Additional sizes not set up may be available from warehouse there.Plus of the displays is that you get to see the trees set up, which really helps you to determine type or style of tree and lighting pattern, etc.They also have filler branches available for purchase that can also help with determining your choices vs. ordering blind from a picture on their website or catalog.Final plus is that IF they do not have it available in stock they will order it shipped to you for an additional 5% off the website or catalog prices. What a terrible experience as a customer, if there was an option for no stars I would give it! I highly recommend anyone looking to make a significant purchase, look elsewhere and check out their reviews and complaints on BBB before you purchase especially if its a tree. We spent numerous hours trying to figure out why one of the sections of our pre-lit tree was not working. The technician we spoke to previously told us we needed to purchase a new strand of lights, well those didnt work and after speaking to Danny the supervisor in the customer service dept it turns out they were not the right lights for our tree. No refund or anything and on top of that, since our tree was out of warranty they could not do anything about it other than to offer us a curtesy 15% discount, which is basically what is advertised on their website. So now we are stuck with a tree that we cannot use after investing $700 in something they advertise as lasts a lifetime. On top of that, they informed us they stopped carrying our brand of lights for the tree in 2019, when our tree was under warranty so not even compatible. Something they should have given their customers a heads up? Their customer service dept is a joke, their supervisor Daniel or Danny was shady and goes off a script of what they can do to resolve a complaint nothing more.
My wife and I have been thinking about buying a Balsam HIll Christmas tree for several years. After doing quite a bit of research, their trees seem to be the best around for fake Christmas trees. When we found out they had an outlet store, we decided to make the 3 hour trip to visit it in Burlingame. I have to say, it was well worth the trip.They have all sorts of decorations, not just Christmas trees. They werent quite set up for people to buy some of their decorations, but they showed them to us anyway. We had 3 people help us for almost three hours, answering our questions and showing us a lot of stuff. We bought several decorations for our home for Halloween and for Christmas. All of their products were well made and their staff was very friendly and helpful. Their prices are much, much lower than the website as well. All in all, we paid about as much as we would have for just the tree and we came home with about $300 in decorations as well. It was a very fun trip and well worth the time investment.
I came here in 2017 for my first artificial Christmas tree, and I did not leave empty-handed. Their sales staff were very helpful and patient. This proved to be very true for me since I spent a good amount of time texting pictures of tree options to my wife while working with the person that was helping, waiting on the sidelines for me to put my phone down. =) This location sold a variety of accessories alongside the trees as well - an all-in-one store for all things Balsam Hill, and at really good discounted prices.I would definitely shop here again for my seasonal needs when they are open.
I have been a customer for 13 years. The tree burned out after 3.5 years. I call customer service and they sent me fuses and bulbs. I spent 4 hours trying to fix the tree. I called back and they told me the trees are manufactured in China and they used faulty wiring. They told me they would replace the tree even though it’s out of warranty. They said the tree would be here in a week. I just got off the phone with them and they said they never said they would send a tree and that I am a liar. Do not buy from this company, they do not care about there customers. I have have bought three trees from them. I hope you guys don’t make the same mistake I did and buy trees from them.
I bought an expensive tree here a year ago. During the first use some strands of lights went out, but I was able to replace. The following year, many strands were out. I took hours replacing hundreds of bulbs, and fixed most of these, but new strands went out as I was working. After I got them all fixed, I put them back on the tree and another one went out, plus one was dim. Ive had it. The tree was pretty expensive, and the experience has been super frustrating compared to every other tree Ive had. Would never buy again, and strongly recommend finding somewhere else thats more reliable. Customer service has been a joke, contributing yet another 10-20 points to blood pressure.

I bought a wreath two years ago with lights on it. Keep in mind it’s a Christmas wreath and only gets used for maybe five weeks before it gets put away. I put it up this season and the lights were working and now only about 1/3 of them are working. I’ve tried calling customer service several times and have waited over a half an hour. I literally walked around my house for a mile before I gave up and hung up. They have the option of pressing one and They’ll get back to you which I did every time they asked but they never asked for my phone number and before I hung up I did it one more time so they obviously weren’t seeing my phone number on the other end. I couldn’t find an email for them on their site for customer service so I found a different email and tried writing to that but have not heard from them.
