Not a fan of the customer service. Dude at the front counter was on the phone the entire time. Rarely acknowledged me. His demeanor seemed like I was a bother for even coming to the store. I still left with a couple cigars and a couple other items, but I wouldnt come here again.

Whenever I am in town, I head over to see Mario. Great selection and prices, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Members enjoy the lounge (guests can enjoy too if seats available) and lockers. I wish there was a shop like this in my hometown!

For such a battered industry (cigars/tobacco) in California, this place is unfriendly to those who wish to buy, cut, and light-up and smoke on property; I was asked to smoke outside. You are better off walking to BevMo just a few doors down to purchase your cigar.

Well we were on the way to the airport and my son wanted one last stogie before the 13 hour flight to Paris. He loves this place and highly recommended it. We walked there from our sandwich stop and man oh man do these guys have a selection and know their stuff. I could easily understand why this in one of his favorite shops (and he travels coast to coast - driving - and hits store across the US).If you love cigars, you are going to love this place.

Was staying near SFO one night for an early flight out. Stopped by here for a smoke.Selection: Pretty solid for such a small store front. Had large selection of Fuentes and your normal staples but some rare finds as well. Overpriced on Opus X, around 30 a stick.Staff: Older gentleman who really knew his cigars and cigar history. Didnt offer to assist me, but heard him talking to a lady buying cigars for her husband. Had four of us in his lounge, but was insistent on us leaving at 7:45 pm (15 minutes past closing).Lounge: Kind of tight. Very small smoking area that is curtained off with 8 chairs in a circle around a coffee table. 20$ minimum to get into (not hard to do). Two Tvs in the lounge, both playing the NBA Playoffs. No softdrinks or coffee, but a locker member had a bottle of scotch and shared a glass or two.Hours: Not great. Thursday night, NBA playoffs are on, four customers in the lounge, one locker member, guy shuts it down at 7:45- 15 minutes past closing.WiFi- N/AAlcohol- BYOBSmoked: Cain Nub; Davidoff #2
