Im really excited at first to shop at this store because small hardware stores have a place in my heart from my childhood however once I got in the store I found the staff to be incredibly judgmental rude very open about following me around the store like I was a thief the thinner Russian Lady grabbed my items out of my bag and yelled at me for putting them in for what reason Im not sure I spent over $100 at this place and I was treated like garbage Im actually considering just returning everything and buying it at a different store I love supporting family owned businesses but this was ridiculous and insulting and to be honest my feelings were hurt a little bit

This place has everything I needed! From clothing dye to a shower squeegee. I much rather support local shops than amazon! Oddly enough I love the smell of hardware stores.

I shop here all the time. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and helpful. After a long remodel - there were times I was there almost every day. For a small location, they always surprise me with their inventory of even rare items. Particularly appreciate their no-questions-asked return policy.

Horrible service. The lady at the front wouldn’t take our digital coupon for Black Friday and insisted it had to be printed out which was not a requirement, clearly listed on the coupon. She started yelling at us unnecessarily while a long line of people waited.

The worst..No service two ladies working no help for me and other customers same complaints..There are 2 Ace in same general area next time i will patronize the other. Didnt have my glasses on and checkout lady was laughing because of my disorientation. Zero Stars if possible

Very dishonest store. They don’t list their prices correctly and then ring higher prices when you are trying to check out. They make keys for sensible prices however

Great selection of immediate need/want stuff with lots of nice housewares, cleaning supplies etc. Always nice people working there. A fantastic alternative to the big box guys.

Very rude staff. I called them to ask if they duplicate particular key Ive. They didnt even listen to me and said i need to see it in person and cut the call.

Convenient but I bought a yellow plastic 18inch hair snake for a clogged bathroom sink.Its not long enough to reach past the trap and grab the hair clog.Also tried Drano Gel Max and 12 BIO enzyme sticks.A plumber told me to use a plunger but that didnt work.I also bought a small thin 20ft metal snake from Home Depot that was too stiff to bend through the trap.Want to try the Black bottle stuff next...Another plumber says to scoop out as much water as you can from the bathroom sink.Then buy a liter of cola and pour it in and let sit for a day!

Love a great local hardware store! They have everything you need and things you didn’t know you need. Spend a few minutes with a helpful sales rep, or spend more time and explore!

The owner/store clerk was so rude, ignoring and then yelling at customers. She was agitated and unpleasant, like the customers were bothering her I was yelled at just for asking her to help me find where the spray paint was.WOW, how do they stay in business? Other customers were offended as well. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK.

Talk about above and beyond service. I made a purchase about 5months ago with my corporate card. Lost the receipt. I took a chance and called they help me locate the receipt and sent it to me. Not only where they helpfull and provided me with great service that day but Today they saved my job.

Several years ago I came here to get a plumbing fitting. I was in a hurry and came across as rude to the salesperson trying to help me. I returned later that day, for another reason, but first stopped at a florist store for an apologetic arrangement of flowers for that salesperson.
