I dont know the persons name. This is a first time I have come across a sales person who was able to answer every question. We were so impressed with here taking the time to go over everything with us. Burlingame GNC is our new place.

Just came back from a visit from this store. The employee that helped me, Erik, really took me by surprise.I have never had such a good shopping experience in my entire life, let alone a damn GNC.I expected to walk in and get resupply or basic supplements. I ended up doing just that but left with so much new information about the supplement industry that will help me make more educated purchases in the future.Erik, you have a very bright future ahead of you. It was a pleasure to be served by you.

Just took over this location as the new Manager. I have worked in a lot of GNC’s all over the West Coast and it is a honor to work at the local GNC in the town I grew up in. I give this store a 5 Star Rating not because of myself, and the staff, but because of the fantastic customers that have been so friendly and kind!

I go to this location often and one of their employees Nico it’s super friendly and always helping and answering all my questions regarding the products. I Highly recommend this store because of Nico.

Good customer service .

The employees are a bunch of young dudes who hang out on there phone, refuse to look up stuff up, and meekly point out where things are. Terrible service, average selection.

Bad experience, would not allow return after receiving okay from another GNC.Just order on Amazon, its not worth the hassle. Finding parking is a pain at this location too.

Friendly staff and bring in new items on a regular basis.

I took a picture of their available proteins to send to a friend for recommendations. I was told that was not allowed, so Ill take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience!!! Just left the store... I came in to get the buy one get one 50% off deal I seen online.... I was being helped by someone named Eric. Who helped me pick out the drink flavors I wanted. He ensured me it was apart of the buy one get one 50% deal. He double checked!Go to ring me out and charges me full price! I made him aware of the issue at the counter and he told me he doesnt know what to tell me that it obviously wasnt apart of the dealI was mind blown, I could tell he must have known he made a mistake, which is fine but tried to do nothing to fix it. After I continue to question the transaction he told me theres nothing he can do it is what it is . I then ask for a receipt to talk to corporate and he said he cant give me one he exited the screen already... someone standing next to him who looked like a manager who would not step in and help the situation.I have escalated to corporate. His attitude and everyone in that store was very unfriendly.Management needs to address their staffFeel free to contact me regarding this situation