Bought up pre-lit tree from them 3 years ago. Last year two of the sections Lights Went Out. Contacted them and they sent replacements. This year one of the replacement sections went out. Tried all their instructions to fix it to no avail. Contacted them again and they said it was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do to help me. Very expensive tree but poor quality.
We bought the supposedly top of the line aspen estate flip tree- 9ft tree (at Nordstrom)and received it with it leaning 20-30 degrees. I thought it was resolved when they agreed to send another and then received a completely different tree which is 7 feet 😡. Now I have the wrong tree and a defective one that needs to be sent back.
This company is really awful. I paid for 2 day delivery. I am expecting 2 boxes. I get first box after 3 days. I never got second box. They send me return label I return the first box and they still have no idea I canceled. 3 weeks later I get email I’m getting second box. Just awful company. I went to Home Depot got a tree for 795. It came 250 dollars a week later HD gave me back the difference. I tried calling corporate goes right to email. Stay away.

I am extremely disappointed with the uncaring customer service from this company I thought was reputable. After seeing a Hallmark movie Switched at Christmas, I decided to spend $900 purchase to balsam Hill tree. After getting it up and decorating it I put the tree topper on franticly looking for the plug. It had none. After spending $900 on this tree it had no female plug to plug in are vintage family tree topper weve had for generations. I called the company very upset and they basically told me, oh well thats the one you bought, it has no plug.These days you can get a plug in for a tree topper on a $50 Walmart tree. I am beside myself this Christmas with their uncaring attitude.
I am beyond disappointed with a company that doesn’t stand behind their product. I purchased a Balsam Hill tree in 2014. In 2107, an entire section of lights went out on our tree. I contacted customer service and they said that I had to tell them which section was out in order for them to replace that specific section. In the process of figuring out which section was out and taking the sections apart, I broke about 15 of my glass ornaments. All for the customer service representative to say, that the specific section that was out was actually a reoccurring problem with that specific model and section. Due to the manufacturers defect, Balsam Hill replaced the entire tree… As they should have.Monday, November 1st, We decided to wake up and have a Battle Family Christmas Decorating Day. We woke up, had breakfast, turned on the Christmas music, made hot cocoa for the littles and started the decorating process. When we put up our tree, again, 1/3 of the tree’s lights were out. I’ve contacted Balsam Hill and really expected better from such reputable company. I’ve spoken to two different supervisors and Shaun MacKinnon in management and I’m so disappointed in their lack of relsolving this issue for our family. I’m not asking for Balsam Hill to be fair, but to do what’s right in this situation and stand behind their product. I advocate for products I love, but I will never advocate, share or steer peoples towards your company. The way I was treated was very unprofessional and it was extremely dissappointing.

Trees seem to stand up to being stored and then set up from year to year. Made a purchase here 5 years ago. Set-up is a breeze, however the remote this year only seems to have a little trouble with turning both color and white with a single push. I finally got it working but I hope this is isnt a sign that it is on its way out. Overall tho it has lasted 5 seasons and each up until now has been pain free.

Outlet trees do not come in original packaging and are not warrantied. They can order a new tree for you at an additional 5% discount from the online price, which will be delivered to your doorstep. Balsam Hill has some of the most realistic artificial Christmas trees weve seen. This location has a nice selection to choose from and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that youre going to pay for that.
The tree is beautiful and when the lights worked I was so happy I made the choice to purchase this tree. But season 2 half the lights were out and I spent hours trying every bulb and finally tossed random lights on to the tree so we could move onto decorating. To their credit customer service tried but in the end sent new lights for ME to restring the tree...the lights arrived after Christmas. Now I’m trying to restring the tree, per their instructions, but the lite strings are not the same layout. And they did not send extra supplies (zip ties, c-clips,) adding to the challenge. A friend just bought 3 trees from balsam hill and she said they will come out to fix the treeA if there are issues...she will be sadly disappointed when she puts her trees up next year.
This company does not deliver product as represented when you make your purchase. I still have not received my purchase, which according to my order information and the sales agent I called at Balsum should have arrived last weekend. I called again and received no satisfactory answer. I would order from a more reliable company. In sales you should under promise and over deliver. They do not understand this concept.

