Casey absolutely made my experience so wonderful. I have a 2021 Jeep Wrangler that I wanted a 2 inch Mopar lift for, as well as new tires and rims. Before the vehicle even arrived, he sat down and helped me structure everything out. When the work was complete, they moved heaven and earth to make sure I was happy with the final product. Robert and Steve took care of my civic like it was there own! Got all the damages fixed and repaired. Had some small stuff to look at after repairs were done and they got it knocked out and 💯 super fast! Definitely going to be coming back to them for any future work/mods to my vehicles

I have brought multiple different vehicles into this shop. All with very different needs and wants. They’ve done custom mods and service on my 14’ Jeep and 19’ truck. They’ve also done repairs and made the 98’ truck work again like new! I highly recommend this shop for anything. Plus, you can’t beat their customer service. They are all beyond helpful, and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is good!

Let me in even after officially closing. They are knowledgeable with Yakima and Thule racks and I walked out with just what I wanted.

Took my Sonata here to have the windows tinted. They got it done on the scheduled date. I did unfortunately have bubbles that did not go away so they got it scheduled to fix or replace what should’ve been the 2 rear windows and the rear windshield. The tint now is worse off than when I brought it back as they redid tint on front windows which did not need anything done and now have bubbles in the front passenger window, bubbles on the rear windows and the rear windshield wasn’t touched as every single bubble there prior to repair or replace is all there afterwards. When I brought it right back after seeing bubbles in windows that didn’t need anything done they wanted to have me wait longer and talk to Eric their tint guy I assume to show him the problems with the tint. Now I get to wait a week and a half to have them remove it so I can take it elsewhere and hopefully have it done right the first time. Not what I would’ve ever expected however life never ceases to amaze. Perhaps they do great work on trucks and I probably should’ve known better and taken my sedan to a shop that deals with window tinting all the time. Lesson learned. I’d give no star if I could. It’s rather concerning that a customer needs to actually show their employee who tints windows for a job the painfully obvious problems with the tint job they just finished doing and even still didn’t redo the single largest piece of glass at all that even after letting them know the 2 rear windows and the rear windshield were the problem areas. As it stands I’ll gladly take a refund and unfortunately take it to a professional and pay that professional to remove RPM’s botched work but to additionally do it correctly the first time as opposed to what would be the 3rd time with RPM. I know I’ll never take any vehicle there for any reason and I’d urge anyone considering taking their vehicle there to reconsider.

Got all my windows tinted to match here plus the front windshield. I was a little worried at first because it looked like the tint was wavy in the windshield and on the side but they said to wait 3 days as I left. 3 days later the tint is super clear, FLAWLESS, just an amazing job. So happy I close to go here because it lived up to all my expectations. Prices are extremely reasonable too. GOOD JOB!!!

Really pleased with the bodywork and repairs to my Jeep, and the special effort that Robert and Rich had to go to coordinate two separate damage claims with my insurance and the fact that I ran out of rental car coverage on both. The car came back looking and driving like new and I didnt have to hassle with any of the claim work. Would definitely recommend.

I had a Line-x spray in bed liner sprayed in my truck. Liner looks nice. Ive only had it for literally hours now, so well see how good the prep was as the liner holds up. The masking off of areas that were not supposed to get sprayed look clean and straight. My only complaint (the reason for the 3 star rating) is my truck had 30 more miles on it than when I dropped it off. No reason to test drive a truck for a bed liner. Its a brand new truck, only had it about a week.

Customer service here is pretty bad. No matter what you say, your question, anything, the answer is about two weeks out. Hey do y’all know anything about lift kits? “About two weeks out”. Do you guys carry this brand? “About two weeks out”. Everything you try to say or ask is followed by a long sigh, awkward pause and a “yeah, yeah, we might have that.... but we about two weeks out”. Two stars because I know as soon as they can start work

I had a great experience here in Sept 2018. I had ordered a rooftop basket for my Jeep on Amazon, put it together, and found out it didnt work work with my car (although the website said it would)- we were leaving THAT day for a camping trip and I needed it. They were SUPER nice and not only had one in stock at a decently reasonable price, but they even took the assembled one off the showroom floor and put it on my car for me. FIVE star service for sure! It was a couple weeks ago and I cant remember the name of the guy that helped me, but he was AWESOME. THANK YOU!

Went in and discussed about tinting my car and first quote was $1000 with card or $900 cash. Waited a few months and shopped around, came back to be quoted the second time at $2000. Said HELL NO and walked out as they handed the the detailed paperwork for my car. Went to another tint service place....

Just had my 2018 colorado linex spray in bedliner installed by RPM. They did great work! Clean lines and looks great. Staff were very helpful and the truck was ready on time as promised.

Super overpriced tried to make me pay for stuff that wasnt necessary got my stuff done Elsewhere for more than 60% less

I was unfortunate enough to need vehicles repaired multiple times from accidents, but these guys were great, and I always got my vehicles back clean and looking brand new.
