This happened awhile back.....took a motorcycle tank/fenders to get painted. Said theyre too busy/couldnt do it. So I ask, Who do you recommend that can do it? Their response, Well, Im not in the habit of recommending the competition.So the way I understand it is that they didnt want to do it. Ok, thats fine. But they also didnt want me to take my business elsewhere. Wow. They truly could care less about the customer. Pretty sure Ill never go there again. :)

Want simple paint job with parts I ordered...refused to paint!

Parts received on time. Painted and installed same day. Vehicle only out of service 8 hours. Great job done

My insurance company gave me an estimate and told me I could shop around to find the best price I could on the work I need done to my vehicle. I went to Royers today to see what the work would cost, and they refused to give me an estimate. The woman at the desk said Im not going to give you an estimate so you can shop around. So they refused to give me an estimate and wanted to see the estimate I got from my insurance, I went to another place just up the road and around the corner and had a way better experience. Would not recommend Royers.

If I could give this place a 0 I sure would!! I called to get a quote. They didnt answer which is ok. I continued my search. They called me back like 1 1/2 hours and when I told the lady that I had it figured out she hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to the manager and she said that was her, so I asked to speak to the owner and again she said it was her. She had a story ready as to why she had hung up on me but yet did it again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Glad I went with another company.

I always use Royers. They have always been fair priced and quality is top notch. If I am looking for just a quick patch instead of a full repair, they offer cheaper fixes to get me back on the road. I dont bother with estimates elsewhere anymore.

Took my car there to be looked at after hitting a deer. They set an appointment to fix it a week out. I took it in on the morning I had appointment and they told me they do not have the time it will have to be the following Tuesday. Never bothered to call me to let me know. Very unprofessional.