I ordered a 9 Scotch Pine and I love it. It has little berry bulbs that make the tree look unique but the thing I love the most about it is the foliage! It looks exactly like the trees I saw in the Christmas Tree farm in Half Moon Bay. I like decorating it with big acorns and natural looking baubles to complete the woodsy look.It was very easy to set up. The fluffing took a bit of time but it created a fullness that was more than worth it in the end.
I ordered a tree from Balsam Hill over a month ago. It arrived without all the lights working. The return of the defective tree went well, although I spent over an hour troubling shooting the problem with the lights. Customer service promised to express ship a replacement tree. As I was checking my credit card statement, I noticed a refund for the tree. I was not informed by Balsam Hill they could not deliver the replacement. I had to contact them to find out. I ordered a different tree and still waiting for it to arrive. It is now a week before Christmas and I still do not have a tree. The delivery date has been rescheduled 3 times. Balsam Hill would not pay to have the new tree express shipped. I just do not understand how this company survived selling time sensitive products.
This is our first purchase from Balsam Hill, and we are so glad we decided to purchase. We just moved into a new home after years of not having a tree at all, and decided it was time to purchase from Balsam Hill. Within 3 days of ordering our Vermont White Spruce Narrow tree, it arrived in perfect condition to our home. It is perfect for our family and our home. We wanted a tree that would fit easily in a corner of our living room, yet needed a lot of sturdy branches for hanging all of our favorite ornaments, so the 6’5” narrow was a great choice. We’re also so excited about Color + Clear functionality of the lights—we can switch between having sophisticated clear lights, fun colorful lights, or both to please the crowds! The tree really makes a great conversation piece to tie together our new home, and we will recommend to all our friends!
Came to the outlet during the first sample sale of the season in October. They had a nice selection and a great sale on their trees. If youre willing to pay the price for these realistic trees, be sure to get one during the sample sale. Beware that if you buy one at the outlet, they do not come with a warranty. When its not super busy, the sales people are very friendly and helpful.
Jesus himself wouldn’t pay this much for a Christmas tree. I mean, they are beautifully crafted, but they don’t even store in a small space. It’s like keeping a full size Christmas tree somewhere in your house all your long. And for $500-1000+ I just can’t even.
The staff here are outstanding... the trees are great.. I bought a 9 foot clear and multi colored fir tree on Sunday... I didnt get the remote.... they said that they tested it and everything worked.. I called on Monday about 15 times... their mail box was full... never answered me... I called the Balsam Company.. this outlet is basically on their own... unless you ordered the tree. I went there again Tuesday and they gave me one of their universal remotes... got home.... nothing tree doesnt light up.... I called again... still no answer and mail box is full.. I live almost 2 hours away... guess I ll have to go back on Friday...and now it is more then 3 days when I get there again.... I love the tree... but so far its sure not living up to the ads....
Their quality has deteriorated tremendously with their popularity. Trees falling off, broken lights, shady online business practices.Give them a call on their customer service line first and see what you have to deal with. Its not worth your time & money. I promise.
I am a photographer who had been searching for an aesthetic tree to use as a backdrop in holiday photos. Specifically, I was looking for a white tree. After searching stores and finding nothing but cheap-looking trees with gaping holes in between branches, I searched online and found Balsam Hill. Upon receiving the tree, all I can say is—Wow! I unzipped the bag and set it up immediately. Ive had this tree for two years now, and it never fails to reproduce its beauty in photographs. It is full, well lit and incredibly realistic looking (as much as it can be for being a white tree!), and I plan to order more items from Balsam Hill for holiday decoration in my own home.

We were in the market for a realistic quality Christmas tree, and had a great experience here. They had a large assortment of tree types, lighting packages, and heights. Prices were excellent. They also had a large assortment of other items such as wreaths, garland and other decor.
Lovely full trees BUT very poor quality light on pre-lit trees. Much too expensive to only work for less than 3 seasons. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Today I visited this store for the second time and I cannot imagine a better buying experience or product! I purchased the 7.5 nobel fir with both multi and white lights. This covers the taste of my entire family and is exquisitely beautiful. The sales people are wonderful. All of them are warm and want to help you find exactly what you are looking for. I am so happy I made the decision to buy the most realistic and beautiful tree available.I am a very happy customer!
