Fran, Jimmy and the team did such a fabulous job on my plum crazy purple Challenger that had white paint splattered all over it by an irresponsible driver. The whole team was so professional. Fran has such pride in the work his shop produces, and it truly shows. I couldn’t be happier!!!

Fran and the entire team were so friendly and accommodating from the onset. Additionally their work was impeccable. I had damage on the passenger lower rear of my car and they replaced, repaired and painted my car like new. They offer a true white-glove service by cleaning my car inside and out as well. Fantastic auto body shop with excellent customer service. The owner (Fran) was able to work on my car, that needed a weeks worth of work, on short notice with a full schedule. Him and the shop manager provided their expert opinions and gave me helpful recommendations throughout the process. The quality of their work shows their dedication and attention to detail. My car looks better now then it did before the accident and I plan to use them for any future work I need done.

Recently had someone hit my truck and had it taken straight to five points auto. The process was made very smooth and simple in getting my truck fixed. This is the first online review I’ve ever written, but I was so impressed by Five Points Auto Body that I wanted to do this for Fran, Jimmy and their team. After receiving a free and professional quote, I took my SUV in for a rear bumper replacement. The guys replaced my bumper and backup sensors in record time and did fantastic and affordable work. Fran kept me in the loop on their progress as promised, and I received my vehicle back a day earlier than expected. It was clean, repaired and looking fantastic! There is absolutely nothing more I could have asked for in this experience. I am thrilled!

I needed work done on my new CR-V because I knocked off my drivers side mirror while reversing out of my garage. (cringe!) The mirror was still attached, but dangling on the side of my car. I called Five Points and Fran was very helpful on the phone. He told me to bring in my car at any time for an estimate and that he and his team would try to tape up my mirror for me so I could drive around safely until it was fixed. I received a quote on Thursday and brought my car back on Tuesday. The work was completed in a few hours.My mirror looks brand new and everythings working as expected. Fran was a pleasure to work with and so was Jimmy who helped me out when I brought my car in for an estimate. Jimmy placed some screws and tape around my dangling mirror so I could drive my car safely while waiting for the replacement part to arrive at the shop. Friendly, warm service all around. Highly recommend.

This shop did an immaculate job on my vehicle. My Jetta was hit, I had it towed to Five Points and the process was quick, efficient, and Fran kept me updated regularly. My front fender had to be replaced, and being that the car is a 2002, some blending had to be done, and they did a perfect job. There is no tell tale evidence of anything being replaced. My car was returned to me in perfect condition, clean and running like a dream. I highly recommend Five Points, they are people you can trust!

The owner Fran and his crew were awesome. They really cared that I was satisfied and did great work fixing my accident damaged truck. Its better now than before the accident. I recommend to all.

100% the worst experience I have had with a body shop. 5 Points had my vehicle for over a month for not terribly serious damage. Constant lies about not being able to get to the work and not making deadlines. In the end the work was not completed correctly. Harnesses left unplugged, shoddy paint work, incorrectly installed molding. Insanely unhappy with the work that was done and returned 4 times to have it corrected. Even now the vehicle is not as promised. I do not recommend working with 5 Points, very unhappy and I will not return. It seems like Fran has decided to take a huge step back from running the business and it certainly shows.

When it comes to getting my vehicles fixed, I only trust the guys at Five Points. The attention to detail and workmanship Is hands down the BEST!!!
