wife in order to upgrade our iPhones. This definitely is the worst Verizon Store I’ve ever been since I switched from T-Mobile.My wife and I were looking the iPhones over 20 minutes and no representative came to us to say hi.At the end, 3 representatives in the store, one talking to a costumer and 2 talking to each other without even noticing us in the store. We just left heading to the next Verizon Store in order to upgrade our devices and plans.Never coming back here again!!!
I always like to go to this store, even though it gets busy I always receive the best help.
Nice location but very unfriendly stuff and completely clueless in tech support.
Very nice guys. Was a very pleasant experience
Aloha and I highly recommend this location. Ask for Nathan. He gave us great service, updated my phone plan to save me more money and receive more data. And helped my wife choose a new iPhone. Mahalo Nathan! You made our day :-)
Very bad experience. Michael (Miguel?), the sub-manager of the store gave us the impression he was providing us with a deal. Later I found out that that was not the case. I canceled the contract within the proper window and was told to wait until his first quarter is over. Okay, I waited and then the contract was still not canceled. I had to first call the store, talk to the manager and have it canceled. Then I had to call Verizon to end the new line that was established. Now on my credit card bill I see that the store reimbursed me for $ 109 less than what I paid them. Am now trying to resolve the difference and get my remaining money back. This is a summer 2016 review. Beware of this store.
Wilbur stayed after hours last night and spent more time today downloading my pictures and contacts after I drowned my phone. I appreciate the great service he gave!
Avoid this store at all costs. They operate on flat out lies and ⅛ truths. Claimed they were giving us the Verizon Black Friday deal, but again, this was not the case. Did not add the extra line correctly to my account, so I had two plans instead of one. Bringing this up, I was told it would resolve itself, and my account just didnt sync yet. Returned the phone, but did not remove it from account, after being told it was. Have been at an actual Verizon Wireless store for 2 hours now as they try to repair the damage this store wrought.Went back to the store, and after being told to sit and wait for about 30 minutes, the store manager finally saw us. This was after we were threatened to be escorted out when we warned a customer to be careful. The manager got the device removed in a matter of seconds. This was also after the district manager claimed he did so, and that there was nothing he needed to, or could, do. The manager did apologize for the lies we were told, but no one there seemed to care there were unhappy customers, or understand the shadiness of their outfit. As we were waiting, we heard the same lies being spun to other customers. We started the day there at 9am. We left the actual Verizon Wireless store, with everything finally put in place at 6pm. Save yourself the money, time, and frustration, and dont step into this store. There are also misspellings in the contract, as well as contradictions between the contract and what the sales reps tell you.
Avoid This Store, Lies, And No Return Phone Calls From Managers, Or Owner. They Were Supposed To Send Phones Traded In For Pay off of prior Carrier But Never Did So My Account Went To Collection And They Have Avoided Any Return Calls That Were Promised.Make Sure You Go To A Corporate Store, They Can Help You
Josh Hernandez was very helpful answered all my questions, saved money on my bill and got me out of there really quick with a brand new google pixel 3. I will come back to him everytime to get a new phone!
Great experience with Anaka! It was really nice to walk right in and get my new iphone with little to no wait...while across the street there were people in a line that went around the block at the Apple store. Lol. Anaka was knowledgable and easily answered all of my questions.
Nice guy, understood our problem and fixed it.
Quick and easy transition to an iPhoneXs Zan was very helpful and answered all of my questions fully and was timely during the transition. All over, very happy with my new phone and satisfied with my visit.
I have been going to this Verizon store for a few years now. Always happy with the service I receive.
Rafael is the best
Josh was great, answering all my questions and setting up my new phone.
Josh was great, and answered all my questions. Very helpful.
Josh helped me out today and he was super helpful!
I wish I can give them 0star if I can. Let me tell you something they are not Verizon. So whatever happened with them they do not appolize to you. Please go to Verizon cop store they wear the black shirts you can noticed they are originally from Verizon Corporation. This store says Verizon but own by VICTRA. They are just athorized store from Verizon. This employees have never trained by Verizon.
Place was a joke. Employee was more worried about watching tv then trying to help me. I asked about things to buy and said he was sold out of everything and would have to order it. Rather go to a real verizon store.
Excellent thank you so much
Rafael and Will handled my account switching well and helped me transfer data to a new phone.
Feel like Im at the DMV. Total time suck every time.
1% better they say..... ull b glad u hv that 1% when u really need it... itd worth th money. Ive been w VZW for 20+ yrs.... not leaving anytime soon
Horrible, dishonest, disingenuous, this is a terrible store. I went in to upgrade my iphone, and that part went fine, but then they said good news! with this package you get a free Mifi device - it costs $50 but Id get a rebate in a few months so it would be like free. All good - until about a month later, when I get the first bill - turns out, theres a $40 set up/initiation fee for Mifi, and then a recurring, monthly fee of $10 for service plus $9 for insurance, so total cost for 24month contract turns out to be not free but $496. And if you want to terminate? $175!Even worse than getting ripped off was that happened the multiple times I tried to call or go into the store to address it - each time, someone would listen sympathetically, take notes, and say the manager would get right back to me. One time I did speak to the manager, I think, who was trying to multitask, so he said Ill take care of you, dont worry - and then took all sorts of pictures of the Mifi I wanted to return and the bill I had brought in, and then.... crickets. Crummy behavior on many days, both in person and on the phone (not rude - very polite but doing absolutely nothing but jerking me around).Ultimately, I got so fed up I paid the $175 cancellation fee and so im official out, but i will never, ever, ever do business with this store and these people again, and would encourage anyone contemplating a purchase to look elsewhere. These people are despicable.
Terrible. Upgraded a line and didnt disconnect the old one so was charged. Didnt honor a rebate on a phone purchased there. Really nice people but sloppy execution on account details.
Dont go to this store Lucas. Sold me a second phone . That I could not use he never show me how to use. He told tech he was getting off.in 5 minutes. He all about the sales. So I stuck with a phone
As good as I gets all things considered
Abysmal. Sold me a prepaid plan ($50), a sim card ($10), charged me an activation fee ($20), then told me that it wouldnt work with my phone. That took an hour and a half. They promised to reverse the $80 in charges, but three days and two phone calls later, only $30 of the charges have been reversed; I will be reporting this to my credit card company as fraud if it isnt fixed soon. Walked down the street to T-Mobile and got a prepaid plan ($45) with a sim card (free) and activation (free) and it took 5 minutes. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!
Great service from Lucas.
Although I’m really not a fan of Verizon as a carrier, the service at this store was above and beyond.
Very great service
Not all heroes wear capes.
Staff is clueless when it comes to tech support. I got no answers to technical questions. All they know how to do is sell new phones. Go elsewhere if you can.
Great support
I totally agreed with you Robert!!
Wonderful staff
Good service