I purchased our tree through their on line orders several years ago and I have been satisfied with their product.The manufacture takes pain staking time in crafting their trees down to the details.PROS:No watering mess.The tree, once set-up looks very much like the real thing when set-up propery.People who have seen our tree cant tell the difference until they take a closer look.Scented sticks and other tree aromas enhances that real tree appearance.Their help line is wonderful to responses to my questions and replacement of bulbs to the tree.CONS:Set-up can be arduous at times.Making sure the right sections are in the right order and connecting the numerous electrical attachments to the various parts of the tree can be a bit confusing.Storing the tree, take up storage place and should be considered when ordering one of these trees.BOTTOM LINE:The tree itself isnt cheap but with care will pay for itself and bring joy to any house for years to come!
So far, its been horrific. I purchased from Balsam Hill due to their Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, whom I also plan to contact. Received my tree in 6 days. Tree which was defective. I immediately called Customer Service. Hold time was 45 minutes. Chat feature was unavailable due to no operators available. I called again, entered my phone number into the que and my call was returned later in the day. This was on a Sunday. Monday I never heard a word as to the disposition of my complaint. I called them on Tuesday. Once again, chat feature unavailable and wait time was over half an hour. My call was returned at noon. I escalated my complaint to (supposed) supervisor. Supervisor promised me that my defective tree part would be IN MY HANDS by Thursday, December 8. I told him this was the least they could do as I currently have 2/3 of a tree sitting in my living room. I just got an email from Fed Ex that my shipment will be delivered on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 10, if Im lucky. I am so angry and frustrated at this horrific company. PLEASE, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BALSAM HILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got a Stratford spruce tree last year for Christmas, a tree top extension, to support our toppers, and a rotating tree stand. the tree is gorgeous. I love it! It looks so REAL. And the tree is narrow so it fits. The tree top extension is great. it gives the top of the tree the strength that it needs to hold up the tree topper so it doesnt wobble for once. The rotating tree stand that I got was defective. They ran out of them and offered me a refund. I however wanted a replacement, and I was willing to wait. So, I got my replacement tree stand 2 weeks ago. They never even asked for the old one back. Its still in my basement. The stand will hold 2 different size artificial trees or a real tree. It is really sturdy. Doing business with Balsam Hill is a real pleasure.
We bought a gorgeous (7 1/2 foot Berkshire Mountain) Balsam Hill tree in 2008. We now live in a smaller house, so we just bought a 5 1/2 foot Norwary Spruce Narrow tree. Its perfect -- and so well made and realistic that Im sure itll fool anyone looking at it. The customer service at Balsam Hill is incredible. Were quite happy with our purchase.
I was a first time customer of Balsam Hill and now, no longer a customer of Balsam Hill. The tree I ordered was received promptly; however, it was defective. Both the remote receiver unit connected to the light strings, and the color light string did not work. I called customer service and talked to a gentleman who help me diagnose the problems and said he would get approval to send out a replacement tree immediately. I didnt hear anything for a couple of days so I called customer service again and was able to talk with a very nice lady after waiting about 30 minutes for a call back. She indicated they could not replace the tree now as it was sold out but she would be very happy to provide me with a similar tree for an additional $300. Hmmm...seems they are happy to make more money off a defective product rather than create a satisfied customer. I kindly thanked her but said no. The product itself was in their most realistic line and looked beautiful when set up. Set up itself was very easy. Interestingly, when I called the shipper to arrange pickup for the return, they indicated that I was one of many customers returning trees to Balsam Hill. I would say they are having a problem they dont want to make public or deal with regarding their products. I certainly wont buy from them again. First and last time.
Dealing with this company trying to get a defective section on a $2,300 tree fixed or replaced has been the absolute worst consumer experience Ive EVER had!Ive been lied to, told a replacement tree, then replacement section would be delivered to my home within days multiple times, and now, weeks and weeks later, still nothing! The latest is they want me to pay $500 to the shipping company to have the replacement delivered, because I live on a rural property and they say they cant drive into my driveway!! Despite the fact the first tree was delivered to my front porch by the original shipping company at no additional cost.Ive had a dozen calls with Balsam Hill, most of which they conveniently have no record of ..... and now they’ve said maybe they can send me a replacement section in the fall of next year! AND their warranty goes to great lengths to say they change their products often and they aren’t responsible for (won’t warranty) products changed or no longer carried. They go on to say that if you need replacement/repair parts, you are responsible for all of the production costs.....The most inept, and appears to be unethical company Ive done business with. Predicated on my experience, I would NEVER recommend anyone buy anything from Balsam Hill.Update: Because I have a defective tree that’s not functioning properly and Balsam Hill is refusing to deliver a replacement unless I pay an outrageous fee of several hundred dollars, I gave them advanced warning that I planned to, and now have disputed their invoice with my credit card company. I have just now received a voicemail from them saying because I have turned this matter over to my credit card company, they will not provide a replacement tree and they will not provide a refund.Is this a company you want to do business with...?
