This is one of my favorite Burlingame stores! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We shop here for annual Christmas gifts and for special occasions. Beautiful stuff and great people!

In the past, I have bought several sets of Yves Delorme bed linens from the shops in NYC and LA, so I was thrilled to see a shop in Buingame. Unfortunately my experience there was atrocious. The sales manager is pushy, condescending and not professional. I will not step foot in the store at the Burlingame location again, preferring to buy from LA or NY.The corporate office should review their hiring policies and better train their sales staff on how to treat loyal customers who purchase their high end bed sets.