Bought one of the flip trees with muti and white led lights a couple weeks before Christmas. Close to $1k on sale. Tree arrived promptly and my wife noticed a piece from a branch was off. Got a zip tie and attached it to the tree. Noticed some needles on the floor. She connects the cables, hits the remote for the multi lights and the white turn on. Click on white and get multi. She calls customer service and is told to switch the connections for the lights and as far as the piece that fell off, nothing he could do. She switches the lights and now the top is white and the bottom is colored. Switched it back and just left them all on.Receive an email asking for a review. I give them my review and it doesnt post. A couple days later, I give them another review. Still doesnt post. Go to the original email and email customer service to find out why they dont post negative reviews and explained why I gave the one star review. They want me to send 2-3 photos. How do I take photos of pressing a remote control button and the wrong lights lighting up? I would have to make a video for that. Plus it was 3 weeks after Christmas like I still have the tree set up. Why would I make something like this up?I get another email that the purpose of the photos is for troubleshooting and documentation purposes.I would not buy from this company again. There is no customer satisfaction on their part. Look at all the reviews on their site. Do you see any negative reviews? I couldnt find any. The tree that I bought was all 4-5 stars. Other companies post negative reviews. I guess Balsam Hill is perfect and the customer is always wrong.
My wife decided last minute last year she wanted a white tree. Of course there were none to be found locally. Reluctantly I ordered one from Balsam Hill. When I say reluctantly I mean sight unseen and a little more than I planned to spend. I dont mind paying a little extra for quality, when I know what I am getting. The tree came, I held my breath as we removed it from the box. Well, let me just say it was well worth the price and then some. It was true to the description given on their website. The customer service department is excellent with prompt replies to inquiries. They obviously stand behind their products, which I have found to be the case when one sells a quality. This will be the second year with the white tree. We have a new granddaughter and she is mesmerized by the lights so next year we will be going with green with multi-colored lights and look forward to buying it from Balsam Hill Trees
I ordered our beautiful Balsam Hill tree during the late summer to insure that I would have it for my familys traditional weekend after Thanksgiving decorating. I could have waited-it would have forestalled the anticipation. The tree arrived very promptly, and we are eagerly awaiting displaying the gorgeous, realistic looking branches.
Made in China.Took me 15 minutes to finally found where they are made. Just another fake Xmas tree in a real Xmas tree world.EDIT: I can easily find you an American partner. You went to find the cheapest non-American supplier. I bet that supplier makes trees for many companies.

We purchased a Balsam Hill Calistoga Fir Tree for the Holidays last year, after many years of getting cut trees from a local lot. The Balsam Hill tree was as good or better than the real thing - after putting up our own decorations, you would never know the difference. We are looking forward to putting it up again right after Thanksgiving.
This is my second Balsam Hill tree and I wouldnt own anything else. They are by far the most realistic, life-like tree and the company is wonderful to deal with. The pricing is alwasy fair and the product is top shelf.
Bought a Nativity Set last year a couple weeks before Christmas, because me finances got broke in our move to our new house. We decided to leave the one That we had just purchased from Balsam Hill in the box till this Christmas, We opened it up,set it up on the table put the fluffy snow under it, and in less than 24 hours someone bumped the table and it laid over did not FALL off table did NOT hit anything else just simply laid over and broke. They are a very cheap product to just break like that. Spoke to three people about it and one of their customer service agents were super rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY TO ANYONE!
I purchased the 5th avenue Flat back tree and it arrived quickly and well packed. I have yet to put it up....next weekend, but by peeking in the box I am sure it will be amazing. cant wait!!

I have the King Mountain Pine Christmas tree and it is gorgeous! This is my first fake tree and I dont think I will ever go back to a real tree. It is fuller than any other artificial tree I have ever seen and it looks real! When people walked into the home the first thing they commented on was the tree and were stunned when I said it wasnt real. It requires fluffing up the branches to get the full effect, but totally worth it. All the lights were pre-connected which made it so easy, no more sorting through a tangled mess of lights every Christmas! I am very satisfied with this tree and cant wait to put it up again next year.

The packaging and shipping was amazing from simple directions for set-up to white goves to wear while shaping the trees. They were both the most natural and full looking trees I have ever seen and several people asked for the company name this year to look at replacing their aged, department store tre with something of lasting quality and beauty. Highly recommend to any and all!
$1200 tree now worthless after only 3 years. They wont replace or honor any warranty. First year, one set of lights on a pre-strung tree went out and they talked us into just letting it go. Second year, another set of lights go out, now really noticeable, they sent a string of lights for us to use to hide the part that went out. Seriously. Third year, half the tree is out. Their reply, you are out of warranty.
Non existent customer service. The reviews and hundreds of angry posts on their Facebook Page say it all. Defective product. Anti-customer policies (seriously? pay to have you replace the item that arrived broken??). Outsourced customer service that rarely answers the phone. There are better options out there.
We ordered a 4.5 Vermont Spruce last year. It is a beautiful little tree and extremely realistic! We are extremely pleased!

Buyer beware, Balsam Hill doesnt care.We were completely let down by Balsam Hills quality and service. Their customer service representatives are unwilling to fix mistakes the company makes. We ordered a tree thinking it would hold up to the quality Balsam Hill claims, and it came with two types of lights on it. It was awful looking! I spent over three hours on the phone/chat begging Jeremiah from customer service to please expedite the shipping of my replacement tree as I had a Christmas party this weekend. He insisted that since we chose free standard shipping the first time, that we could not have the replacement sent with faster shipping. After hours of talking, he only offered to throw in some scented ornaments... I would have much preferred that he help me out with the shipping or at least sympathize with my dilemma. I asked if I could speak with someone above him and he said no. Balsam Hill has now ruined our Christmas party and wouldnt even ship the tree faster for us to get it in time. Unacceptable. I have never worked with a company that would not expedite the shipping of replacement parts when it was completely their fault. Yes, I paid standard shipping, but that was because I could wait 3-4 days the first time. Now I have no tree and company coming... I need the tree now. What an inconvenience to me. This guarantee is directly from their website:For foliage and lighting issues, we will work with you to find the quickest and easiest solution and are pleased to send a replacement of any damaged or malfunctioning part. If a replacement part is available, an order for it will be immediately placed for arrival within 3 business days.I can tell you this process has not been quick or easy. We checked with the representative and replacement parts were available, so I would love for Balsam Hill to explain why they cannot stand by their guarantee stated above and send me replacement parts to arrive WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. I cannot do business with a company that does not stand by their word and you shouldnt either. The tree is not worth the troubles ensued.If you cannot stand by your guarantees as a company, then I suggest you remove this language from your website.The day after this incident, I called customer service again and the supervisor I spoke to told me they could have upgraded my shipping since they had inconvenienced me, but unfortunately it was to late to change the order because it was already being processed.In the meantime, we are still waiting for confirmation of shipment of our replacement tree... unless something happens to convince me otherwise, this is my last Balsam Hill purchase. I am extremely disappointed in this company. We purchased a very expensive tree for the Christmas of 2010 had it for 3 seasons and the pre-lite lights on it do not work any longer. In multiple phone calls to customer service I was never told from day 1 that I was out of warranty until day 5. Not once was my online ticket updated nor did I recieve any phone calls back until I escalated within the customer service group. On top of the product not working and 6 did representitives the only option they offered me was 600 lights of which I could add on top of the lights that are now dead on a 9FT tree. This is unacceptable and extremely diappointing to know that a company like this treats their customers in this way. We did everything we were asked to do and yet no resolution other than 600 lights of which if I wanted to do that would have done it 5 days ago, I will be writing the the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. In addition to that I have sent the CEO a detailed listing of all interactions with his company as you are not able to call the Balsam Hill Corporate Offices. After reading several complaints ONLINE I will add mine as well and will NEVER purchase from this company again, Truly horrible experience and product as well.
